1 Alleluia. Lodate Dio. Lodate il Signore voi, che state ne' cieli: lodatelo voi, che siete ne' luoghi altissimi.	1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.
2 Lodatelo voi tutti Angeli suoi: lodatelo tutti voi sue milizie.	2 Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.
3 Lodatelo voi sole, e luna; voi stelle, tu luce, lodatelo,	3 Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
4 Lodatelo voi, o cieli de' cieli, e le acque tutte, che son sopra de' cieli lodino il nome del Signore.	4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.
5 Perocché egli parlò, e furon fatte le cose, ordinò, e furon create.	5 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.
6 Le ha stabilite per essere in eterno, per tutti i secoli: fissò un ordine, che non sarà trasgredito.	6 He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
7 Date laude al Signore voi, che abitate la terra, voi dragoni, e voi tutti, o abissi.	7 Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:
8 Tu fuoco, tu grandine, tu neve, tu ghiaccio, tu vento procelloso: voi, che ubbidite alla sua parola.	8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:
9 Voi monti, e voi tutte, o colline, piante fruttifere, e voi tutti, o cedri.	9 Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
10 Voi tutte bestie selvagge, e domestiche: voi serpenti, e voi pennuti sugelli.	10 Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:
11 Regi della terra, e popoli tutti, principi tutti, e giudici della terra.	11 Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
12 I giovanetti, e le vergini, i vecchi, e i fanciulli lodino il nome del Signore, perché il nome di lui solo è sublime.	12 Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:
13 La gloria di lui pel cielo si spande, e per la terra; ed egli ha esaltata la potenza del popol suo.	13 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
14 L'inno (conviene) a tutti i santi di lui, a' figliuoli d'Israele, al popolo propinquo a lui. Lodate Dio.	14 He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.
