1 Alleluia: lodate Dio. Lodate il nome del Signore, lodate il Signore voi servi suoi,	1 Alleluia. Praise the name of the Lord. You servants, praise the Lord.
2 Che fate il vostro soggiorno nella casa del Signore, nei cortili della casa del nostro Dio.	2 You who stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God:
3 Lodate il Signore, perché è buono il Signore: cantate inni al nome di lui, perchè è soave.	3 praise the Lord, for the Lord is good. Sing psalms to his name, for it is sweet.
4 Perchè il Signore elesse per se Giacobbe, per sua proprietà Israele.	4 For the Lord has chosen Jacob for himself, Israel for his own possession.
5 Perché io ho conosciuto come è grande il Signore; e il nostro Dio sopra tutti gli dei.	5 For I have known that the Lord is great, and our God is before all gods.
6 Tutte le cose, che ha voluto le ha fatte il Signore in cielo, e in terra, in mare, e in tutti gli abissi.	6 All things whatsoever that he willed, the Lord did: in heaven, on earth, in the sea, and in all the deep places.
7 Ei, che fa venir le nuvole dall'estremità della terra: fece i lampi per segnale della pioggia.	7 He leads clouds from the ends of the earth. He has created lightnings in the rain. He has produced winds from his storehouses.
8 Egli i venti trae fuora da' suoi tesori: egli percosse i primogeniti dell'Egitto dell'uomo fino al bestiame.	8 He struck the first-born of Egypt, from man even to cattle.
9 E mandò segni, e prodigj in mezzo, a te, o Egitto, contro Faraone, e contro tutti i suoi servi.	9 He sent signs and wonders into your midst, O Egypt: upon Pharaoh and upon all his servants.
10 Egli che abbattè molte genti, e uccise dei re robusti.	10 He has struck many nations, and he has slaughtered strong kings:
11 Sehon re degli Amorrei, e Og re di Basan, e tutti i regni di Chanaan.	11 Sihon, king of the Amorites, and Og, king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan.
12 E diede la loro terra in retaggio: in retaggio ad Israele suo popolo.	12 And he gave their land as an inheritance, as an inheritance for his people Israel.
13 Signore, il tuo nome o in eterno: Signore, la memoria di te per tutte le generazioni.	13 Your name, O Lord, is in eternity. Your memorial, O Lord, is from generation to generation.
14 Perché il Signore farà giustizia al suo popolo, e si placherà co' suoi servi.	14 For the Lord will judge his people, and he will be petitioned by his servants.
15 I simolacri delle nazioni sono oro, e argento, opere delle mani degli uomini.	15 The idols of the Gentiles are silver and gold, the works of the hands of men.
16 Hanno bocca, e non parleranno i hanno occhi, e non vedranno.	16 They have a mouth, and do not speak. They have eyes, and do not see.
17 Hanno orecchi, e non udiranno: imperocché non vi è spirito nella loro bocca.	17 They have ears, and do not hear. For neither is there any breath in their mouths.
18 Sian simili ad essi coloro, che li fanno, e tutti quei, che in essi confidano.	18 Let those who make them become like them, along with all who trust in them.
19 Casa d'Israele, benedici il Signore: benedici il Signore, casa d'Aronne.	19 Bless the Lord, O house of Israel. Bless the Lord, O house of Aaron.
20 Casa di Levi, benedici il Signore: voi, che temete il Signore benedite il Signore.	20 Bless the Lord, O house of Levi. You who fear the Lord, bless the Lord.
21 Di Sionne si benedica il Signore, che abita in Gerusalemme.	21 The Lord is blessed from Zion, by those who dwell in Jerusalem.
