1 Salmo, e cantico della rissurrezione. Terra tutta quanta alza a Dio voci di giubilo: canta salmi al nome di lui, rendi a lui gloriosa laude.	1 Unto the end. A Canticle Psalm of the Resurrection. Shout joyfully to God, all the earth.
2 Dite a Dio: quanto son terribili, o Signore, le opere tue! a cagione della tua molta possanza i tuoi nemici fingeranno con te.	2 Proclaim a psalm to his name. Give glory to his praise.
3 La terra tutta adori te, e canti tue lodi: canti laude al nome tuo.	3 Exclaim to God, “How terrible are your works, O Lord!” According to the fullness of your virtue, your enemies will speak lies about you.
4 Venite, e osservate le opere di Dio: terribile ne' suoi consigli verso i figliuoli degli uomini.	4 Let all the earth adore you and sing psalms to you. May it sing a psalm to your name.
5 Egli converte il mare in arida terra; passeranno il fiume a piede asciutto: ivi in lui ci allegreremo.	5 Draw near and see the works of God, who is terrible in his counsels over the sons of men.
6 Egli ha un dominio eterno per sua potenza: gli occhi di lui sono aperti sopra le nazioni: coloro, che lo irritano non si inalberino dentro di loro.	6 He converts the sea into dry land. They will cross the river on foot. There, we will rejoice in him.
7 Benedite, o nazioni, il nostro Dio, e fate udire le voci con cui lo lo date.	7 He rules by his virtue for eternity. His eyes gaze upon the nations. May those who exasperate him, not be exalted in themselves.
8 Egli ha serbata l'anima mia alla vita, e non ha permesso, che i miei piedi vacillassero.	8 Bless our God, you Gentiles, and make the voice of his praise be heard.
9 Perché tu, o Dio, hai fatto prova di noi: ne hai fatto saggio col fuoco, come si fa dell'argento.	9 He has set my soul toward life, and he has granted that my feet may not be shaken.
10 Ci hai condotti al laccio: hai aggravate di tribolazioni le nostre spalle: duri uomini hai messi sopra le nostre teste.	10 For you, O God, have tested us. You have examined us by fire, just as silver is examined.
11 Siam passati pel fuoco, e per l'acqua, ma ci hai quindi condotti in lungo di ristoro.	11 You have led us into a snare. You have placed tribulations on our back.
12 Entrerò nella tua casa per offerire olocausti: scioglierò i voti pronunziati dalle mie labbra:	12 You have set men over our heads. We have crossed through fire and water. And you have led us out to refreshment.
13 E i quali la mia bocca proferì nel tempo di mia tribolazione.	13 I will enter your house with holocausts. I will repay my vows to you,
14 Ti offerirò pingui olocausti col fumo de' capri: ti offerirò de' bovi, e de' montoni.	14 which my lips discerned and my mouth spoke, in my tribulation.
15 Venite, udite tutti voi, che temete Dio, e racconterò quanto grandi cose ha fatto Dio per l'anima mia.	15 I will offer to you holocausts full of marrow, with the burnt offerings of rams. I will offer to you bulls as well as goats.
16 A lui alzai le grida della mia bocca, e lo ho glorificato colla mia lingua.	16 Draw near and listen, all you who fear God, and I will describe to you how much he has done for my soul.
17 Se io vedessi nel cuor mio l'iniquità, il Signore non mi esaudirebbe.	17 I cried out to him with my mouth, and I extolled him under my breath.
18 Ma Dio mi ha esaudito, e ha dato udienza alla voce delle mie suppliche.	18 If I have seen iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not heed me.
19 Benedetto Dio, il quale non ha allontanato da me né la mia orazione, né la sua misericordia.	19 And yet, God has heeded me and he has attended to the voice of my supplication.
	20 Blessed is God, who has not removed my prayer, nor his mercy, from me.
