BIBBIA MARTINI	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Alleluia: lodate Dio. Fanciulli, lodate il Signore, lodate il nome del Signore.	1 Al eluia! How blessed is anyone who fears Yahweh, who delights in his commandments!
2 Sia benedetto il nome del Signore, da questo punto fino ne' secoli.	2 His descendants shal be powerful on earth, the race of the honest shal receive blessings:
3 Dall'oriente fino all'occaso ha da lodarsi il nome del Signore.	3 Riches and wealth for his family; his uprightness stands firm for ever.
4 Il Signore è eccelso presso tutte le genti: e la gloria di lui fin sopra de' cieli.	4 For the honest he shines as a lamp in the dark, generous, tender-hearted, and upright.
5 Chi è come il Signore Dio nostro, che abita nell'alto, e delle basse cose tiene cura in cielo, e in terra?	5 Al goes wel for one who lends generously, who is honest in al his dealing;
6 Ei dalla terra solleva il mendico, e il povero alza dal fango,	6 for al time to come he wil not stumble, for al time to come the upright wil be remembered.
7 Per metterlo a sedere trai principi, tra' principi del suo popolo.	7 Bad news holds no fears for him, firm is his heart, trusting in Yahweh.
8 Egli la donna sterile fa, che abiti nella casa lieta madre di figli.	8 His heart held steady, he has no fears, til he can gloat over his enemies.
	9 To the needy he gives without stint, his uprightness stands firm for ever; his reputation is founded onstrength.
	10 The wicked are vexed at the sight, they grind their teeth and waste away. The desires of the wickedwil be frustrated.
