BIBBIA CEI 2008	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Preghiera di un povero che è sfinito ed effonde davanti al Signore il suo lamento.	1 [Prayer of someone afflicted, who in misfortune pours out sorrows before Yahweh] Yahweh, hear myprayer, let my cry for help reach you.
2 Signore, ascolta la mia preghiera,a te giunga il mio grido di aiuto.	2 Do not turn away your face from me when I am in trouble; bend down and listen to me, when I cal ,be quick to answer me!
3 Non nascondermi il tuo voltonel giorno in cui sono nell’angoscia.Tendi verso di me l’orecchio,quando t’invoco, presto, rispondimi!	3 For my days are vanishing like smoke, my bones burning like an oven;
4 Svaniscono in fumo i miei giornie come brace ardono le mie ossa.	4 like grass struck by blight, my heart is withering, I forget to eat my meals.
5 Falciato come erba, inaridisce il mio cuore;dimentico di mangiare il mio pane.	5 From the effort of voicing my groans my bones stick out through my skin.
6 A forza di gridare il mio lamentomi si attacca la pelle alle ossa.	6 I am like a desert-owl in the wastes, a screech-owl among ruins,
7 Sono come la civetta del deserto,sono come il gufo delle rovine.	7 I keep vigil and moan like a lone bird on a roof.
8 Resto a vegliare:sono come un passerosolitario sopra il tetto.	8 Al day long my enemies taunt me, those who once praised me now use me as a curse.
9 Tutto il giorno mi insultano i miei nemici,furenti imprecano contro di me.	9 Ashes are the food that I eat, my drink is mingled with tears,
10 Cenere mangio come fosse pane,alla mia bevanda mescolo il pianto;	10 because of your fury and anger, since you have raised me up only to cast me away;
11 per il tuo sdegno e la tua collerami hai sollevato e scagliato lontano.	11 my days are like a fading shadow, I am withering up like grass.
12 I miei giorni declinano come ombrae io come erba inaridisco.	12 But you, Yahweh, are enthroned for ever, each generation in turn remembers you.
13 Ma tu, Signore, rimani in eterno,il tuo ricordo di generazione in generazione.	13 Rise up, take pity on Zion! the time has come to have mercy on her, the moment has come;
14 Ti alzerai e avrai compassione di Sion:è tempo di averne pietà, l’ora è venuta!	14 for your servants love her very stones, are moved to pity by her dust.
15 Poiché ai tuoi servi sono care le sue pietree li muove a pietà la sua polvere.	15 Then wil the nations revere the name of Yahweh, and al the kings of the earth your glory;
16 Le genti temeranno il nome del Signoree tutti i re della terra la tua gloria,	16 when Yahweh builds Zion anew, he will be seen in his glory;
17 quando il Signore avrà ricostruito Sione sarà apparso in tutto il suo splendore.	17 he wil turn to hear the prayer of the destitute, and wil not treat their prayer with scorn.
18 Egli si volge alla preghiera dei derelitti,non disprezza la loro preghiera.	18 This shall be put on record for a future generation, and a people yet to be born shal praise God:
19 Questo si scriva per la generazione futurae un popolo, da lui creato, darà lode al Signore:	19 Yahweh has leaned down from the heights of his sanctuary, has looked down from heaven to earth,
20 «Il Signore si è affacciato dall’alto del suo santuario,dal cielo ha guardato la terra,	20 to listen to the sighing of the captive, and set free those condemned to death,
21 per ascoltare il sospiro del prigioniero,per liberare i condannati a morte,	21 to proclaim the name of Yahweh in Zion, his praise in Jerusalem;
22 perché si proclami in Sion il nome del Signoree la sua lode in Gerusalemme,	22 nations wil gather together, and kingdoms to worship Yahweh.
23 quando si raduneranno insieme i popolie i regni per servire il Signore».	23 In my journeying my strength has failed on the way;
24 Lungo il cammino mi ha tolto le forze,ha abbreviato i miei giorni.	24 let me know the short time I have left. Do not take me away before half my days are done, for youryears run on from age to age.
25 Io dico: mio Dio, non rapirmi a metà dei miei giorni;i tuoi anni durano di generazione in generazione.	25 Long ago you laid earth's foundations, the heavens are the work of your hands.
26 In principio tu hai fondato la terra,i cieli sono opera delle tue mani.	26 They pass away but you remain; they al wear out like a garment, like outworn clothes you changethem;
27 Essi periranno, tu rimani;si logorano tutti come un vestito,come un abito tu li muterai ed essi svaniranno.	27 but you never alter, and your years never end.
28 Ma tu sei sempre lo stessoe i tuoi anni non hanno fine.	28 The children of those who serve you wil dwel secure, and their descendants live on in yourpresence.
29 I figli dei tuoi servi avranno una dimora,la loro stirpe vivrà sicura alla tua presenza.
