1 Rendete grazie al Signore perché è buono,perché il suo amore è per sempre.	1 Give praise to Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 Dica Israele:«Il suo amore è per sempre».	2 Let Israel now say that he is good: that his mercy endureth for ever.
3 Dica la casa di Aronne:«Il suo amore è per sempre».	3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.
4 Dicano quelli che temono il Signore:«Il suo amore è per sempre».	4 Let them that fear the Lord now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.
5 Nel pericolo ho gridato al Signore:mi ha risposto, il Signore, e mi ha tratto in salvo.	5 In my trouble I called upon the Lord: and the Lord heard me, and enlarged me.
6 Il Signore è per me, non avrò timore:che cosa potrà farmi un uomo?	6 The Lord is my helper, I will not fear what man can do unto me.
7 Il Signore è per me, è il mio aiuto,e io guarderò dall’alto i miei nemici.	7 The Lord is my helper: and I will look over my enemies.
8 È meglio rifugiarsi nel Signoreche confidare nell’uomo.	8 It is good to confide in the Lord, rather than to have confidence in man.
9 È meglio rifugiarsi nel Signoreche confidare nei potenti.	9 It is good to trust in the Lord, rather than to trust in princes.
10 Tutte le nazioni mi hanno circondato,ma nel nome del Signore le ho distrutte.	10 All nations compassed me about; and in the name of the Lord I have been revenged on them.
11 Mi hanno circondato, mi hanno accerchiato,ma nel nome del Signore le ho distrutte.	11 Surrounding me they compassed me about: and in the name of the Lord I have been revenged on them.
12 Mi hanno circondato come api,come fuoco che divampa tra i rovi,ma nel nome del Signore le ho distrutte.	12 They surrounded me like bees, and they burned like fire among thorns: and in the name of the Lord I was revenged on them
13 Mi avevano spinto con forza per farmi cadere,ma il Signore è stato il mio aiuto.	13 Being pushed I was overturned that I might fall: but the Lord supported me.
14 Mia forza e mio canto è il Signore,egli è stato la mia salvezza.	14 The Lord is my strength and my praise: and he is become my salvation.
15 Grida di giubilo e di vittorianelle tende dei giusti:la destra del Signore ha fatto prodezze,	15 The voice of rejoicing and of salvation is in the tabernacles of the just.
16 la destra del Signore si è innalzata,la destra del Signore ha fatto prodezze.	16 The right hand of the Lord hath wrought strength: the right hand of the Lord hath exulted me: the right hand of the Lord hath wrought strength.
17 Non morirò, ma resterò in vitae annuncerò le opere del Signore.	17 I shall not die, but live: and shall declare the works of the Lord.
18 Il Signore mi ha castigato duramente,ma non mi ha consegnato alla morte.	18 The Lord chastising hath chastised me: but he hath not delivered me over to death.
19 Apritemi le porte della giustizia:vi entrerò per ringraziare il Signore.	19 Open ye to me the gates of justice: I will go into them, and give praise to the Lord.
20 È questa la porta del Signore:per essa entrano i giusti.	20 This is the gate of the Lord, the just shall enter into it.
21 Ti rendo grazie, perché mi hai risposto,perché sei stato la mia salvezza.	21 I will give glory to thee because thou hast heard me: and art become my salvation.
22 La pietra scartata dai costruttoriè divenuta la pietra d’angolo.	22 The stone which the builders rejected; the same is become the head of the corner.
23 Questo è stato fatto dal Signore:una meraviglia ai nostri occhi.	23 This is the Lord's doing: and it is wonderful in our eyes.
24 Questo è il giorno che ha fatto il Signore:rallegriamoci in esso ed esultiamo!	24 This is the day which the Lord hath made: let us be glad and rejoice therein.
25 Ti preghiamo, Signore: dona la salvezza!Ti preghiamo, Signore: dona la vittoria!	25 O Lord, save me: O Lord, give good success.
26 Benedetto colui che viene nel nome del Signore.Vi benediciamo dalla casa del Signore.	26 Blessed be he that cometh in the name Lord. We have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.
27 Il Signore è Dio, egli ci illumina.Formate il corteo con rami frondosifino agli angoli dell’altare.	27 The Lord is God, and he hath shone upon us. Appoint a solemn day, with shady boughs, even to the horn of the alter.
28 Sei tu il mio Dio e ti rendo grazie,sei il mio Dio e ti esalto.	28 Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, and I will exalt thee. I will praise thee, because thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.
29 Rendete grazie al Signore, perché è buono,perché il suo amore è per sempre.	29 O praise ye the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
