1 ALLELUIA. ALEPH. Beati immaculati in via, qui ambulant in lege Domini.	1 How blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the Law of Yahweh!
2 Beati, qui servant testimonia eius, in toto corde exquirunt eum.	2 Blessed are those who observe his instructions, who seek him with all their hearts,
3 Non enim operati sunt iniquitatem, in viis eius ambulaverunt.	3 and, doing no evil, who walk in his ways.
4 Tu mandasti mandata tua custodiri nimis.	4 You lay down your precepts to be careful y kept.
5 Utinam dirigantur viae meae ad custodiendas iustificationes tuas!	5 May my ways be steady in doing your wil .
6 Tunc non confundar, cum perspexero in omnibus praeceptis tuis.	6 Then I shal not be shamed, if my gaze is fixed on your commandments.
7 Confitebor tibi in directione cordis, in eo quod didici iudicia iustitiae tuae.	7 I thank you with a sincere heart for teaching me your upright judgements.
8 Iustificationes tuas custodiam, non me derelinquas usquequaque.	8 I shal do your will; do not ever abandon me whol y.
9 BETH. In quo mundabit adulescentior viam suam? In custodiendo sermones tuos.	9 How can a young man keep his way spotless? By keeping your words.
10 In toto corde meo exquisivi te; ne errare me facias a praeceptis tuis.	10 With al my heart I seek you, do not let me stray from your commandments.
11 In corde meo abscondi eloquia tua, ut non peccem tibi.	11 In my heart I treasure your promises, to avoid sinning against you.
12 Benedictus es, Domine; doce me iustificationes tuas.	12 Blessed are you, Yahweh, teach me your wil !
13 In labiis meis numeravi omnia iudicia oris tui.	13 With my lips I have repeated al the judgements you have given.
14 In via testimoniorum tuorum delectatus sum sicut in omnibus divitiis.	14 In the way of your instructions lies my joy, a joy beyond al wealth.
15 In mandatis tuis exercebor et considerabo vias tuas.	15 I will ponder your precepts and fix my gaze on your paths.
16 In iustificationibus tuis delectabor, non obliviscar sermonem tuum.	16 I find my delight in your wil , I do not forget your words.
17 GHIMEL. Benefac servo tuo, et vivam et custodiam sermonem tuum.	17 Be generous to your servant and I shal live, and shal keep your words.
18 Revela oculos meos, et considerabo mirabilia de lege tua.	18 Open my eyes and I shal fix my gaze on the wonders of your Law.
19 Incola ego sum in terra, non abscondas a me praecepta tua.	19 Wayfarer though I am on the earth, do not hide your commandments from me.
20 Defecit anima mea in desiderando iudicia tua in omni tempore.	20 My heart is pining away with longing at all times for your judgements.
21 Increpasti superbos; maledicti, qui errant a praeceptis tuis.	21 You have rebuked the arrogant, the accursed, who stray from your commandments.
22 Aufer a me opprobrium et contemptum, quia testimonia tua servavi.	22 Set me free from taunts and contempt since I observe your instructions.
23 Etsi principes sedent et adversum me loquuntur, servus tamen tuus exercetur in iustificationibus tuis.	23 Though princes sit plotting against me, your servant keeps pondering your wil .
24 Nam et testimonia tua delectatio mea, et consilium meum iustificationes tuae.	24 Your instructions are my delight, your wishes my counsellors.
25 DALETH. Adhaesit pulveri anima mea; vivifica me secundum verbum tuum.	25 Down in the dust I lie prostrate; true to your word, revive me.
26 Vias meas enuntiavi, et exaudisti me; doce me iustificationes tuas.	26 I tell you my ways and you answer me; teach me your wishes.
27 Viam mandatorum tuorum fac me intellegere, et exercebor in mirabilibus tuis.	27 Show me the way of your precepts, that I may reflect on your wonders.
28 Lacrimata est anima mea prae maerore; erige me secundum verbum tuum.	28 I am melting away for grief; true to your word, raise me up.
29 Viam mendacii averte a me et legem tuam da mihi benigne.	29 Keep me far from the way of deceit, grant me the grace of your Law.
30 Viam veritatis elegi, iudicia tua proposui mihi.	30 I have chosen the way of constancy, I have moulded myself to your judgements.
31 Adhaesi testimoniis tuis, Domine; noli me confundere.	31 I cling to your instructions, Yahweh, do not disappoint me.
32 Viam mandatorum tuorum curram, quia dilatasti cor meum.	32 I run the way of your commandments, for you have given me freedom of heart.
33 HE. Legem pone mihi, Domine, viam iustificationum tuarum, et servabo eam semper.	33 Teach me, Yahweh, the way of your will, and I wil observe it.
34 Da mihi intellectum, et servabo legem tuam et custodiam illam in toto corde meo.	34 Give me understanding and I will observe your Law, and keep it wholeheartedly.
35 Deduc me in semitam praeceptorum tuorum, quia ipsam volui.	35 Guide me in the way of your commandments, for my delight is there.
36 Inclina cor meum in testimonia tua et non in avaritiam.	36 Bend my heart to your instructions, not to selfish gain.
37 Averte oculos meos, ne videant vanitatem; in via tua vivifica me.	37 Avert my eyes from pointless images, by your word give me life.
38 Suscita servo tuo eloquium tuum, quod est ad timorem tuum.	38 Keep your promise to your servant so that al may hold you in awe.
39 Amove opprobrium meum, quod suspicatus sum, quia iudicia tua iucunda.	39 Avert the taunts that I dread, for your judgements are generous.
40 Ecce concupivi mandata tua; in iustitia tua vivifica me.	40 See how I yearn for your precepts; in your saving justice give me life.
41 VAU. Et veniat super me misericordia tua, Domine, salutare tuum secundum eloquium tuum.	41 Let your faithful love come to me, Yahweh, true to your promise, save me!
42 Et respondebo exprobrantibus mihi verbum, quia speravi in sermonibus tuis.	42 Give me an answer to the taunts against me, since I rely on your word.
43 Et ne auferas de ore meo verbum veritatis usquequaque, quia in iudiciis tuis supersperavi.	43 Do not deprive me of that faithful word, since my hope lies in your judgements.
44 Et custodiam legem tuam semper, in saeculum et in saeculum saeculi.	44 I shal keep your Law without fail for ever and ever.
45 Et ambulabo in latitudine, quia mandata tua exquisivi.	45 I shal live in all freedom because I have sought your precepts.
46 Et loquar de testimoniis tuis in conspectu regum et non confundar.	46 I shal speak of your instructions before kings and wil not be shamed.
47 Et delectabor in praeceptis tuis, quae dilexi.	47 Your commandments fill me with delight, I love them dearly.
48 Et levabo manus meas ad praecepta tua, quae dilexi; et exercebor in iustificationibus tuis. -	48 I stretch out my hands to your commandments that I love, and I ponder your judgements.
49 ZAIN. Memor esto verbi tui servo tuo, in quo mihi spem dedisti.	49 Keep in mind your promise to your servant on which I have built my hope.
50 Hoc me consolatum est in humiliatione mea, quia eloquium tuum vivificavit me.	50 It is my comfort in distress, that your promise gives me life.
51 Superbi deriserunt me vehementer; a lege autem tua non declinavi.	51 Endlessly the arrogant have jeered at me, but I have not swerved from your Law.
52 Memor fui iudiciorum tuorum a saeculo, Domine, et consolatus sum.	52 I have kept your age -- old judgements in mind, Yahweh, and I am comforted.
53 Indignatio tenuit me propter peccatores derelinquentes legem tuam.	53 Fury grips me when I see the wicked who abandon your Law.
54 Cantica factae sunt mihi iustificationes tuae in loco peregrinationis meae.	54 Your judgements are my song where I live in exile.
55 Memor fui nocte nominis tui, Domine, et custodiam legem tuam.	55 Al night, Yahweh, I hold your name in mind, I keep your Law.
56 Hoc factum est mihi, quia mandata tua servavi.	56 This is what it means to me, observing your precepts.
57 HETH. Portio mea Dominus: dixi custodire verba tua.	57 My task, I have said, Yahweh, is to keep your word.
58 Deprecatus sum faciem tuam in toto corde meo; miserere mei secundum eloquium tuum.	58 Wholeheartedly I entreat your favour; true to your promise, take pity on me!
59 Cogitavi vias meas et converti pedes meos in testimonia tua.	59 I have reflected on my ways, and I turn my steps to your instructions.
60 Festinavi et non sum moratus, ut custodiam praecepta tua.	60 I hurry without delay to keep your commandments.
61 Funes peccatorum circumplexi sunt me, et legem tuam non sum oblitus.	61 Though caught in the snares of the wicked, I do not forget your Law.
62 Media nocte surgebam ad confitendum tibi super iudicia iustitiae tuae.	62 At midnight I rise to praise you for your upright judgements.
63 Particeps ego sum omnium timentium te et custodientium mandata tua.	63 I am a friend to all who fear you and keep your precepts.
64 Misericordia tua, Domine, plena est terra; iustificationes tuas doce me.	64 Your faithful love fil s the earth, Yahweh, teach me your judgements.
65 TETH. Bonitatem fecisti cum servo tuo, Domine, secundum verbum tuum.	65 You have been generous to your servant, Yahweh, true to your promise.
66 Bonitatem et prudentiam et scientiam doce me, quia praeceptis tuis credidi.	66 Teach me judgement and knowledge, for I rely on your commandments.
67 Priusquam humiliarer ego erravi; nunc autem eloquium tuum custodiam.	67 Before I was punished I used to go astray, but now I keep to your promise.
68 Bonus es tu et benefaciens, doce me iustificationes tuas.	68 You are generous and act generously, teach me your wil .
69 Excogitaverunt contra me dolosa superbi, ego autem in toto corde meo servabo mandata tua.	69 The arrogant blacken me with lies though I wholeheartedly observe your precepts.
70 Incrassatum est sicut adeps cor eorum, ego vero in lege tua delectatus sum.	70 Their hearts are gross like rich fat, but my delight is in your Law.
71 Bonum mihi quia humiliatus sum, ut discam iustificationes tuas.	71 It was good for me that I had to suffer, the better to learn your judgements.
72 Bonum mihi lex oris tui super milia auri et argenti.	72 The Law you have uttered is more precious to me than al the wealth in the world.
73 IOD. Manus tuae fecerunt me et plasmaverunt me; da mihi intellectum, et discam praecepta tua.	73 Your hands have made me and held me firm, give me understanding and I shal learn yourcommandments.
74 Qui timent te, videbunt me et laetabuntur, quia in verba tua supersperavi.	74 Those who fear you rejoice at the sight of me since I put my hope in your word.
75 Cognovi, Domine, quia aequitas iudicia tua, et in veritate humiliasti me.	75 I know, Yahweh, that your judgements are upright, and in punishing me you show your constancy.
76 Fiat misericordia tua, ut consoletur me, secundum eloquium tuum servo tuo.	76 Your faithful love must be my consolation, as you have promised your servant.
77 Veniant mihi miserationes tuae, et vivam, quia lex tua delectatio mea est.	77 Treat me with tenderness and I shall live, for your Law is my delight.
78 Confundantur superbi, quoniam dolose incurvaverunt me, ego autem exercebor in mandatis tuis.	78 Let the arrogant who tell lies against me be shamed, while I ponder your precepts.
79 Convertantur mihi timentes te, et qui noverunt testimonia tua.	79 Let those who fear you rally to me, those who understand your instructions.
80 Fiat cor meum immaculatum in iustificationibus tuis, ut non confundar.	80 My heart shall be faultless towards your wil ; then I shall not be ashamed.
81 CAPH. Defecit in salutare tuum anima mea, et in verbum tuum supersperavi.	81 I shal wear myself out for your salvation, for your word is my hope.
82 Defecerunt oculi mei in eloquium tuum, dicentes: “ Quando consolaberis me? ”.	82 My eyes, too, are worn out waiting for your promise, when wil you have pity on me?
83 Quia factus sum sicut uter in fumo; iustificationes tuas non sum oblitus.	83 For I am like a smoked wineskin, but I do not forget your wil .
84 Quot sunt dies servi tui? Quando facies de persequentibus me iudicium?	84 How long has your servant to live? When wil you bring my persecutors to judgement?
85 Foderunt mihi foveas superbi, qui non sunt secundum legem tuam.	85 The arrogant have dug pitfalls for me in defiance of your Law.
86 Omnia praecepta tua veritas; dolose persecuti sunt me; adiuva me.	86 Al your commandments show constancy. Help me when they pursue me dishonestly.
87 Paulo minus consummaverunt me in terra, ego autem non dereliqui mandata tua.	87 They have almost annihilated me on earth, but I have not deserted your precepts.
88 Secundum misericordiam tuam vivifica me, et custodiam testimonia oris tui. -	88 True to your faithful love, give me life, and I shal keep the instructions you have laid down.
89 LAMED. In aeternum, Domine, verbum tuum constitutum est in caelo.	89 For ever, Yahweh, your word is planted firm in heaven.
90 In generationem et generationem veritas tua; firmasti terram, et permanet.	90 Your constancy endures from age to age; you established the earth and it stands firm.
91 Secundum iudicia tua permanent hodie, quoniam omnia serviunt tibi.	91 Through your judgements al stands firm to this day, for al creation is your servant.
92 Nisi quod lex tua delectatio mea est, tunc forte periissem in humilia tione mea.	92 Had your Law not been my delight, I would have perished in my misery.
93 In aeternum non obliviscar man data tua, quia in ipsis vivificasti me.	93 I shal never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.
94 Tuus sum ego: salvum me fac, quoniam mandata tua exqui sivi.	94 I am yours, save me, for I seek your precepts.
95 Me exspectaverunt peccatores, ut perderent me; testimonia tua intellexi.	95 The wicked may hope to destroy me, but al my thought is of your instructions.
96 Omni consummationi vidi finem, latum praeceptum tuum nimis.	96 I have seen that al perfection is finite, but your commandment has no limit.
97 MEM. Quomodo dilexi legem tuam, Domine; tota die meditatio mea est.	97 How I love your Law! I ponder it al day long.
98 Super inimicos meos sapientem me fecit praeceptum tuum, quia in aeternum mihi est.	98 You make me wiser than my enemies by your commandment which is mine for ever.
99 Super omnes docentes me prudens factus sum, quia testimonia tua meditatio mea est.	99 I am wiser than al my teachers because I ponder your instructions.
100 Super senes intellexi, quia mandata tua servavi.	100 I have more understanding than the aged because I keep your precepts.
101 Ab omni via mala prohibui pedes meos, ut custodiam verba tua.	101 I restrain my foot from evil paths to keep your word.
102 A iudiciis tuis non declinavi, quia tu legem posuisti mihi.	102 I do not turn aside from your judgements, because you yourself have instructed me.
103 Quam dulcia faucibus meis eloquia tua, super mel ori meo.	103 How pleasant your promise to my palate, sweeter than honey in my mouth!
104 A mandatis tuis intellexi; propterea odivi omnem viam mendacii.	104 From your precepts I learn wisdom, so I hate all deceptive ways.
105 NUN. Lucerna pedibus meis verbum tuum et lumen semitis meis.	105 Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
106 Iuravi et statui custodire iudicia iustitiae tuae.	106 I have sworn -- and shal maintain it -- to keep your upright judgements.
107 Humiliatus sum usquequaque, Domine; vivifica me secundum verbum tuum.	107 I am utterly wretched, Yahweh; true to your promise, give me life.
108 Voluntaria oris mei beneplacita sint, Domine, et iudicia tua doce me.	108 Accept, Yahweh, the tribute from my mouth, and teach me your judgements.
109 Anima mea in manibus meis semper, et legem tuam non sum oblitus.	109 My life is in your hands perpetual y, I do not forget your Law.
110 Posuerunt peccatores laqueum mihi, et de mandatis tuis non erravi.	110 The wicked have laid out a snare for me, but I have not strayed from your precepts.
111 Hereditas mea testimonia tua in aeternum, quia exsultatio cordis mei sunt.	111 Your instructions are my eternal heritage, they are the joy of my heart.
112 Inclinavi cor meum ad faciendas iustificationes tuas in aeternum, in finem.	112 I devote myself to obeying your statutes, their recompense is eternal.
113 SAMECH. Duplices corde odio habui et legem tuam dilexi.	113 I hate a divided heart, I love your Law.
114 Tegmen et scutum meum es tu, et in verbum tuum supersperavi.	114 You are my refuge and shield, I put my hope in your word.
115 Declinate a me, maligni, et servabo praecepta Dei mei.	115 Leave me alone, you wicked, I shal observe the commandments of my God.
116 Suscipe me secundum eloquium tuum, et vivam; et non confundas me ab exspectatione mea.	116 True to your word, support me and I shal live; do not disappoint me of my hope.
117 Sustenta me, et salvus ero et delectabor in iustificationibus tuis semper.	117 Uphold me and I shall be saved, my gaze fixed on your wil .
118 Sprevisti omnes discedentes a iustificationibus tuis, quia mendacium cogitatio eorum.	118 You shake off al who stray from your wil ; deceit fills their horizon.
119 Quasi scoriam delesti omnes peccatores terrae; ideo dilexi testimonia tua.	119 In your sight al the wicked of the earth are like rust, so I love your instructions.
120 Horruit a timore tuo caro mea; a iudiciis enim tuis timui.	120 My whole body trembles before you, your judgements fill me with fear.
121 AIN. Feci iudicium et iustitiam; non tradas me calumniantibus me.	121 Al my conduct has been just and upright, do not hand me over to my oppressors.
122 Sponde pro servo tuo in bonum; non calumnientur me superbi.	122 Guarantee the wel -being of your servant, do not let the proud oppress me.
123 Oculi mei defecerunt in desiderio salutaris tui et eloquii iustitiae tuae.	123 My eyes are languishing for your salvation and for the saving justice you have promised.
124 Fac cum servo tuo secundum misericordiam tuam et iustificationes tuas doce me.	124 Show your faithful love to your servant, teach me your judgements.
125 Servus tuus sum ego; da mihi intellectum, ut sciam testimonia tua.	125 Your servant am I; give me understanding and I shal know your instructions.
126 Tempus faciendi Domino; dissipaverunt legem tuam.	126 It is time to take action, Yahweh, your Law is being broken.
127 Ideo dilexi praecepta tua super aurum et obryzum.	127 So I love your commandments more than gold, purest gold.
128 Propterea ad omnia mandata tua dirigebar, omnem viam mendacii odio habui. -	128 So I rule my life by your precepts, I hate al deceptive paths.
129 PHE. Mirabilia testimonia tua, ideo servavit ea anima mea.	129 Wonderful are your instructions, so I observe them.
130 Declaratio sermonum tuorum illuminat et intellectum dat parvulis.	130 As your word unfolds it gives light, and even the simple understand.
131 Os meum aperui et attraxi spiritum, quia praecepta tua desiderabam.	131 I open wide my mouth, panting eagerly for your commandments.
132 Convertere in me et miserere mei secundum iudicium tuum cum diligentibus nomen tuum.	132 Turn to me, pity me; those who love your name deserve it.
133 Gressus meos dirige secundum eloquium tuum, et non dominetur mei omnis iniquitas.	133 Keep my steps firm in your promise; that no evil may triumph over me.
134 Redime me a calumniis hominum, ut custodiam mandata tua.	134 Rescue me from human oppression, and I wil observe your precepts.
135 Faciem tuam illumina super servum tuum et doce me iustificationes tuas.	135 Let your face shine on your servant, teach me your wil .
136 Rivulos aquarum deduxerunt oculi mei, quia non custodierunt legem tuam.	136 My eyes stream with tears because your Law is disregarded.
137 SADE. Iustus es, Domine, et rectum iudicium tuum.	137 You are upright, Yahweh, and your judgements are honest.
138 Mandasti in iustitia testimonia tua et in veritate nimis.	138 You impose uprightness as a witness to yourself, it is constancy itself.
139 Consumpsit me zelus meus, quia obliti sunt verba tua inimici mei.	139 My zeal is burning me up because my oppressors forget your word.
140 Ignitum eloquium tuum vehementer, et servus tuus dilexit illud.	140 Your promise is wel tested, your servant holds it dear.
141 Adulescentulus sum ego et contemptus; mandata tua non sum oblitus.	141 Puny and despised as I am, I do not forget your precepts.
142 Iustitia tua iustitia in aeternum, et lex tua veritas.	142 Your saving justice is for ever just, and your Law is trustworthy.
143 Tribulatio et angustia invenerunt me; praecepta tua delectatio mea est.	143 Though anguish and distress grip me your commandments are my delight.
144 Iustitia testimonia tua in aeternum; intellectum da mihi, et vivam.	144 Your instructions are upright for ever, give me understanding and I shal live.
145 COPH. Clamavi in toto corde, exaudi me, Domine; iustificationes tuas servabo.	145 I cal with al my heart; answer me, Yahweh, and I wil observe your judgements.
146 Clamavi ad te, salvum me fac, ut custodiam testimonia tua.	146 I cal to you; save me, and I wil keep your instructions.
147 Praeveni diluculo et clamavi, in verba tua supersperavi.	147 I am awake before dawn to cry for help, I put my hope in your word.
148 Praevenerunt oculi mei vigilias, ut meditarer eloquia tua.	148 My eyes are awake before each watch of the night, to ponder your promise.
149 Vocem meam audi secundum misericordiam tuam, Domine, secundum iudicium tuum vivifica me.	149 In your faithful love, Yahweh, listen to my voice, let your judgements give me life.
150 Appropinquaverunt persequentes me in malitia, a lege autem tua longe facti sunt.	150 My pursuers are coming closer to their wicked designs, and further from your Law.
151 Prope es tu, Domine, et omnia praecepta tua veritas.	151 You are close to me, Yahweh, and all your commandments are true.
152 Ab initio cognovi de testimoniis tuis, quia in aeternum fundasti ea.	152 Long have I known that your instructions were laid down to last for ever.
153 RES. Vide humiliationem meam et eripe me, quia legem tuam non sum oblitus.	153 Look at my suffering and rescue me, for I do not forget your Law.
154 Iudica causam meam et redime me; propter eloquium tuum vivifica me.	154 Plead my cause and defend me; as you promised, give me life.
155 Longe a peccatoribus salus, quia iustificationes tuas non exquisierunt.	155 Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek your will.
156 Misericordiae tuae multae, Domine; secundum iudicia tua vivifica me.	156 Your kindnesses to me are countless, Yahweh; true to your judgements, give me life.
157 Multi, qui persequuntur me et tribulant me; a testimoniis tuis non declinavi.	157 Though my enemies and oppressors are countless, I do not turn aside from your instructions.
158 Vidi praevaricantes, et taeduit me, quia eloquia tua non custodierunt.	158 The sight of these renegades appals me; they do not observe your promise.
159 Vide quoniam mandata tua dilexi, Domine; secundum misericordiam tuam vivifica me.	159 See how I love your precepts; true to your faithful love, give me life.
160 Principium verborum tuorum veritas, in aeternum omnia iudicia iustitiae tuae.	160 Faithfulness is the essence of your word, your upright judgements hold good for ever.
161 SIN. Principes persecuti sunt me gratis, et a verbis tuis formidavit cor meum.	161 Though princes hound me unprovoked, what fil s me with awe is your word.
162 Laetabor ego super eloquia tua, sicut qui invenit spolia multa.	162 I rejoice in your promise like one who finds a vast treasure.
163 Mendacium odio habui et abominatus sum; legem autem tuam dilexi.	163 Falsehood I hate and detest, my love is for your Law.
164 Septies in die laudem dixi tibi super iudicia iustitiae tuae.	164 Seven times a day I praise you for your upright judgements.
165 Pax multa diligentibus legem tuam, et non est illis scandalum.	165 Great peace for those who love your Law; no stumbling-blocks for them!
166 Exspectabam salutare tuum, Domine, et praecepta tua feci.	166 I am waiting for your salvation, Yahweh, I fulfil your commandments.
167 Custodivit anima mea testimonia tua, et dilexi ea vehementer.	167 I observe your instructions, I love them dearly.
168 Servavi mandata tua et testimonia tua, quia omnes viae meae in conspectu tuo.	168 I observe your precepts, your judgements, for al my ways are before you.
169 TAU. Appropinquet deprecatio mea in conspectu tuo, Domine; iuxta verbum tuum da mihi intellectum.	169 May my cry approach your presence, Yahweh; by your word give me understanding.
170 Intret postulatio mea in conspectu tuo; secundum eloquium tuum libera me.	170 May my prayer come into your presence, rescue me as you have promised.
171 Eructabunt labia mea hymnum, cum docueris me iustificationes tuas.	171 May my lips proclaim your praise, for you teach me your will.
172 Cantet lingua mea eloquium tuum, quia omnia praecepta tua iustitia.	172 May my tongue recite your promise, for al your commandments are upright.
173 Fiat manus tua, ut adiuvet me, quoniam mandata tua elegi.	173 May your hand be there to help me, since I have chosen your precepts.
174 Concupivi salutare tuum, Domine, et lex tua delectatio mea est.	174 I long for your salvation, Yahweh, your Law is my delight.
175 Vivet anima mea et laudabit te, et iudicia tua adiuvabunt me.	175 May I live only to praise you, may your judgements be my help.
