2 Saldo è il mio cuore, o Dio,saldo è il mio cuore.Voglio cantare, voglio inneggiare:svégliati, mio cuore,	2 Awake, lyre and harp, I will awake the Dawn!
3 svegliatevi, arpa e cetra,voglio svegliare l’aurora.	3 I wil praise you among the peoples, Yahweh, I wil play to you among nations,
4 Ti loderò fra i popoli, Signore,a te canterò inni fra le nazioni:	4 for your faithful love towers to heaven, and your constancy to the clouds.
5 grande fino ai cieli è il tuo amoree la tua fedeltà fino alle nubi.	5 Be exalted above the heavens, God. Your glory over the whole earth!
6 Innàlzati sopra il cielo, o Dio;su tutta la terra la tua gloria!	6 To rescue those you love, save with your right hand and answer us.
7 Perché siano liberati i tuoi amici,salvaci con la tua destra e rispondici.	7 God has spoken from his sanctuary, 'In triumph I wil divide up Shechem, and share out the Val ey ofSuccoth.
8 Dio ha parlato nel suo santuario:«Esulto e divido Sichem,spartisco la valle di Succot.	8 'Mine is Gilead, mine Manasseh, Ephraim the helmet on my head, Judah my commander's baton,
9 Mio è Gàlaad, mio è Manasse,Èfraim è l’elmo del mio capo,Giuda lo scettro del mio comando.	9 'Moab a bowl for me to wash in, on Edom I plant my sandal, over Philistia I cry victory.'
10 Moab è il catino per lavarmi,su Edom getterò i miei sandali,sulla Filistea canterò vittoria».	10 Who will lead me against a fortified city, who wil guide me into Edom,
11 Chi mi condurrà alla città fortificata,chi potrà guidarmi fino al paese di Edom,	11 if not you, the God who has rejected us? God, you no longer march with our armies.
12 se non tu, o Dio, che ci hai respintie più non esci, o Dio, con le nostre schiere?	12 Bring us help in our time of crisis, any human assistance is worthless.
13 Nell’oppressione vieni in nostro aiuto,perché vana è la salvezza dell’uomo.	13 With God we shal do deeds of valour, he wil trample down our enemies.
14 Con Dio noi faremo prodezze,egli calpesterà i nostri nemici.
