2 Popoli tutti, battete le mani!Acclamate Dio con grida di gioia,	2 O clap your hands, all ye nations: shout unto God with the voice of Joy,
3 perché terribile è il Signore, l’Altissimo,grande re su tutta la terra.	3 For the Lord is high, terrible: a great king over all the earth.
4 Egli ci ha sottomesso i popoli,sotto i nostri piedi ha posto le nazioni.	4 He hath subdued the people under us; and the nations under our feet.
5 Ha scelto per noi la nostra eredità,orgoglio di Giacobbe che egli ama.	5 He hath chosen for us his inheritance the beauty of Jacob which he hath loved.
6 Ascende Dio tra le acclamazioni,il Signore al suono di tromba.	6 God is ascended with jubilee, and the Lord with the sound of trumpet.
7 Cantate inni a Dio, cantate inni,cantate inni al nostro re, cantate inni;	7 Sing praises to our God, sing ye: sing praises to our king, sing ye.
8 perché Dio è re di tutta la terra,cantate inni con arte.	8 For God is the king of all the earth: sing ye wisely.
9 Dio regna sulle genti,Dio siede sul suo trono santo.	9 God shall reign over the nations: God sitteth on his holy throne.
10 I capi dei popoli si sono raccolticome popolo del Dio di Abramo.Sì, a Dio appartengono i poteri della terra:egli è eccelso.	10 The princes of the people are gathered together, with the God of Abraham: for the strong gods of the earth are exceedingly exalted.
