1 Il Signore regna: esulti la terra,gioiscano le isole tutte.	1 A Psalm of David himself. Sing to the Lord a new song, for he has performed wonders. His right hand has accomplished salvation for him, with his holy arm.
2 Nubi e tenebre lo avvolgono,giustizia e diritto sostengono il suo trono.	2 The Lord has made known his salvation. He has revealed his justice in the sight of the nations.
3 Un fuoco cammina davanti a luie brucia tutt’intorno i suoi nemici.	3 He has remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Le sue folgori rischiarano il mondo:vede e trema la terra.	4 Sing joyfully to God, all the earth. Sing and exult, and sing psalms.
5 I monti fondono come cera davanti al Signore,davanti al Signore di tutta la terra.	5 Sing psalms to the Lord with stringed instruments, with strings and the voice of a psalmist,
6 Annunciano i cieli la sua giustizia,e tutti i popoli vedono la sua gloria.	6 with subtle wind instruments and the voice of woodwinds. Make a joyful noise before the Lord our king.
7 Si vergognino tutti gli adoratori di statuee chi si vanta del nulla degli idoli.A lui si prostrino tutti gli dèi!	7 Let the sea be moved and all its fullness, the whole world and all who dwell in it.
8 Ascolti Sion e ne gioisca,esultino i villaggi di Giudaa causa dei tuoi giudizi, Signore.	8 The rivers will clap their hands, the mountains will exult together,
9 Perché tu, Signore,sei l’Altissimo su tutta la terra,eccelso su tutti gli dèi.	9 before the presence of the Lord. For he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the whole world with justice, and the peoples with fairness.
10 Odiate il male, voi che amate il Signore:egli custodisce la vita dei suoi fedeli,li libererà dalle mani dei malvagi.
11 Una luce è spuntata per il giusto,una gioia per i retti di cuore.
12 Gioite, giusti, nel Signore,della sua santità celebrate il ricordo.
