1 Il Signore regna: esulti la terra,gioiscano le isole tutte.	1 The LORD is king; let the earth rejoice; let the many islands be glad.
2 Nubi e tenebre lo avvolgono,giustizia e diritto sostengono il suo trono.	2 Cloud and darkness surround the Lord; justice and right are the foundation of his throne.
3 Un fuoco cammina davanti a luie brucia tutt’intorno i suoi nemici.	3 Fire goes before him; everywhere it consumes the foes.
4 Le sue folgori rischiarano il mondo:vede e trema la terra.	4 Lightning illumines the world; the earth sees and trembles.
5 I monti fondono come cera davanti al Signore,davanti al Signore di tutta la terra.	5 The mountains melt like wax before the LORD, before the Lord of all the earth.
6 Annunciano i cieli la sua giustizia,e tutti i popoli vedono la sua gloria.	6 The heavens proclaim God's justice; all peoples see his glory.
7 Si vergognino tutti gli adoratori di statuee chi si vanta del nulla degli idoli.A lui si prostrino tutti gli dèi!	7 All who serve idols are put to shame, who glory in worthless things; all gods bow down before you.
8 Ascolti Sion e ne gioisca,esultino i villaggi di Giudaa causa dei tuoi giudizi, Signore.	8 Zion hears and is glad, and the cities of Judah rejoice because of your judgments, O LORD.
9 Perché tu, Signore,sei l’Altissimo su tutta la terra,eccelso su tutti gli dèi.	9 You, LORD, are the Most High over all the earth, exalted far above all gods.
10 Odiate il male, voi che amate il Signore:egli custodisce la vita dei suoi fedeli,li libererà dalle mani dei malvagi.	10 The LORD loves those who hate evil, protects the lives of the faithful, rescues them from the hand of the wicked.
11 Una luce è spuntata per il giusto,una gioia per i retti di cuore.	11 Light dawns for the just; gladness, for the honest of heart.
12 Gioite, giusti, nel Signore,della sua santità celebrate il ricordo.	12 Rejoice in the LORD, you just, and praise his holy name.
