BIBBIA CEI 2008	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Alleluia. (Alef) Renderò grazie al Signore con tutto il cuore,(Bet) tra gli uomini retti riuniti in assemblea.	1 Al eluia! I give thanks to Yahweh with al my heart, in the meeting-place of honest people, in theassembly.
2 (Ghimel) Grandi sono le opere del Signore:(Dalet) le ricerchino coloro che le amano.	2 Great are the deeds of Yahweh, to be pondered by al who delight in them.
3 (He) Il suo agire è splendido e maestoso,(Vau) la sua giustizia rimane per sempre.	3 Ful of splendour and majesty his work, his saving justice stands firm for ever.
4 (Zain) Ha lasciato un ricordo delle sue meraviglie:(Het) misericordioso e pietoso è il Signore.	4 He gives us a memorial of his great deeds; Yahweh is mercy and tenderness.
5 (Tet) Egli dà il cibo a chi lo teme,(Iod) si ricorda sempre della sua alleanza.	5 He gives food to those who fear him, he keeps his covenant ever in mind.
6 (Caf) Mostrò al suo popolo la potenza delle sue opere,(Lamed) gli diede l’eredità delle genti.	6 His works show his people his power in giving them the birthright of the nations.
7 (Mem) Le opere delle sue mani sono verità e diritto,(Nun) stabili sono tutti i suoi comandi,	7 The works of his hands are fidelity and justice, al his precepts are trustworthy,
8 (Samec) immutabili nei secoli, per sempre,(Ain) da eseguire con verità e rettitudine.	8 established for ever and ever, accomplished in fidelity and honesty.
9 (Pe) Mandò a liberare il suo popolo,(Sade) stabilì la sua alleanza per sempre.(Kof) Santo e terribile è il suo nome.	9 Deliverance he sends to his people, his covenant he imposes for ever; holy and awesome his name.
10 (Res) Principio della sapienza è il timore del Signore:(Sin) rende saggio chi ne esegue i precetti.(Tau) La lode del Signore rimane per sempre.	10 The root of wisdom is fear of Yahweh; those who attain it are wise. His praise wil continue for ever.
