Psalmi 105

VULGATA	KING JAMES BIBLE
1 Alleluja. Confitemini Domino, quoniam bonus, quoniam in sæculum misericordia ejus.	1 O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.
2 Quis loquetur potentias Domini ; auditas faciet omnes laudes ejus ?	2 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.
3 Beati qui custodiunt judicium, et faciunt justitiam in omni tempore.	3 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.
4 Memento nostri, Domine, in beneplacito populi tui ; visita nos in salutari tuo :	4 Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore.
5 ad videndum in bonitate electorum tuorum ; ad lætandum in lætitia gentis tuæ : ut lauderis cum hæreditate tua.	5 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;
6 Peccavimus cum patribus nostris : injuste egimus ; iniquitatem fecimus.	6 O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.
7 Patres nostri in Ægypto non intellexerunt mirabilia tua ; non fuerunt memores multitudinis misericordiæ tuæ. Et irritaverunt ascendentes in mare, mare Rubrum ;	7 He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.
8 et salvavit eos propter nomen suum, ut notam faceret potentiam suam.	8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
9 Et increpuit mare Rubrum et exsiccatum est, et deduxit eos in abyssis sicut in deserto.	9 Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;
10 Et salvavit eos de manu odientium, et redemit eos de manu inimici.	10 And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:
11 Et operuit aqua tribulantes eos ; unus ex eis non remansit.	11 Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:
12 Et crediderunt verbis ejus, et laudaverunt laudem ejus.	12 When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.
13 Cito fecerunt ; obliti sunt operum ejus : et non sustinuerunt consilium ejus.	13 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;
14 Et concupierunt concupiscentiam in deserto, et tentaverunt Deum in inaquoso.	14 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;
15 Et dedit eis petitionem ipsorum, et misit saturitatem in animas eorum.	15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
16 Et irritaverunt Moysen in castris ; Aaron, sanctum Domini.	16 Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.
17 Aperta est terra, et deglutivit Dathan, et operuit super congregationem Abiron.	17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:
18 Et exarsit ignis in synagoga eorum : flamma combussit peccatores.	18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:
19 Et fecerunt vitulum in Horeb, et adoraverunt sculptile.	19 Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.
20 Et mutaverunt gloriam suam in similitudinem vituli comedentis f?num.	20 The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.
21 Obliti sunt Deum qui salvavit eos ; qui fecit magnalia in Ægypto,	21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:
22 mirabilia in terra Cham, terribilia in mari Rubro.	22 To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.
23 Et dixit ut disperderet eos, si non Moyses, electus ejus, stetisset in confractione in conspectu ejus, ut averteret iram ejus, ne disperderet eos.	23 Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
24 Et pro nihilo habuerunt terram desiderabilem ; non crediderunt verbo ejus.	24 And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.
25 Et murmuraverunt in tabernaculis suis ; non exaudierunt vocem Domini.	25 He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.
26 Et elevavit manum suam super eos ut prosterneret eos in deserto :	26 He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.
27 et ut dejiceret semen eorum in nationibus, et dispergeret eos in regionibus.	27 They shewed his signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.
28 Et initiati sunt Beelphegor, et comederunt sacrificia mortuorum.	28 He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.
29 Et irritaverunt eum in adinventionibus suis, et multiplicata est in eis ruina.	29 He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.
30 Et stetit Phinees, et placavit, et cessavit quassatio.	30 Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of their kings.
31 Et reputatum est ei in justitiam, in generationem et generationem usque in sempiternum.	31 He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts.
32 Et irritaverunt eum ad aquas contradictionis, et vexatus est Moyses propter eos :	32 He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.
33 quia exacerbaverunt spiritum ejus, et distinxit in labiis suis.	33 He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.
34 Non disperdiderunt gentes quas dixit Dominus illis :	34 He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillers, and that without number,
35 et commisti sunt inter gentes, et didicerunt opera eorum ;	35 And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.
36 et servierunt sculptilibus eorum, et factum est illis in scandalum.	36 He smote also all the firstborn in their land, the chief of all their strength.
37 Et immolaverunt filios suos et filias suas dæmoniis.	37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.
38 Et effuderunt sanguinem innocentem, sanguinem filiorum suorum et filiarum suarum, quas sacrificaverunt sculptilibus Chanaan. Et infecta est terra in sanguinibus,	38 Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.
39 et contaminata est in operibus eorum : et fornicati sunt in adinventionibus suis.	39 He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.
40 Et iratus est furore Dominus in populum suum, et abominatus est hæreditatem suam.	40 The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
41 Et tradidit eos in manus gentium ; et dominati sunt eorum qui oderunt eos.	41 He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.
42 Et tribulaverunt eos inimici eorum, et humiliati sunt sub manibus eorum ;	42 For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.
43 sæpe liberavit eos. Ipsi autem exacerbaverunt eum in consilio suo, et humiliati sunt in iniquitatibus suis.	43 And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:
44 Et vidit cum tribularentur, et audivit orationem eorum.	44 And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people;
45 Et memor fuit testamenti sui, et p?nituit eum secundum multitudinem misericordiæ suæ :	45 That they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the LORD.
46 et dedit eos in misericordias, in conspectu omnium qui ceperant eos.
47 Salvos nos fac, Domine Deus noster, et congrega nos de nationibus : ut confiteamur nomini sancto tuo, et gloriemur in laude tua.
48 Benedictus Dominus Deus Israël, a sæculo et usque in sæculum ; et dicet omnis populus : Fiat, fiat.
