Psalmi 16

VULGATA	KING JAMES BIBLE
1 Oratio David. Exaudi, Domine, justitiam meam ; intende deprecationem meam. Auribus percipe orationem meam, non in labiis dolosis.	1 Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.
2 De vultu tuo judicium meum prodeat ; oculi tui videant æquitates.	2 O my soul, thou hast said unto the LORD, Thou art my Lord: my goodness extendeth not to thee;
3 Probasti cor meum, et visitasti nocte ; igne me examinasti, et non est inventa in me iniquitas.	3 But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight.
4 Ut non loquatur os meum opera hominum : propter verba labiorum tuorum, ego custodivi vias duras.	4 Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.
5 Perfice gressus meos in semitis tuis, ut non moveantur vestigia mea.	5 The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot.
6 Ego clamavi, quoniam exaudisti me, Deus ; inclina aurem tuam mihi, et exaudi verba mea.	6 The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.
7 Mirifica misericordias tuas, qui salvos facis sperantes in te.	7 I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons.
8 A resistentibus dexteræ tuæ custodi me ut pupillam oculi. Sub umbra alarum tuarum protege me	8 I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
9 a facie impiorum qui me afflixerunt. Inimici mei animam meam circumdederunt ;	9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope.
10 adipem suum concluserunt : os eorum locutum est superbiam.	10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
11 Projicientes me nunc circumdederunt me ; oculos suos statuerunt declinare in terram.	11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
12 Susceperunt me sicut leo paratus ad prædam, et sicut catulus leonis habitans in abditis.
13 Exsurge, Domine : præveni eum, et supplanta eum : eripe animam meam ab impio ; frameam tuam
14 ab inimicis manus tuæ. Domine, a paucis de terra divide eos in vita eorum ; de absconditis tuis adimpletus est venter eorum. Saturati sunt filiis, et dimiserunt reliquias suas parvulis suis.
15 Ego autem in justitia apparebo conspectui tuo ; satiabor cum apparuerit gloria tua.
