1 Alleluia. Alef. Beato l'uomo di integra condotta, che cammina nella legge del Signore.	1 Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the LORD!
2 Beato chi è fedele ai suoi insegnamenti e lo cerca con tutto il cuore.	2 Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart,
3 Non commette ingiustizie, cammina per le sue vie.	3 who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways!
4 Tu hai dato i tuoi precetti perché siano osservati fedelmente.	4 Thou hast commanded thy precepts to be kept diligently.
5 Siano diritte le mie vie, nel custodire i tuoi decreti.	5 O that my ways may be steadfast in keeping thy statutes!
6 Allora non dovrò arrossire se avrò obbedito ai tuoi comandi.	6 Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all thy commandments.
7 Ti loderò con cuore sincero quando avrò appreso le tue giuste sentenze.	7 I will praise thee with an upright heart, when I learn thy righteous ordinances.
8 Voglio osservare i tuoi decreti: non abbandonarmi mai.	8 I will observe thy statutes; O forsake me not utterly!
9 Bet. Come potrà un giovane tenere pura la sua via? Custodendo le tue parole.	9 How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to thy word.
10 Con tutto il cuore ti cerco: non farmi deviare dai tuoi precetti.	10 With my whole heart I seek thee; let me not wander from thy commandments!
11 Conservo nel cuore le tue parole per non offenderti con il peccato.	11 I have laid up thy word in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.
12 Benedetto sei tu, Signore; mostrami il tuo volere.	12 Blessed be thou, O LORD; teach me thy statutes!
13 Con le mie labbra ho enumerato tutti i giudizi della tua bocca.	13 With my lips I declare all the ordinances of thy mouth.
14 Nel seguire i tuoi ordini è la mia gioia più che in ogni altro bene.	14 In the way of thy testimonies I delight as much as in all riches.
15 Voglio meditare i tuoi comandamenti, considerare le tue vie.	15 I will meditate on thy precepts, and fix my eyes on thy ways.
16 Nella tua volontà è la mia gioia; mai dimenticherò la tua parola.	16 I will delight in thy statutes; I will not forget thy word.
17 Ghimel. Sii buono con il tuo servo e avrò vita, custodirò la tua parola.	17 Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live and observe thy word.
18 Aprimi gli occhi perché io veda le meraviglie della tua legge.	18 Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
19 Io sono straniero sulla terra, non nascondermi i tuoi comandi.	19 I am a sojourner on earth; hide not thy commandments from me!
20 Io mi consumo nel desiderio dei tuoi precetti in ogni tempo.	20 My soul is consumed with longing for thy ordinances at all times.
21 Tu minacci gli orgogliosi; maledetto chi devìa dai tuoi decreti.	21 Thou dost rebuke the insolent, accursed ones, who wander from thy commandments;
22 Allontana da me vergogna e disprezzo, perché ho osservato le tue leggi.	22 take away from me their scorn and contempt, for I have kept thy testimonies.
23 Siedono i potenti, mi calunniano, ma il tuo servo medita i tuoi decreti.	23 Even though princes sit plotting against me, thy servant will meditate on thy statutes.
24 Anche i tuoi ordini sono la mia gioia, miei consiglieri i tuoi precetti.	24 Thy testimonies are my delight, they are my counselors.
25 Dalet. Io sono prostrato nella polvere; dammi vita secondo la tua parola.	25 My soul cleaves to the dust; revive me according to thy word!
26 Ti ho manifestato le mie vie e mi hai risposto; insegnami i tuoi voleri.	26 When I told of my ways, thou didst answer me; teach me thy statutes!
27 Fammi conoscere la via dei tuoi precetti e mediterò i tuoi prodigi.	27 Make me understand the way of thy precepts, and I will meditate on thy wondrous works.
28 Io piango nella tristezza; sollevami secondo la tua promessa.	28 My soul melts away for sorrow; strengthen me according to thy word!
29 Tieni lontana da me la via della menzogna, fammi dono della tua legge.	29 Put false ways far from me; and graciously teach me thy law!
30 Ho scelto la via della giustizia, mi sono proposto i tuoi giudizi.	30 I have chosen the way of faithfulness, I set thy ordinances before me.
31 Ho aderito ai tuoi insegnamenti, Signore, che io non resti confuso.	31 I cleave to thy testimonies, O LORD; let me not be put to shame!
32 Corro per la via dei tuoi comandamenti, perché hai dilatato il mio cuore.	32 I will run in the way of thy commandments when thou enlargest my understanding!
33 He. Indicami, Signore, la via dei tuoi decreti e la seguirò sino alla fine.	33 Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I will keep it to the end.
34 Dammi intelligenza, perché io osservi la tua legge e la custodisca con tutto il cuore.	34 Give me understanding, that I may keep thy law and observe it with my whole heart.
35 Dirigimi sul sentiero dei tuoi comandi, perché in esso è la mia gioia.	35 Lead me in the path of thy commandments, for I delight in it.
36 Piega il mio cuore verso i tuoi insegnamenti e non verso la sete del guadagno.	36 Incline my heart to thy testimonies, and not to gain!
37 Distogli i miei occhi dalle cose vane, fammi vivere sulla tua via.	37 Turn my eyes from looking at vanities; and give me life in thy ways.
38 Con il tuo servo sii fedele alla parola che hai data, perché ti si tema.	38 Confirm to thy servant thy promise, which is for those who fear thee.
39 Allontana l'insulto che mi sgomenta, poiché i tuoi giudizi sono buoni.	39 Turn away the reproach which I dread; for thy ordinances are good.
40 Ecco, desidero i tuoi comandamenti; per la tua giustizia fammi vivere.	40 Behold, I long for thy precepts; in thy righteousness give me life!
41 Vau. Venga a me, Signore, la tua grazia, la tua salvezza secondo la tua promessa;	41 Let thy steadfast love come to me, O LORD, thy salvation according to thy promise;
42 a chi mi insulta darò una risposta, perché ho fiducia nella tua parola.	42 then shall I have an answer for those who taunt me, for I trust in thy word.
43 Non togliere mai dalla mia bocca la parola vera, perché confido nei tuoi giudizi.	43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth, for my hope is in thy ordinances.
44 Custodirò la tua legge per sempre, nei secoli, in eterno.	44 I will keep thy law continually, for ever and ever;
45 Sarò sicuro nel mio cammino, perché ho ricercato i tuoi voleri.	45 and I shall walk at liberty, for I have sought thy precepts.
46 Davanti ai re parlerò della tua alleanza senza temere la vergogna.	46 I will also speak of thy testimonies before kings, and shall not be put to shame;
47 Gioirò per i tuoi comandi che ho amati.	47 for I find my delight in thy commandments, which I love.
48 Alzerò le mani ai tuoi precetti che amo, mediterò le tue leggi.	48 I revere thy commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on thy statutes.
49 Zain. Ricorda la promessa fatta al tuo servo, con la quale mi hai dato speranza.	49 Remember thy word to thy servant, in which thou hast made me hope.
50 Questo mi consola nella miseria: la tua parola mi fa vivere.	50 This is my comfort in my affliction that thy promise gives me life.
51 I superbi mi insultano aspramente, ma non devìo dalla tua legge.	51 Godless men utterly deride me, but I do not turn away from thy law.
52 Ricordo i tuoi giudizi di un tempo, Signore, e ne sono consolato.	52 When I think of thy ordinances from of old, I take comfort, O LORD.
53 M'ha preso lo sdegno contro gli empi che abbandonano la tua legge.	53 Hot indignation seizes me because of the wicked, who forsake thy law.
54 Sono canti per me i tuoi precetti, nella terra del mio pellegrinaggio.	54 Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
55 Ricordo il tuo nome lungo la notte e osservo la tua legge, Signore.	55 I remember thy name in the night, O LORD, and keep thy law.
56 Tutto questo mi accade perché ho custodito i tuoi precetti.	56 This blessing has fallen to me, that I have kept thy precepts.
57 Het. La mia sorte, ho detto, Signore, è custodire le tue parole.	57 The LORD is my portion; I promise to keep thy words.
58 Con tutto il cuore ti ho supplicato, fammi grazia secondo la tua promessa.	58 I entreat thy favor with all my heart; be gracious to me according to thy promise.
59 Ho scrutato le mie vie, ho rivolto i miei passi verso i tuoi comandamenti.	59 When I think of thy ways, I turn my feet to thy testimonies;
60 Sono pronto e non voglio tardare a custodire i tuoi decreti.	60 I hasten and do not delay to keep thy commandments.
61 I lacci degli empi mi hanno avvinto, ma non ho dimenticato la tua legge.	61 Though the cords of the wicked ensnare me, I do not forget thy law.
62 Nel cuore della notte mi alzo a renderti lode per i tuoi giusti decreti.	62 At midnight I rise to praise thee, because of thy righteous ordinances.
63 Sono amico di coloro che ti sono fedeli e osservano i tuoi precetti.	63 I am a companion of all who fear thee, of those who keep thy precepts.
64 Del tuo amore, Signore, è piena la terra; insegnami il tuo volere.	64 The earth, O LORD, is full of thy steadfast love; teach me thy statutes!
65 Tet. Hai fatto il bene al tuo servo, Signore, secondo la tua parola.	65 Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according to thy word.
66 Insegnami il senno e la saggezza, perché ho fiducia nei tuoi comandamenti.	66 Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in thy commandments.
67 Prima di essere umiliato andavo errando, ma ora osservo la tua parola.	67 Before I was afflicted I went astray; but now I keep thy word.
68 Tu sei buono e fai il bene, insegnami i tuoi decreti.	68 Thou art good and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
69 Mi hanno calunniato gli insolenti, ma io con tutto il cuore osservo i tuoi precetti.	69 The godless besmear me with lies, but with my whole heart I keep thy precepts;
70 Torpido come il grasso è il loro cuore, ma io mi diletto della tua legge.	70 their heart is gross like fat, but I delight in thy law.
71 Bene per me se sono stato umiliato, perché impari ad obbedirti.	71 It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn thy statutes.
72 La legge della tua bocca mi è preziosa più di mille pezzi d'oro e d'argento.	72 The law of thy mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces.
73 Iod. Le tue mani mi hanno fatto e plasmato; fammi capire e imparerò i tuoi comandi.	73 Thy hands have made and fashioned me; give me understanding that I may learn thy commandments.
74 I tuoi fedeli al vedermi avranno gioia, perché ho sperato nella tua parola.	74 Those who fear thee shall see me and rejoice, because I have hoped in thy word.
75 Signore, so che giusti sono i tuoi giudizi e con ragione mi hai umiliato.	75 I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that in faithfulness thou hast afflicted me.
76 Mi consoli la tua grazia, secondo la tua promessa al tuo servo.	76 Let thy steadfast love be ready to comfort me according to thy promise to thy servant.
77 Venga su di me la tua misericordia e avrò vita, poiché la tua legge è la mia gioia.	77 Let thy mercy come to me, that I may live; for thy law is my delight.
78 Siano confusi i superbi che a torto mi opprimono; io mediterò la tua legge.	78 Let the godless be put to shame, because they have subverted me with guile; as for me, I will meditate on thy precepts.
79 Si volgano a me i tuoi fedeli e quelli che conoscono i tuoi insegnamenti.	79 Let those who fear thee turn to me, that they may know thy testimonies.
80 Sia il mio cuore integro nei tuoi precetti, perché non resti confuso.	80 May my heart be blameless in thy statutes, that I may not be put to shame!
81 Caf. Mi consumo nell'attesa della tua salvezza, spero nella tua parola.	81 My soul languishes for thy salvation; I hope in thy word.
82 Si consumano i miei occhi dietro la tua promessa, mentre dico: "Quando mi darai conforto?".	82 My eyes fail with watching for thy promise; I ask, "When wilt thou comfort me?"
83 Io sono come un otre esposto al fumo, ma non dimentico i tuoi insegnamenti.	83 For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke, yet I have not forgotten thy statutes.
84 Quanti saranno i giorni del tuo servo? Quando farai giustizia dei miei persecutori?	84 How long must thy servant endure? When wilt thou judge those who persecute me?
85 Mi hanno scavato fosse gli insolenti che non seguono la tua legge.	85 Godless men have dug pitfalls for me, men who do not conform to thy law.
86 Verità sono tutti i tuoi comandi; a torto mi perseguitano: vieni in mio aiuto.	86 All thy commandments are sure; they persecute me with falsehood; help me!
87 Per poco non mi hanno bandito dalla terra, ma io non ho abbandonato i tuoi precetti.	87 They have almost made an end of me on earth; but I have not forsaken thy precepts.
88 Secondo il tuo amore fammi vivere e osserverò le parole della tua bocca.	88 In thy steadfast love spare my life, that I may keep the testimonies of thy mouth.
89 Lamed. La tua parola, Signore, è stabile come il cielo.	89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is firmly fixed in the heavens.
90 La tua fedeltà dura per ogni generazione; hai fondato la terra ed essa è salda.	90 Thy faithfulness endures to all generations; thou hast established the earth, and it stands fast.
91 Per tuo decreto tutto sussiste fino ad oggi, perché ogni cosa è al tuo servizio.	91 By thy appointment they stand this day; for all things are thy servants.
92 Se la tua legge non fosse la mia gioia, sarei perito nella mia miseria.	92 If thy law had not been my delight, I should have perished in my affliction.
93 Mai dimenticherò i tuoi precetti: per essi mi fai vivere.	93 I will never forget thy precepts; for by them thou hast given me life.
94 Io sono tuo: salvami, perché ho cercato il tuo volere.	94 I am thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.
95 Gli empi mi insidiano per rovinarmi, ma io medito i tuoi insegnamenti.	95 The wicked lie in wait to destroy me; but I consider thy testimonies.
96 Di ogni cosa perfetta ho visto il limite, ma la tua legge non ha confini.	96 I have seen a limit to all perfection, but thy commandment is exceedingly broad.
97 Mem. Quanto amo la tua legge, Signore; tutto il giorno la vado meditando.	97 Oh, how I love thy law! It is my meditation all the day.
98 Il tuo precetto mi fa più saggio dei miei nemici, perché sempre mi accompagna.	98 Thy commandment makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is ever with me.
99 Sono più saggio di tutti i miei maestri, perché medito i tuoi insegnamenti.	99 I have more understanding than all my teachers, for thy testimonies are my meditation.
100 Ho più senno degli anziani, perché osservo i tuoi precetti.	100 I understand more than the aged, for I keep thy precepts.
101 Tengo lontano i miei passi da ogni via di male, per custodire la tua parola.	101 I hold back my feet from every evil way, in order to keep thy word.
102 Non mi allontano dai tuoi giudizi, perché sei tu ad istruirmi.	102 I do not turn aside from thy ordinances, for thou hast taught me.
103 Quanto sono dolci al mio palato le tue parole: più del miele per la mia bocca.	103 How sweet are thy words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 Dai tuoi decreti ricevo intelligenza, per questo odio ogni via di menzogna.	104 Through thy precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.
105 Nun. Lampada per i miei passi è la tua parola, luce sul mio cammino.	105 Thy word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
106 Ho giurato, e lo confermo, di custodire i tuoi precetti di giustizia.	106 I have sworn an oath and confirmed it, to observe thy righteous ordinances.
107 Sono stanco di soffrire, Signore, dammi vita secondo la tua parola.	107 I am sorely afflicted; give me life, O LORD, according to thy word!
108 Signore, gradisci le offerte delle mie labbra, insegnami i tuoi giudizi.	108 Accept my offerings of praise, O LORD, and teach me thy ordinances.
109 La mia vita è sempre in pericolo, ma non dimentico la tua legge.	109 I hold my life in my hand continually, but I do not forget thy law.
110 Gli empi mi hanno teso i loro lacci, ma non ho deviato dai tuoi precetti.	110 The wicked have laid a snare for me, but I do not stray from thy precepts.
111 Mia eredità per sempre sono i tuoi insegnamenti, sono essi la gioia del mio cuore.	111 Thy testimonies are my heritage for ever; yea, they are the joy of my heart.
112 Ho piegato il mio cuore ai tuoi comandamenti, in essi è la mia ricompensa per sempre.	112 I incline my heart to perform thy statutes for ever, to the end.
113 Samech. Detesto gli animi incostanti, io amo la tua legge.	113 I hate double-minded men, but I love thy law.
114 Tu sei mio rifugio e mio scudo, spero nella tua parola.	114 Thou art my hiding place and my shield; I hope in thy word.
115 Allontanatevi da me o malvagi, osserverò i precetti del mio Dio.	115 Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.
116 Sostienimi secondo la tua parola e avrò vita, non deludermi nella mia speranza.	116 Uphold me according to thy promise, that I may live, and let me not be put to shame in my hope!
117 Sii tu il mio aiuto e sarò salvo, gioirò sempre nei tuoi precetti.	117 Hold me up, that I may be safe and have regard for thy statutes continually!
118 Tu disprezzi chi abbandona i tuoi decreti, perché la sua astuzia è fallace.	118 Thou dost spurn all who go astray from thy statutes; yea, their cunning is in vain.
119 Consideri scorie tutti gli empi della terra, perciò amo i tuoi insegnamenti.	119 All the wicked of the earth thou dost count as dross; therefore I love thy testimonies.
120 Tu fai fremere di spavento la mia carne, io temo i tuoi giudizi.	120 My flesh trembles for fear of thee, and I am afraid of thy judgments.
121 Ain. Ho agito secondo diritto e giustizia; non abbandonarmi ai miei oppressori.	121 I have done what is just and right; do not leave me to my oppressors.
122 Assicura il bene al tuo servo; non mi opprimano i superbi.	122 Be surety for thy servant for good; let not the godless oppress me.
123 I miei occhi si consumano nell'attesa della tua salvezza e della tua parola di giustizia.	123 My eyes fail with watching for thy salvation, and for the fulfilment of thy righteous promise.
124 Agisci con il tuo servo secondo il tuo amore e insegnami i tuoi comandamenti.	124 Deal with thy servant according to thy steadfast love, and teach me thy statutes.
125 Io sono tuo servo, fammi comprendere e conoscerò i tuoi insegnamenti.	125 I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies!
126 È tempo che tu agisca, Signore; hanno violato la tua legge.	126 It is time for the LORD to act, for thy law has been broken.
127 Perciò amo i tuoi comandamenti più dell'oro, più dell'oro fino.	127 Therefore I love thy commandments above gold, above fine gold.
128 Per questo tengo cari i tuoi precetti e odio ogni via di menzogna.	128 Therefore I direct my steps by all thy precepts; I hate every false way.
129 Pe. Meravigliosa è la tua alleanza, per questo le sono fedele.	129 Thy testimonies are wonderful; therefore my soul keeps them.
130 La tua parola nel rivelarsi illumina, dona saggezza ai semplici.	130 The unfolding of thy words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.
131 Apro anelante la bocca, perché desidero i tuoi comandamenti.	131 With open mouth I pant, because I long for thy commandments.
132 Volgiti a me e abbi misericordia, tu che sei giusto per chi ama il tuo nome.	132 Turn to me and be gracious to me, as is thy wont toward those who love thy name.
133 Rendi saldi i miei passi secondo la tua parola e su di me non prevalga il male.	133 Keep steady my steps according to thy promise, and let no iniquity get dominion over me.
134 Salvami dall'oppressione dell'uomo e obbedirò ai tuoi precetti.	134 Redeem me from man's oppression, that I may keep thy precepts.
135 Fa' risplendere il volto sul tuo servo e insegnami i tuoi comandamenti.	135 Make thy face shine upon thy servant, and teach me thy statutes.
136 Fiumi di lacrime mi scendono dagli occhi, perché non osservano la tua legge.	136 My eyes shed streams of tears, because men do not keep thy law.
137 Sade. Tu sei giusto, Signore, e retto nei tuoi giudizi.	137 Righteous art thou, O LORD, and right are thy judgments.
138 Con giustizia hai ordinato le tue leggi e con fedeltà grande.	138 Thou hast appointed thy testimonies in righteousness and in all faithfulness.
139 Mi divora lo zelo della tua casa, perché i miei nemici dimenticano le tue parole.	139 My zeal consumes me, because my foes forget thy words.
140 Purissima è la tua parola, il tuo servo la predilige.	140 Thy promise is well tried, and thy servant loves it.
141 Io sono piccolo e disprezzato, ma non trascuro i tuoi precetti.	141 I am small and despised, yet I do not forget thy precepts.
142 La tua giustizia è giustizia eterna e verità è la tua legge.	142 Thy righteousness is righteous for ever, and thy law is true.
143 Angoscia e affanno mi hanno colto, ma i tuoi comandi sono la mia gioia.	143 Trouble and anguish have come upon me, but thy commandments are my delight.
144 Giusti sono i tuoi insegnamenti per sempre, fammi comprendere e avrò la vita.	144 Thy testimonies are righteous for ever; give me understanding that I may live.
145 Kof. T'invoco con tutto il cuore, Signore, rispondimi; custodirò i tuoi precetti.	145 With my whole heart I cry; answer me, O LORD! I will keep thy statutes.
146 Io ti chiamo, salvami, e seguirò i tuoi insegnamenti.	146 I cry to thee; save me, that I may observe thy testimonies.
147 Precedo l'aurora e grido aiuto, spero sulla tua parola.	147 I rise before dawn and cry for help; I hope in thy words.
148 I miei occhi prevengono le veglie per meditare sulle tue promesse.	148 My eyes are awake before the watches of the night, that I may meditate upon thy promise.
149 Ascolta la mia voce, secondo la tua grazia; Signore, fammi vivere secondo il tuo giudizio.	149 Hear my voice in thy steadfast love; O LORD, in thy justice preserve my life.
150 A tradimento mi assediano i miei persecutori, sono lontani dalla tua legge.	150 They draw near who persecute me with evil purpose; they are far from thy law.
151 Ma tu, Signore, sei vicino, tutti i tuoi precetti sono veri.	151 But thou art near, O LORD, and all thy commandments are true.
152 Da tempo conosco le tue testimonianze che hai stabilite per sempre.	152 Long have I known from thy testimonies that thou hast founded them for ever.
153 Res. Vedi la mia miseria, salvami, perché non ho dimenticato la tua legge.	153 Look on my affliction and deliver me, for I do not forget thy law.
154 Difendi la mia causa, riscattami, secondo la tua parola fammi vivere.	154 Plead my cause and redeem me; give me life according to thy promise!
155 Lontano dagli empi è la salvezza, perché non cercano il tuo volere.	155 Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek thy statutes.
156 Le tue misericordie sono grandi, Signore, secondo i tuoi giudizi fammi vivere.	156 Great is thy mercy, O LORD; give me life according to thy justice.
157 Sono molti i persecutori che mi assalgono, ma io non abbandono le tue leggi.	157 Many are my persecutors and my adversaries, but I do not swerve from thy testimonies.
158 Ho visto i ribelli e ne ho provato ribrezzo, perché non custodiscono la tua parola.	158 I look at the faithless with disgust, because they do not keep thy commands.
159 Vedi che io amo i tuoi precetti, Signore, secondo la tua grazia dammi vita.	159 Consider how I love thy precepts! Preserve my life according to thy steadfast love.
160 La verità è principio della tua parola, resta per sempre ogni sentenza della tua giustizia.	160 The sum of thy word is truth; and every one of thy righteous ordinances endures for ever.
161 Sin. I potenti mi perseguitano senza motivo, ma il mio cuore teme le tue parole.	161 Princes persecute me without cause, but my heart stands in awe of thy words.
162 Io gioisco per la tua promessa, come uno che trova grande tesoro.	162 I rejoice at thy word like one who finds great spoil.
163 Odio il falso e lo detesto, amo la tua legge.	163 I hate and abhor falsehood, but I love thy law.

165 Grande pace per chi ama la tua legge, nel suo cammino non trova inciampo.	165 Great peace have those who love thy law; nothing can make them stumble.
166 Aspetto da te la salvezza, Signore, e obbedisco ai tuoi comandi.	166 I hope for thy salvation, O LORD, and I do thy commandments.
167 Io custodisco i tuoi insegnamenti e li amo sopra ogni cosa.	167 My soul keeps thy testimonies; I love them exceedingly.
168 Osservo i tuoi decreti e i tuoi insegnamenti: davanti a te sono tutte le mie vie.	168 I keep thy precepts and testimonies, for all my ways are before thee.
169 Tau. Giunga il mio grido fino a te, Signore, fammi comprendere secondo la tua parola.	169 Let my cry come before thee, O LORD; give me understanding according to thy word!
170 Venga al tuo volto la mia supplica, salvami secondo la tua promessa.	170 Let my supplication come before thee; deliver me according to thy word.
171 Scaturisca dalle mie labbra la tua lode, poiché mi insegni i tuoi voleri.	171 My lips will pour forth praise that thou dost teach me thy statutes.
172 La mia lingua canti le tue parole, perché sono giusti tutti i tuoi comandamenti.	172 My tongue will sing of thy word, for all thy commandments are right.
173 Mi venga in aiuto la tua mano, poiché ho scelto i tuoi precetti.	173 Let thy hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen thy precepts.
174 Desidero la tua salvezza, Signore, e la tua legge è tutta la mia gioia.	174 I long for thy salvation, O LORD, and thy law is my delight.
175 Possa io vivere e darti lode, mi aiutino i tuoi giudizi.	175 Let me live, that I may praise thee, and let thy ordinances help me.
176 Come pecora smarrita vado errando; cerca il tuo servo, perché non ho dimenticato i tuoi comandamenti.	176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant, for I do not forget thy commandments.
