Psalmi 128

VULGATA	KING JAMES BIBLE
1 Canticum graduum. Sæpe expugnaverunt me a juventute mea, dicat nunc Israël ;	1 Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.
2 sæpe expugnaverunt me a juventute mea : etenim non potuerunt mihi.	2 For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
3 Supra dorsum meum fabricaverunt peccatores ; prolongaverunt iniquitatem suam.	3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
4 Dominus justus concidit cervices peccatorum.	4 Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.
5 Confundantur, et convertantur retrorsum omnes qui oderunt Sion.	5 The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
6 Fiant sicut f?num tectorum, quod priusquam evellatur exaruit :	6 Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
7 de quo non implevit manum suam qui metit, et sinum suum qui manipulos colligit.
8 Et non dixerunt qui præteribant : Benedictio Domini super vos. Benediximus vobis in nomine Domini.
