1 'Salmo. Di Davide, quando dimorava nel deserto di Giuda.'	1 Unto the end. A Psalm of David.
2 O Dio, tu sei il mio Dio, all'aurora ti cerco, di te ha sete l'anima mia, a te anela la mia carne, come terra deserta, arida, senz'acqua.	2 Hear, O God, my prayer of supplication. Rescue my soul from the fear of the enemy.
3 Così nel santuario ti ho cercato, per contemplare la tua potenza e la tua gloria.	3 You have protected me from the assembly of the malignant, from a multitude of workers of iniquity.
4 Poiché la tua grazia vale più della vita, le mie labbra diranno la tua lode.	4 For they have sharpened their tongues like a sword; they have formed their bow into a bitter thing,
5 Così ti benedirò finché io viva, nel tuo nome alzerò le mie mani.	5 so that they may shoot arrows from hiding at the immaculate.
