BIBBIA MARTINI	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Raunata adunque tutta la moltitudine de' figliuoli d'Israele, disse loro: Ecco quello che il Signore ha ordinato che si faccia.	1 Moses assembled the whole community of Israelites and said, 'These are the things Yahweh hasordered to be done:
2 Sei giorni lavorerete: il settimo giorno sarà santo per voi, sabato, e requie del Signore: chi in tal giorno lavorerà, sarà messo a morte.	2 Work must be done for six days, but the seventh must be a holy day for you, a day of complete rest, inhonour of Yahweh. Anyone who does any work on that day wil be put to death.
3 Non accenderete fuoco in tutte le vostre abitazioni il giorno di sabato.	3 You will not light a fire on the Sabbath day in any of your homes.'
4 E disse Mosè a tutta la moltitudine de' figliuoli d'Israele: Questo è il comando dato dal Signore: egli dice:	4 Moses spoke to the whole community of Israelites. 'This', he said, 'is what Yahweh has ordered:
5 Delle cose vostre mettete a parte le primizie che ciascheduno di propria elezione, e spontaneamente vuole offerire al Signore: oro, argento, e rame,	5 Set aside a contribution for Yahweh out of your possessions. Everyone whose heart prompts him to doso should bring a contribution for Yahweh: gold, silver and bronze;
6 Iacinto e porpora, e cocco a due tinte, e bisso, pelo di capra,	6 materials dyed violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, finely woven linen, goats' hair,
7 E pelli d'arieti tinte in rosso, e violette, legname di setim,	7 rams' skins dyed red, fine leather, acacia wood,
8 E olio per mantenere le lampane, e per far l'unguento e i soavissimi timiami,	8 oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense;
9 Pietre d'oniche, e gemme per ornamento dell'Ephod, e del Razionale.	9 cornelian and other stones to be set in the ephod and breastplate.
10 Chiunque tra voi ha perizia, venga a fare quelle cose, che dal Signore sono state ordinate:	10 And al those of you who have the skil must come and make everything that Yahweh has ordered:
11 Vale a dire il tabernacolo, e il suo tetto, e le coperte, e gli anelli, e i tavolati, e le stanghe, e le colonne, e le basi:	11 the Dwel ing, its tent and its covering, its clasps and its frames, its crossbars, its pillars and itssockets;
12 L'arca, e le stanghe, il propiziatorio, e' l velo, che dee pendere dinanzi ad esso:	12 the ark, its shafts and al its accessories, the mercy-seat and the screening curtain;
13 La mensa colle sue stanghe, e co' vasi, e i pani della proposizione:	13 the table, its shafts and al its accessories, and the loaves of permanent offering;
14 Il candelliere, che dee sostenere i lumi, e i suoi strumenti e le lampane, e l'olio per mantenere il lume:	14 the lamp-stand for the light, its accessories, its lamps, and the oil for the light;
15 L'altare de' timiami, e le stanghe, e l'olio di unzione, e il timiama di aromi: e il velo alla porta del tabernacolo:	15 the altar of incense and its shafts, the anointing oil, the fragrant incense, and the screen for theentrance, for the entrance of the tent;
16 L'altare degli olocausti, e la sua graticola di bronzo colle sue stanghe, e i suoi vasi: la conca, e la sua base:	16 the altar of burnt offerings and its bronze grating, its shafts, and all its accessories; the basin and itsstand;
17 Le cortine dell'atrio con le colonne, e le basi: il velo all'ingresso dell'atrio:	17 the curtaining for the court, its poles, its sockets, and the screen for the entrance to the court;
18 I chiodi del tabernacolo, e dell'atrio colle loro funi:	18 the pegs for the Dwel ing and the pegs for the court, and their cords;
19 Le vestimenta da adoperarsi nel ministero del santuario, e le vesti d'Aronne pontefice, e de' suoi figliuoli pell’esercizio del sacerdozio.	19 the liturgical vestments for service in the sanctuary -- the sacred vestments for Aaron the priest, andthe vestments for his sons, for their priestly functions.'
20 E tutta la moltitudine de' figliuoli d'Israele ritiratisi dal cospetto di Mosè,	20 The whole community of Israelites then withdrew from Moses' presence.
21 Offerirono con prontissimo e divoto animo il meglio delle cose loro al Signore per la formazione del tabernacolo del testamento: e tutto quello che era necessario pegli ornamenti, e pelle vestimenta sante.	21 And al those whose heart stirred them and al those whose spirit prompted them brought acontribution for Yahweh, for the work on the Tent of Meeting, for its general service and for the sacredvestments.
22 Gli uomini e le donne donarono braccialetti, e orecchini, e anelli, e gli ornamenti della mano destra: tutti i vasi d’oro furon separati per donargli al Signore.	22 Men and women, they came, al those whose heart prompted them, bringing brooches, rings,bracelets, necklaces, golden objects of every kind -- all those who had vowed gold to Yahweh,
23 Chiunque avea dell’iacinto, e della porpora, e del cocco a due tinte, e del bisso, e del pelo di capra, e delle pelli d'ariete tinte in rosso, o in violetto,	23 while al those who happened to own violet-purple, red-purple or crimson materials, finely wovenlinen, goats' hair, rams' skins dyed red, or fine leather, brought that.
24 E argento e rame, lo offerirono al Signore col legname di setim buono a varii usi.	24 Al those offering a contribution of silver or bronze brought their contribution for Yahweh and al whohappened to own acacia wood, suitable for any of the work to be done, brought that.
25 Oltre a ciò le donne industriose diedero del filato di iacinto, di porpora, di cocco, e di bisso,	25 Al the skil ed women set their hands to spinning, and brought what they had spun: violet-purple, red-purple or crimson materials, and fine linen,
26 E pelo di capra; ogni cosa offerendo di spontanea volontà.	26 while al those women whose heart stirred them by virtue of their skil , spun goats' hair.
27 I principi poi offerirono pietre d’oniche, e gemme pell'Ephod, e pel Razionale,	27 The leaders brought cornelians and other stones to be set in the ephod and breastplate,
28 E aromi, e olio per mantenere i lumi, e per manipolare l'unguento, e far la composizione del timiama di soavissimo odore.	28 and the spices and oil for the light, for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense.
29 Tutti quanti uomini e donne presentarono con cuor divoto i loro donativi, affinché si facessero i lavori ordinati dal Signore per bocca di Mosè. Tutti i figliuoli d'Israele consacrarono i volontarii loro doni al Signore.	29 Al those Israelites, men and women, whose heart prompted them to contribute to the entire work thatYahweh had ordered through Moses to be done, brought a contribution to Yahweh.
30 E Mosè disse a' figliuoli d'Israele: Ecco che il Signore ha chiamato per nome Beseleel figliuolo di Uri figliuolo di Hur della tribù di Giuda.	30 Moses then said to the Israelites, 'Look, Yahweh has singled out Bezalel son of Uri, son of Hur, of thetribe of Judah,
31 E lo ha ripieno dello spirito di Dio, di sapienza e d'intelligenza, e di scienza, e di ogni sapere.	31 and has filled him with the spirit of God in wisdom, knowledge and skil in every kind of craft:
32 Per inventare, ed eseguire lavori d'oro, d'argento, e di bronzo,	32 in designing and carrying out work in gold and silver and bronze,
33 E per intagliar pietre, e pe' lavori di legnaiuolo, e per tutto quello che può inventarsi con arte,	33 in cutting stones to be set, in wood carving and in executing every kind of work.
34 Ha dato a lui capacità, e similmente ad Ooliab figliuolo di Achisamech della tribù di Dan:	34 And on him and on Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, he has bestowed the gift ofteaching,
35 Ad ambedue ha comunicato il sapere pe' lavori di legname, e pe' panni di varii colori, e pe' lavori di ricamo, e per tutto quello che si fa al telaio coll'iacinto, colla porpora, e col cocco a due tinte, e col bisso, e per inventare eziandio cose nuove.	35 and filled them with the skill to carry out every kind of work, that of the engraver, that of theembroiderer, that of the needleworker in violet-purple, red-purple and crimson materials and fine linen, that of theweaver, and indeed that of every kind of craftsman and designer.'
