1 Cantate al Signore un canto nuovo, cantate al Signore da tutta la terra.	1 Sing a new song to Yahweh! Sing to Yahweh, al the earth!
2 Cantate al Signore, benedite il suo nome, annunziate di giorno in giorno la sua salvezza.	2 Sing to Yahweh, bless his name! Proclaim his salvation day after day,
3 In mezzo ai popoli raccontate la sua gloria, a tutte le nazioni dite i suoi prodigi.	3 declare his glory among the nations, his marvels to every people!
4 Grande è il Signore e degno di ogni lode, terribile sopra tutti gli dèi.	4 Great is Yahweh, worthy of al praise, more awesome than any of the gods.
5 Tutti gli dèi delle nazioni sono un nulla, ma il Signore ha fatto i cieli.	5 Al the gods of the nations are idols! It was Yahweh who made the heavens;
6 Maestà e bellezza sono davanti a lui, potenza e splendore nel suo santuario.	6 in his presence are splendour and majesty, in his sanctuary power and beauty.
7 Date al Signore, o famiglie dei popoli, date al Signore gloria e potenza,	7 Give to Yahweh, families of nations, give to Yahweh glory and power,
8 date al Signore la gloria del suo nome. Portate offerte ed entrate nei suoi atri,	8 give to Yahweh the glory due to his name! Bring an offering and enter his courts,
9 prostratevi al Signore in sacri ornamenti. Tremi davanti a lui tutta la terra.	9 adore Yahweh in the splendour of his holiness. Tremble before him, al the earth.
10 Dite tra i popoli: "Il Signore regna!". Sorregge il mondo, perché non vacilli; giudica le nazioni con rettitudine.	10 Say among the nations, 'Yahweh is king.' The world is set firm, it cannot be moved. He wil judge thenations with justice.
11 Gioiscano i cieli, esulti la terra, frema il mare e quanto racchiude;	11 Let the heavens rejoice and earth be glad! Let the sea thunder, and al it holds!
12 esultino i campi e quanto contengono, si rallegrino gli alberi della foresta	12 Let the countryside exult, and al that is in it, and al the trees of the forest cry out for joy,
13 davanti al Signore che viene, perché viene a giudicare la terra. Giudicherà il mondo con giustizia e con verità tutte le genti.	13 at Yahweh's approach, for he is coming, coming to judge the earth; he will judge the world withsaving justice, and the nations with constancy.
