BIBBIA MARTINI	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Farai anche un altare di legno di setim, che avrà cinque cubiti di lunghezza, altrettanti di larghezza, vale a dire sarà quadro, e alto tre cubiti.	1 'You will make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits wide; the altar wil be squareand three cubits high.
2 E da esso spunteranno le corna a' quattro angoli: e lo rivestirai di bronzo.	2 At its four corners you wil make horns, the horns must be of a piece with it, and you wil overlay it withbronze.
3 E farai pel servigio di esso delle conche, dove riporre le ceneri, e le molle, e i forchettoni, e i bracieri: tutti questi vasi li farai di bronzo.	3 And for it you will make pans for taking away the fatty ashes, and shovels, sprinkling basins, hooksand fire pans; you wil make al the altar accessories of bronze.
4 E farai una graticola di bronza a guisa di rete: a' cui quattro angoli vi saranno quattro anelli di bronzo,	4 You will also make a grating for it of bronze network, and on the four corners of the grating you wilmake four bronze rings.
5 I quali tu porrai sotto il focolare dell'altare: e la graticola scenderà fino al mezzo dell'altare.	5 You will put it below the ledge of the altar, underneath, so that it comes halfway up the altar.
6 Farai ancora le due stanghe dell'altare di legno di setim, e le rivestirai di lame di bronzo.	6 You will make shafts for the altar, shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with bronze.
7 E le farai passare per gli anelli, e staranno da ambedue i Iati dell'altare per servire a portarlo.	7 The shafts wil be passed through the rings in such a way that the shafts are on either side of the altar,for carrying it.
8 Farai l'altare non pieno, ma cavo, e voto al di dentro, conforme ti è stato fatto vedere sul monte.	8 You will make the altar hol ow, out of boards; you wil make it as you were shown on the mountain.
9 Farai ancora l'atrio del tabernacolo, il quale dalla parte di mezzodì avrà sue cortine di bisso torto: questo lato avrà cento cubiti di lunghezza.	9 'Then you will make the court of the Dwelling. On the south side, the curtaining of the court must be offinely woven linen, one hundred cubits long (for the first side),
10 E venti colonne con altrettante basi di bronzo, le quali avranno i capitelli, e i suoi ornati di argento.	10 its twenty poles and their twenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver.
11 Similmente anche nel lato settentrionale quanto egli è lungo, vi saranno tende di cento cubiti, e venti colonne, e altrettante basi di bronzo, e i loro capitelli, e i suoi ornati d'argento.	11 So too for the north side, there must be a hundred cubits of curtaining, its twenty poles and theirtwenty sockets being of bronze, and the poles' hooks and rods of silver.
12 Nella parte poi dell'atrio, la quale guarda a occidente, vi saranno le cortine per cinquanta cubiti, e dieci colonne, e altrettante basi.	12 Across the width of the court, on the west side, there must be fifty cubits of curtaining, with its tenpoles and their ten sockets.
13 La parte ancora che guarda a levante, avrà cinquanta cubiti;	13 The width of the court on the east side, facing the sunrise, must be fifty cubits,
14 Dove saranno poste dall’un lato delle cortine di quindici cubiti, e tre colonne, ed altrettante basi.	14 with fifteen cubits of curtaining on one side of the entrance, with its three poles and their threesockets,
15 E dall'altro lato vi saranno cortine, che avranno quindici cubiti, e tre colonne, ed altrettante basi.	15 and on the other side of the entrance, fifteen cubits of curtaining, with its three poles and their threesockets;
16 All'ingresso poi dell'atrio si farà una tenda di venti cubiti, di giacinto, e di porpora, e di scarlatto a due tinte, e di bisso torto con lavoro di ricamo: (l'ingresso) avrà quattro colonne con altrettante basi.	16 and for the gateway to the court there must be a twenty-cubit screen of finely woven linenembroidered with violet-purple, red-purple and crimson, with its four poles and their four sockets.
17 Tutte le colonne intorno all'atrio saran rivestite di lamine d'argento, co' capitelli d'argento e colle basi di bronzo.	17 Al the poles round the court must be connected by silver rods; their hooks must be of silver and theirsockets of bronze.
18 L'atrio conterrà cento cubiti di lunghezza, cinquanta di larghezza, l'altezza sarà di cinque cubiti; e sarà formato di bisso torto, e avrà le basi di bronzo.	18 The length of the court must be one hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits and its height five cubits. Althe curtaining must be made of finely woven linen, and their sockets of bronze.
19 Di bronzo farai tutti i vasi del tabernacolo per qualunque uso e ministero, e i chiodi tanto di esso tabernacolo, come dell'atrio.	19 Al the accessories for general use in the Dwel ing, al its pegs and al the pegs of the court, must beof bronze.
20 Comanda a' figliuoli di Israele, che ti portino dell'olio d'ulivo il più puro, fatto al mortaio; onde sempre ardano le lucerne.	20 'You wil order the Israelites to bring you pure pounded olive oil for the light, and to keep a lampburning al the time.
21 Nel tabernacolo della testimonianza al di fuori del velo, che pende dinanzi all'arca della testimonianza. E le assetteranno Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli, affinché rilucano sino alla mattina dinanzi al Signore. Sarà questo un culto perpetuo renduto da' figliuoli d'Israele di generazione in generazione.	21 Aaron and his sons wil tend it in the Tent of Meeting, outside the curtain hanging in front of theTestimony, from dusk to dawn, before Yahweh. This is a perpetual decree for al generations of Israelites.'
