1 Farai anche un altare di legno di setim, che avrà cinque cubiti di lunghezza, altrettanti di larghezza, vale a dire sarà quadro, e alto tre cubiti.	1 "You shall make an altar of acacia wood, on a square, five cubits long and five cubits wide; it shall be three cubits high.
2 E da esso spunteranno le corna a' quattro angoli: e lo rivestirai di bronzo.	2 At the four corners there are to be horns, so made that they spring directly from the altar. You shall then plate it with bronze.
3 E farai pel servigio di esso delle conche, dove riporre le ceneri, e le molle, e i forchettoni, e i bracieri: tutti questi vasi li farai di bronzo.	3 Make pots for removing the ashes, as well as shovels, basins, forks and fire pans, all of which shall be of bronze.
4 E farai una graticola di bronza a guisa di rete: a' cui quattro angoli vi saranno quattro anelli di bronzo,	4 Make a grating of bronze network for it; this to have four bronze rings, one at each of its four corners.
5 I quali tu porrai sotto il focolare dell'altare: e la graticola scenderà fino al mezzo dell'altare.	5 Put it down around the altar, on the ground. This network is to be half as high as the altar.
6 Farai ancora le due stanghe dell'altare di legno di setim, e le rivestirai di lame di bronzo.	6 You shall also make poles of acacia wood for the altar, and plate them with bronze.
7 E le farai passare per gli anelli, e staranno da ambedue i Iati dell'altare per servire a portarlo.	7 These poles are to be put through the rings, so that they are on either side of the altar when it is carried.
8 Farai l'altare non pieno, ma cavo, e voto al di dentro, conforme ti è stato fatto vedere sul monte.	8 Make the altar itself in the form of a hollow box, just as it was shown you on the mountain.
9 Farai ancora l'atrio del tabernacolo, il quale dalla parte di mezzodì avrà sue cortine di bisso torto: questo lato avrà cento cubiti di lunghezza.	9 "You shall also make a court for the Dwelling. On the south side the court shall have hangings a hundred cubits long, woven of fine linen twined,
10 E venti colonne con altrettante basi di bronzo, le quali avranno i capitelli, e i suoi ornati di argento.	10 with twenty columns and twenty pedestals of bronze; the hooks and bands on the columns shall be of silver.
11 Similmente anche nel lato settentrionale quanto egli è lungo, vi saranno tende di cento cubiti, e venti colonne, e altrettante basi di bronzo, e i loro capitelli, e i suoi ornati d'argento.	11 On the north side there shall be similar hangings, a hundred cubits long, with twenty columns and twenty pedestals of bronze; the hooks and bands on the columns shall be of silver.
12 Nella parte poi dell'atrio, la quale guarda a occidente, vi saranno le cortine per cinquanta cubiti, e dieci colonne, e altrettante basi.	12 On the west side, across the width of the court, there shall be hangings, fifty cubits long, with ten columns and ten pedestals.
13 La parte ancora che guarda a levante, avrà cinquanta cubiti;	13 The width of the court on the east side shall be fifty cubits.
14 Dove saranno poste dall’un lato delle cortine di quindici cubiti, e tre colonne, ed altrettante basi.	14 On one side there shall be hangings to the extent of fifteen cubits, with three columns and three pedestals;
15 E dall'altro lato vi saranno cortine, che avranno quindici cubiti, e tre colonne, ed altrettante basi.	15 on the other side there shall be hangings to the extent of fifteen cubits, with three columns and three pedestals.
16 All'ingresso poi dell'atrio si farà una tenda di venti cubiti, di giacinto, e di porpora, e di scarlatto a due tinte, e di bisso torto con lavoro di ricamo: (l'ingresso) avrà quattro colonne con altrettante basi.	16 "At the entrance of the court there shall be a variegated curtain, twenty cubits long, woven of violet, purple and scarlet yarn and of fine linen twined. It shall have four columns and four pedestals.
17 Tutte le colonne intorno all'atrio saran rivestite di lamine d'argento, co' capitelli d'argento e colle basi di bronzo.	17 "All the columns around the court shall have bands and hooks of silver, and pedestals of bronze.
18 L'atrio conterrà cento cubiti di lunghezza, cinquanta di larghezza, l'altezza sarà di cinque cubiti; e sarà formato di bisso torto, e avrà le basi di bronzo.	18 The enclosure of the court is to be one hundred cubits long, fifty cubits wide, and five cubits high. Fine linen twined must be used, and the pedestals must be of bronze.
19 Di bronzo farai tutti i vasi del tabernacolo per qualunque uso e ministero, e i chiodi tanto di esso tabernacolo, come dell'atrio.	19 All the fittings of the Dwelling, whatever be their use, as well as all its tent pegs and all the tent pegs of the court, must be of bronze.
20 Comanda a' figliuoli di Israele, che ti portino dell'olio d'ulivo il più puro, fatto al mortaio; onde sempre ardano le lucerne.	20 "You shall order the Israelites to bring you clear oil of crushed olives, to be used for the light, so that you may keep lamps burning regularly.
21 Nel tabernacolo della testimonianza al di fuori del velo, che pende dinanzi all'arca della testimonianza. E le assetteranno Aronne, e i suoi figliuoli, affinché rilucano sino alla mattina dinanzi al Signore. Sarà questo un culto perpetuo renduto da' figliuoli d'Israele di generazione in generazione.	21 From evening to morning Aaron and his sons shall maintain them before the LORD in the meeting tent, outside the veil which hangs in front of the commandments. This shall be a perpetual ordinance for the Israelites throughout their generations.
