1 La seconda parte sorteggiata toccò a Simeone, alla tribù dei figli di Simeone secondo i loro casati. La loro eredità è in mezzo a quella dei figli di Giuda.	1 The second lot to come out was for Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, by clans; their heritagewas within the heritage of the sons of Judah.
2 Ebbero nel loro territorio: Bersabea, Seba, Moladà,	2 As heritage, they received:
3 Casar-Sual, Bala, Esem,	3 Beersheba, Shema, Moladah,
4 Eltolàd, Betul, Corma,	4 Hazar-Shual, Balah, Ezem, Eltolad, Bethul, Hormah,
5 Siklag, Bet-Marcabòt, Casar-Susa,	5 Ziklag, Beth-ha-Marcaboth, Hazar-Susa,
6 Bet-Lebaòt e Saruchèn: tredici città e i loro villaggi;	6 Beth-Lebaoth and Sharuhen: thirteen towns and their vil ages.
7 En, Rimmon, Eter e Asan: quattro città e i loro villaggi;	7 Ain, Rimmon, Ether and Ashan: four towns and their villages,
8 tutti i villaggi che stanno intorno a queste città, fino a Baalàt-Beer, Ramat-Negheb. Questa è l’eredità della tribù dei figli di Simeone, secondo i loro casati.	8 with al the vil ages situated near these towns as far as Baalath-Beer and Ramah of the Negeb. Suchwas the heritage of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, by clans.
9 L’eredità dei figli di Simeone fu presa dalla parte dei figli di Giuda, perché la parte dei figli di Giuda era troppo grande per loro; perciò i figli di Simeone ebbero la loro eredità in mezzo all’eredità di quelli. @@	9 The heritage of the sons of Simeon was taken out of the portion of the sons of Judah, because theshare of the sons of Judah was too large for them; hence, the sons of Simeon received their heritage within theheritage of the sons of Judah.
10 La terza parte sorteggiata toccò ai figli di Zàbulon, secondo i loro casati. Il confine del loro territorio si estendeva fino a Sarid.	10 The third lot fel to the sons of Zebulun, by clans; the territory of their heritage stretched as far asSadud;
11 Questo confine saliva a occidente verso Maralà e giungeva a Dabbeset e poi toccava il torrente che è di fronte a Iokneàm.	11 their frontier climbed westwards to Maraalah, touching Dabbesheth and the torrent facing Jokneam.
12 Da Sarid girava a oriente, dove sorge il sole, sino al confine di Chislot-Tabor; poi continuava verso Daberàt e saliva a Iafìa.	12 From Sadud, the frontier turned east, towards the rising sun, as far as the frontier of Chisloth-Tabor; itcame out at Dobrath and went up to Japhia.
13 Di là passava verso oriente, dove sorge il sole, per Gat-Chefer, per Et-Kasìn, usciva verso Rimmon, girando fino a Nea.	13 Thence, it went east, towards the sunrise, to Gath-Hepher and Ittah-Kazin, came out at Rimmon andturned towards Neah.
14 Poi il confine piegava dal lato di settentrione verso Cannatòn e faceva capo alla valle d’Iftach-El.	14 The northern frontier turned towards Hannathon and came to an end in the Val ey of Iphtah-El;
15 Esso includeva inoltre Kattat, Naalàl, Simron, Idalà e Betlemme: dodici città e i loro villaggi.	15 with Kattath, Nahalal, Shimron, Iralah and Bethlehem: twelve towns with their villages.
16 Questa fu l’eredità dei figli di Zàbulon, secondo i loro casati: queste città e i loro villaggi.	16 Such was the heritage of the sons of Zebulun, by clans: these towns with their vil ages.
17 La quarta parte sorteggiata toccò a Ìssacar, ai figli d’Ìssacar, secondo i loro casati.	17 The fourth lot came out for Issachar, for the sons of Issachar, by clans.
18 Il loro territorio comprendeva: Izreèl, Chesullòt, Sunem,	18 Their territory stretched towards Jezreel and included Chesul oth, Shunem,
19 Cafaràim, Sion, Anacaràt,	19 Hapharaim, Shion, Anaharath,
20 Rabbit, Kisiòn, Abes,	20 Dobrath, Kishion, Ebez,
21 Remet, En-Gannìm, En-Caddà e Bet-Passes.	21 Remeth, En-Gannim, En-Haddah and Beth-Pazzez.
22 Poi il confine giungeva a Tabor, Sacasìm, Bet-Semes e faceva capo al Giordano: sedici città e i loro villaggi.	22 Their frontier touched Tabor, Shahazimah and Beth-Shemesh, and the frontier came to an end at theJordan: sixteen towns with their vil ages.
23 Questa fu l’eredità della tribù dei figli d’Ìssacar, secondo i loro casati: queste città e i loro villaggi.	23 Such was the heritage of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, by clans: the towns and their vil ages.
24 La quinta parte sorteggiata toccò ai figli di Aser, secondo i loro casati.	24 The fifth lot came out for the tribe of the sons of Asher, by clans.
25 Il loro territorio comprendeva: Chelkat, Calì, Beten, Acsaf,	25 Their territory included Helkath, Hali, Beten, Achshaph,
26 Alammèlec, Amad, Misal. Il loro confine giungeva, verso occidente, al Carmelo e a Sicor-Libnat.	26 Alammelech, Amad and Mishal.
27 Poi piegava dal lato dove sorge il sole verso Bet-Dagon, toccava Zàbulon e la valle di Iftach-El a settentrione, Bet-Emek e Neièl, e si prolungava verso Cabul a sinistra	27 On the west, it touched Carmel and the course of the Libnath. On the side of the rising sun, it went asfar as Beth-Dagon, touched Zebulun, the Val ey of Iphtah-El on the north side, Beth-ha-Emek and Neiel, comingout with Cabul on the left,
28 e verso Ebron, Recob, Cammon e Kana fino a Sidone la Grande.	28 with Abdon, Rehob, Hammon and Kanah as far as Sidon the Great. The frontier then turned towardsRamah, as far as the fortress-town of Tyre;
29 Poi il confine piegava verso Rama fino alla fortezza di Tiro, girava verso Cosa e faceva capo al mare, incluse Mecallèb, Aczib,	29 the frontier then went to Hosah and reached as far as the sea at Mahalab and Achzib,
30 Acco, Afek e Recob: ventidue città e i loro villaggi.	30 with Acco, Aphek and Rehob: twenty-two towns with their vil ages.

32 La sesta parte sorteggiata toccò ai figli di Nèftali, secondo i loro casati.	32 To the sons of Naphtali fel the sixth portion, to the sons of Naphtali, by clans.
33 Il loro confine si estendeva da Chelef e dalla Quercia di Saanannìm ad Adamì-Nekeb e Iabneèl fino a Lakkum e faceva capo al Giordano;	33 Their frontier went from Heleph and the Oak of Zanaannim, with Adami-ha-Negeb and Jabneel, as faras Lakkum, and ended at the Jordan.
34 poi il confine piegava a occidente verso Aznot-Tabor e di là continuava verso Cukok, giungeva a Zàbulon dal lato di mezzogiorno, ad Aser dal lato di ponente e a Giuda del Giordano dal lato di levante.	34 The westward boundary ran to Aznoth-Tabor and thence came out at Hukkok, marching with Zebulunin the south, Asher in the west and the Jordan in the east.
35 Le fortezze erano Siddìm, Ser, Cammat, Rakkat, Chinneret,	35 The fortified towns were Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Chinnereth,
36 Adamà, Rama, Asor,	36 Adamah, Ramah, Hazor,
37 Kedes, Edrei, En-Asor,	37 Kedesh, Edrei, En-Hazor,
38 Iron, Migdal-El, Corem, Bet-Anat e Bet-Semes: diciannove città e i loro villaggi.	38 Jiron, Migdal-El, Horem, Beth-Anath and Beth-Shemesh: nineteen towns and their vil ages.

40 La settima parte sorteggiata toccò alla tribù dei figli di Dan, secondo i loro casati.	40 To the tribe of the sons of Dan, by clans, fel the seventh portion.
41 Il confine della loro eredità comprendeva Sorea, Estaòl, Ir-Semes,	41 The territory of their heritage comprised: Zorah, Eshtaol, Ir-Shemesh,
42 Saalabbìn, Àialon, Itla,	42 Shaalbim, Aijalon, Silatha,
43 Elon, Timna, Ekron,	43 Elon, Timnah, Ekron,
44 Eltekè, Ghibbetòn, Baalàt,	44 Eltekeh, Gibbethon,
45 Ieud, Bene-Berak, Gat-Rimmon,	45 Baalath, Azor, Bene-Berak and Gath-Rimmon;
46 Me-Iarkon e Rakkon con il territorio di fronte a Giaffa.	46 and, by the sea, Jerakon with the territory facing Jaffa.
47 Ma il territorio dei figli di Dan si estese più lontano, perché i figli di Dan andarono a combattere contro Lesem; la presero e la passarono a fil di spada, ne presero possesso, vi si stabilirono e la chiamarono Dan, dal nome di Dan loro capostipite.	47 The territory of the sons of Dan eluded them, however, and the sons of Dan consequently went upand attacked Leshem, captured it and put it to the sword. Having gained possession of it, they settled there andcal ed Leshem, Dan, after Dan their ancestor.

49 Quando gli Israeliti ebbero finito di distribuire in eredità la terra secondo i suoi confini, diedero a Giosuè, figlio di Nun, una proprietà in mezzo a loro.	49 Having finished dividing the country, frontier by frontier, the Israelites gave Joshua son of Nun aheritage among themselves;
50 Secondo l’ordine del Signore, gli diedero la città che egli chiese: Timnat-Serach, sulle montagne di Èfraim. Egli costruì la città e vi stabilì la sua dimora.	50 at Yahweh's command, they gave him the town which he had asked for, Timnath-Serah in thehighlands of Ephraim; he rebuilt the town and settled there.
51 Tali sono le eredità che il sacerdote Eleàzaro, Giosuè, figlio di Nun, e i capifamiglia delle tribù degli Israeliti distribuirono a sorte a Silo, davanti al Signore, all’ingresso della tenda del convegno. Così portarono a termine la divisione della terra.	51 Such are the heritages which the priest Eleazar, Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of each familyapportioned by lot between the tribes of Israel at Shiloh, in Yahweh's presence, at the door of the Tent ofMeeting; and thus the apportioning of the country was completed.
