1 La seconda parte sorteggiata toccò a Simeone, alla tribù dei figli di Simeone secondo i loro casati. La loro eredità è in mezzo a quella dei figli di Giuda.	1 The second lot fell to Simeon. The heritage of the clans of the tribe of Simeonites lay within that of the Judahites.
2 Ebbero nel loro territorio: Bersabea, Seba, Moladà,	2 For their heritage they received Beer-sheba, Shema, Moladah,
3 Casar-Sual, Bala, Esem,	3 Hazar-shual, Balah, Ezem,
4 Eltolàd, Betul, Corma,	4 Eltolad, Bethul, Hormah,
5 Siklag, Bet-Marcabòt, Casar-Susa,	5 Ziklag, Bethmar-caboth, Hazar-susah,
6 Bet-Lebaòt e Saruchèn: tredici città e i loro villaggi;	6 Beth-lebaoth and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages.
7 En, Rimmon, Eter e Asan: quattro città e i loro villaggi;	7 Also En-rimmon, Ether and Ashan; four cities and their villages,
8 tutti i villaggi che stanno intorno a queste città, fino a Baalàt-Beer, Ramat-Negheb. Questa è l’eredità della tribù dei figli di Simeone, secondo i loro casati.	8 besides all the villages around these cities as far as Baalath-beer (that is, Ramoth-negeb). This was the heritage of the clans of the tribe of the Simeonites.
9 L’eredità dei figli di Simeone fu presa dalla parte dei figli di Giuda, perché la parte dei figli di Giuda era troppo grande per loro; perciò i figli di Simeone ebbero la loro eredità in mezzo all’eredità di quelli. @@	9 This heritage of the Simeonites was within the confines of the Judahites; for since the portion of the latter was too large for them, the Simeonites obtained their heritage within it.
10 La terza parte sorteggiata toccò ai figli di Zàbulon, secondo i loro casati. Il confine del loro territorio si estendeva fino a Sarid.	10 The third lot fell to the clans of the Zebulunites. The limit of their heritage was at Sarid.
11 Questo confine saliva a occidente verso Maralà e giungeva a Dabbeset e poi toccava il torrente che è di fronte a Iokneàm.	11 Their boundary went up west. . . and through Mareal, reaching Dabbesheth and the wadi that is near Jokneam.
12 Da Sarid girava a oriente, dove sorge il sole, sino al confine di Chislot-Tabor; poi continuava verso Daberàt e saliva a Iafìa.	12 From Sarid eastward it ran to the district of Chisloth-tabor, on to Daberath, and up to Japhia.
13 Di là passava verso oriente, dove sorge il sole, per Gat-Chefer, per Et-Kasìn, usciva verso Rimmon, girando fino a Nea.	13 From there it continued eastward to Gath-hepher and to Eth-kazin, extended to Rimmon, and turned to Neah.
14 Poi il confine piegava dal lato di settentrione verso Cannatòn e faceva capo alla valle d’Iftach-El.	14 Skirting north of Hannathon, the boundary ended at the valley of Iphtahel.
15 Esso includeva inoltre Kattat, Naalàl, Simron, Idalà e Betlemme: dodici città e i loro villaggi.	15 Thus, with Kattath, Nahalal, Shimron, Idalah and Bethlehem, there were twelve cities and their villages

18 Il loro territorio comprendeva: Izreèl, Chesullòt, Sunem,	18 included Jezreel, Chesulloth, Shunem,

20 Rabbit, Kisiòn, Abes,	20 Rabbith, Kishion, Ebez,

22 Poi il confine giungeva a Tabor, Sacasìm, Bet-Semes e faceva capo al Giordano: sedici città e i loro villaggi.	22 The boundary reached Tabor, Shahazumah and Beth-shemesh, ending at the Jordan. These sixteen cities and their villages
23 Questa fu l’eredità della tribù dei figli d’Ìssacar, secondo i loro casati: queste città e i loro villaggi.	23 were the heritage of the clans of the Issacharites.
24 La quinta parte sorteggiata toccò ai figli di Aser, secondo i loro casati.	24 The fifth lot fell to the clans of the tribe of the Asherites.
25 Il loro territorio comprendeva: Chelkat, Calì, Beten, Acsaf,	25 Their territory included Helkath, Hali, Beten, Achshaph,
26 Alammèlec, Amad, Misal. Il loro confine giungeva, verso occidente, al Carmelo e a Sicor-Libnat.	26 Allammelech, Amad and Mishal, and reached Carmel on the west, and Shihor-libnath.
27 Poi piegava dal lato dove sorge il sole verso Bet-Dagon, toccava Zàbulon e la valle di Iftach-El a settentrione, Bet-Emek e Neièl, e si prolungava verso Cabul a sinistra	27 In the other direction, it ran eastward of Beth-dagon, reached Zebulun and the valley of Iphtahel; then north of Beth-emek and Neiel, it extended to Cabul,

33 Il loro confine si estendeva da Chelef e dalla Quercia di Saanannìm ad Adamì-Nekeb e Iabneèl fino a Lakkum e faceva capo al Giordano;	33 extended from Heleph, from the oak at Zaanannim to Lakkum, including Adami-nekeb and Jabneel, and ended at the Jordan.
34 poi il confine piegava a occidente verso Aznot-Tabor e di là continuava verso Cukok, giungeva a Zàbulon dal lato di mezzogiorno, ad Aser dal lato di ponente e a Giuda del Giordano dal lato di levante.	34 In the opposite direction, westerly, it ran through Aznoth-tabor and from there extended to Hukkok; it touched Zebulun on the south, Asher on the west, and the Jordan on the east.

47 Ma il territorio dei figli di Dan si estese più lontano, perché i figli di Dan andarono a combattere contro Lesem; la presero e la passarono a fil di spada, ne presero possesso, vi si stabilirono e la chiamarono Dan, dal nome di Dan loro capostipite.	47 But the territory of the Danites was too small for them; so the Danites marched up and attacked Leshem, which they captured and put to the sword. Once they had taken possession of Leshem, they renamed the settlement after their ancestor Dan.

49 Quando gli Israeliti ebbero finito di distribuire in eredità la terra secondo i suoi confini, diedero a Giosuè, figlio di Nun, una proprietà in mezzo a loro.	49 When the last of them had received the portions of the land they were to inherit, the Israelites assigned a heritage in their midst to Joshua, son of Nun.
50 Secondo l’ordine del Signore, gli diedero la città che egli chiese: Timnat-Serach, sulle montagne di Èfraim. Egli costruì la città e vi stabilì la sua dimora.	50 In obedience to the command of the LORD, they gave him the city which he requested, Timnah-serah in the mountain region of Ephraim. He rebuilt the city and made it his home.
51 Tali sono le eredità che il sacerdote Eleàzaro, Giosuè, figlio di Nun, e i capifamiglia delle tribù degli Israeliti distribuirono a sorte a Silo, davanti al Signore, all’ingresso della tenda del convegno. Così portarono a termine la divisione della terra.	51 These are the final portions into which Eleazar the priest, Joshua, son of Nun, and the heads of families in the tribes of the Israelites divided the land by lot in the presence of the LORD, at the door of the meeting tent in Shiloh.
