1 (Laude di David). Ti vo' esaltare, o re mio Dio, e benedire il tuo nome per sempre nei secoli dei secoli.	1 The Praise of David himself. I will extol you, O God, my king. And I will bless your name, in this time and forever and ever.
2 Ogni giorno vo' benedire e lodare il tuo nome sempre e nei secoli dei secoli.	2 Throughout every single day, I will bless you. And I will praise your name, in this time and forever and ever.
3 Grande è il Signore e oltromodo degno di lode, e la sua grandezza non ha limiti.	3 The Lord is great and exceedingly praiseworthy. And there is no end to his greatness.
4 Tutte le generazioni celebreranno le tue opere e annunzieranno la tua potenza.	4 Generation after generation will praise your works, and they will declare your power.
5 Diranno la magnificenza della gloria della tua santità, e racconteranno le tue maraviglie.	5 They will tell of the magnificent glory of your sanctity. And they will discourse of your wonders.
6 Parleranno della potenza delle opere tue terribili, e celebreranno la tua grandezza.	6 And they will talk about the virtue of your terrible acts. And they will describe your greatness.
7 Si effonderanno nel ricordo della tua grande soavità, ed esulteranno per la tua giustizia.	7 They will shout about the memory of your abundant sweetness. And they will exult in your justice.
8 Il Signore è clemente e misericordioso, è paziente e di molta misericordia.	8 The Lord is compassionate and merciful, patient and full of mercy.
9 Il Signore è dolce per tutti, e la sua pietà si estende a tutte le sue opere.	9 The Lord is sweet to all things, and his compassion is upon all his works.
10 Ti celebrino, o Signore, tutte le tue opere, e ti benedicano i tuoi santi.	10 O Lord, may all your works confess to you, and let your holy ones bless you.
11 Diranno la gloria del tuo regno, parleranno della tua potenza,	11 They will speak of the glory of your kingdom, and they will declare your power,
12 per far conoscere la tua potenza ai figli degli uomini, e lo splendore della magnificenza del tuo regno.	12 so as to make known to the sons of men your power and the glory of your magnificent kingdom.
13 Il tuo regno è regno di tutti i secoli, il tuo impero si estende a tutte lo generazioni. Il Signore è fedele in tutte le sue parole, e santo in tutte le sue opere.	13 Your kingdom is a kingdom for all ages, and your dominion is with all, from generation to generation. The Lord is faithful in all his words and holy in all his works.
14 Il Signore sostiene chi sta per cadere e rialza gli abbattuti.	14 The Lord lifts up all who have fallen down, and he sets upright all who have been thrown down.
15 Gli occhi di tutti sperano in te, o Signore, e tu, a suo tempo, dèi (a tutti) il loro cibo.	15 O Lord, all eyes hope in you, and you provide their food in due time.
16 Apri la tua mano e riempi ogni vivente di benedizione.	16 You open your hand, and you fill every kind of animal with a blessing.
17 Il Signore è giusto in tutta la sua condotta, e santo in tutte le sue opere.	17 The Lord is just in all his ways and holy in all his works.
18 Il Signore è vicino a tutti quelli che l'invocano, a tutti quelli che l'invocano con sincerità.	18 The Lord is near to all who call upon him, to all who call upon him in truth.
19 Egli fa la volontà di quelli che lo temono, ne ascolta le preghiere e li salva.	19 He will do the will of those who fear him, and he will heed their supplication and accomplish their salvation.
20 Il Signore protegge tutti quelli che lo amano, e stermina tutti i peccatori.	20 The Lord watches over all who love him. And he will destroy all sinners.
21 La mia bocca celebrerà le lodi del Signore: benedica ogni mortale il suo santo nome per sempre, nei secoli dei secoli.	21 My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord, and may all flesh bless his holy name, in this time and forever and ever.
