1 'Salmo. Di Davide.' Il Signore è il mio pastore: non manco di nulla;	1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 su pascoli erbosi mi fa riposare ad acque tranquille mi conduce.	2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 Mi rinfranca, mi guida per il giusto cammino, per amore del suo nome.	3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Se dovessi camminare in una valle oscura, non temerei alcun male, perché tu sei con me. Il tuo bastone e il tuo vincastro mi danno sicurezza.	4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Davanti a me tu prepari una mensa sotto gli occhi dei miei nemici; cospargi di olio il mio capo. Il mio calice trabocca.	5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Felicità e grazia mi saranno compagne tutti i giorni della mia vita, e abiterò nella casa del Signore per lunghissimi anni.	6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
