1 Alleluia. Alef. Renderò grazie al Signore con tutto il cuore, Bet. nel consesso dei giusti e nell'assemblea.	1 Al eluia! I give thanks to Yahweh with al my heart, in the meeting-place of honest people, in theassembly.
2 Ghimel. Grandi le opere del Signore, Dalet. le contemplino coloro che le amano.	2 Great are the deeds of Yahweh, to be pondered by al who delight in them.
3 He. Le sue opere sono splendore di bellezza, Vau. la sua giustizia dura per sempre.	3 Ful of splendour and majesty his work, his saving justice stands firm for ever.
4 Zain. Ha lasciato un ricordo dei suoi prodigi: Het. pietà e tenerezza è il Signore.	4 He gives us a memorial of his great deeds; Yahweh is mercy and tenderness.
5 Tet. Egli dà il cibo a chi lo teme, Iod. si ricorda sempre della sua alleanza.	5 He gives food to those who fear him, he keeps his covenant ever in mind.
6 Caf. Mostrò al suo popolo la potenza delle sue opere, Lamed. gli diede l'eredità delle genti.	6 His works show his people his power in giving them the birthright of the nations.
7 Mem. Le opere delle sue mani sono verità e giustizia, Nun. stabili sono tutti i suoi comandi,	7 The works of his hands are fidelity and justice, al his precepts are trustworthy,
8 Samech. immutabili nei secoli, per sempre, Ain. eseguiti con fedeltà e rettitudine.	8 established for ever and ever, accomplished in fidelity and honesty.
9 Pe. Mandò a liberare il suo popolo, Sade. stabilì la sua alleanza per sempre.	9 Deliverance he sends to his people, his covenant he imposes for ever; holy and awesome his name.
10 Kof. Santo e terribile il suo nome. Res. Principio della saggezza è il timore del Signore, Sin. saggio è colui che gli è fedele; Tau. la lode del Signore è senza fine.	10 The root of wisdom is fear of Yahweh; those who attain it are wise. His praise wil continue for ever.
