1 E il Signore parlò a Mosè e ad Aronne, e disse:	1 And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:
2 I figliuoli d'Israele avranno gli alloggiamenti intorno al tabernacolo dell'alleanza,ciascheduno nella sua schiera, e sotto le insegne, e gli stendardi di sua famiglia, ecasata.	2 “Each one shall make camp, by their troops, as well as by their insignia and standards, and by the houses of their kinships, all around the tabernacle of the covenant.”
3 La tribù di Giuda pianterà le sue tende da levante divisa nelle sue schiere di combattenti:e di essa sarà principe Nahasson figliuolo di Aminadab:	3 To the east, Judah shall fix his tents, by the companies of his army. And the leader of his sons shall be Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
4 E tutto il numero dei combattenti della stirpe di Giuda settanta quattro mila secento.	4 And the entire total of the fighting men from his stock was seventy-four thousand six hundred.
5 Presso a Giuda ebbero il suo alloggiamento quelli della tribù di Issachar, de' quali fuprincipe Nathanael figliuolo di Suar:	5 Beside him, those of the tribe of Issachar were encamped, whose leader was Nathanael the son of Zuar.
6 E tutto il numero dei suoi combattenti cinquanta quattro mila quattrocento.	6 And the entire number of his fighting men was fifty-four thousand four hundred.
7 Della tribù di Zabulon fu principe Eliab, figliuolo di Helon.	7 In the tribe of Zebulon, the leader was Eliab the son of Helon.
8 Tutta la truppa dei combattenti di questa stirpe fu di cinquanta sette mila quattro cento.	8 All the army of fighting men from his stock were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.
9 La somma di quelli che si contarono nell'accampamento di Giuda, fu di cento ottantasei milaquattrocento. Ei si metteranno in via i primi, divisi nelle loro schiere.	9 All who were numbered in the camp of Judah were one hundred eighty-six thousand four hundred. And these, by their companies, shall go forth first.
10 Negli alloggiamenti dei figliuoli di Ruben dalla parte di mezzodì sarà principe Elisur,figliuolo di Sedeur:	10 In the camp of the sons of Ruben, toward the south side, the leader shall be Elizur the son of Shedeur.
11 E tutto il corpo dei suoi combattenti, che furono contati, era di quarantasei milacinquecento.	11 And the entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were forty-six thousand five hundred.
12 Presso a lui si attendarono quelli della tribù di Simeon, de' quali fu principe Salamiel,figliuolo di Surisaddai:	12 Beside him, those of the tribe of Simeon were encamped, whose leader was Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
13 E tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, era di cinquantanove milatrecento.	13 And the entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.
14 Della tribù di Gad fu principe Eliasaph, figliuolo di Duel:	14 In the tribe of Gad, the leader was Eliasaph the son of Reuel.
15 E tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, era di quarantacinque mila secentocinquanta.	15 And the entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were forty-five thousand six hundred fifty.
16 Tutta la somma di quelli che si contaron nell'accampamento di Ruben, fu cento cinquant'unmila quattrocento cinquanta divisi nelle loro schiere: questi si metteranno in via isecondi.	16 All who were counted in the camp of Ruben were one hundred fifty thousand and one thousand four hundred fifty, by their companies. These shall advance in the second place.
17 Il tabernacolo del testimonio disfatto sarà portato da' Leviti divisi nelle loro schieresecondo i diversi ufficii: si erigerà, e si disfarà col medesimo ordine. Ei partirannociascuno al suo posto, e nella sua squadra.	17 But the tabernacle of the testimony shall be lifted up by the officers of the Levites and their companies. In the manner in which it is set up, so also shall it be taken down. Each one shall advance according to their places and ranks.
18 Dalla parte di occidente sarà l'accampamento de' figliuoli di Ephraim, dei quali è principeElisama figliuolo di Ammiud:	18 On the west side, there shall be the camp of the sons of Ephraim, whose leader was Elishama the son of Ammihud.
19 Tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, fu di quaranta mila cinquecento.	19 The entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were forty thousand five hundred.
20 E con essi la tribù dei figliuoli di Manasse, de' quali fu principe Gamaliele, figliuolo diPhadassur:	20 And with them was the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, whose leader was Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
21 E tutto il corpo dei suoi combattenti, che furon contati, trentadue mila dugento.	21 And the entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were thirty-two thousand two hundred.
22 Della tribù de' figliuoli di Beniamin il principe sarà Abidan, figliuolo di Gedeone:	22 In the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, the leader was Abidan the son of Gideoni.
23 E tutto il corpo dei suoi combattenti, che furon contati, trentacinque mila quattrocento.	23 And the entire army of his fighting men, who were counted, were thirty-five thousand four hundred.
24 Si contavano in tutto nell'accampamento d'Efraim cento otto mila cento uomini in varieschiere; questi hanno il terzo luogo nel viaggiare.	24 All who were numbered in the camp of Ephraim were one hundred eight thousand one hundred, by their companies. These shall advance third.
25 Dalla parte di settentrione porranno gli alloggiamenti i figliuoli di Dan, dei quali saràprincipe Ahiezer, figliuolo di Ammisaddai:	25 Toward the north side, the sons of Dan were encamped, whose leader was Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
26 Tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, settantadue mila settecento.	26 The entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.
27 Presso a Dan pianteranno le tende quelli della tribù di Aser: de' quali è principe Phegiel,figliuolo di Ochran:	27 Beside him, those of the tribe of Asher fixed their tents, whose leader was Pagiel the son of Ochran.
28 Tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti, che furon contati, quarant'un mila cinquecento,	28 The entire army of his fighting men, who were numbered, were forty thousand and one thousand five hundred.
29 Della tribù de' figliuoli di Nephtali sarà principe Ahira, figliuolo di Enan:	29 From the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, the leader was Ahira the son of Enan.
30 Tutto il corpo de' suoi combattenti cinquantatré mila quattrocento.	30 The entire army of his fighting men were fifty-three thousand four hundred.
31 Si contarono in tutto negli alloggiamenti di Dan cento cinquantasette mila secento uomini: equesti nel viaggio sarannno gli ultimi.	31 All who were numbered in the camp of Dan were one hundred fifty-seven thousand six hundred; and these shall advance at the very end.
32 Così il numero de' figliuoli d'Israele divisi nelle loro schiere secondo le loro case, efamiglie ascendeva a secento tre mila cinquecento cinquanta.	32 This is the number of the sons of Israel, of their army divided by the houses of their kinships and their companies: six hundred three thousand five hundred fifty.
33 I Lieviti però non entrarono nel novero de' figliuoli d'Israele: perocché così avevacomandato il Signore a Mosè.	33 But the Levites were not numbered among the sons of Israel. For so the Lord had instructed Moses.
34 E i figliuoli d'Israele adempierono tutto quello che aveva ordinato il Signore. Posero glialloggiamenti, e fecer cammino divisi nelle loro squadre secondo le famiglie, e le caseloro.	34 And the sons of Israel acted according to all the things that the Lord had commanded. They were encamped by their companies, and they advanced by the families and houses of their fathers.
