¹ Di David. Salmo. Di Jahvè è la terra e la sua pienezza, l’orbe e i suoi abitanti.	¹ [Psalm Of David] To Yahweh belong the earth and al it contains, the world and al who live there;
² Poiché egli la fondò sulle acque e sulle correnti la stabilì.	² it is he who laid its foundations on the seas, on the flowing waters fixed it firm.
³ Chi potrà salire al monte di Jahvè? e chi potrà stare nel luogo santo?	³ Who shal go up to the mountain of Yahweh? Who shal take a stand in his holy place?
⁴ Il puro di mani e il mondo di cuore, che non indusse al male la sua anima e non giurò a inganno.	⁴ The clean of hands and pure of heart, whose heart is not set on vanities, who does not swear an oathin order to deceive.
⁵ Otterrà benedizione da Jahvè e giusto premio dal Dio della sua salute.	⁵ Such a one wil receive blessing from Yahweh, saving justice from the God of his salvation.
⁶ Questa è la generazione di coloro che lo cercano, che ricercano il tuo volto, o Dio di Giacobbe.	⁶ Such is the people that seeks him, that seeks your presence, God of Jacob.Pause
⁷ Rialzate, o portali, i vostri frontoni e sollevatevi, o porte eterne, perché deve entrare il re della gloria!	⁷ Gates, lift high your heads, raise high the ancient gateways, and the king of glory shal enter!
⁸ Chi è questo re della gloria? — Jahvè potente e prode, Jahvè prode in battaglia.	⁸ Who is he, this king of glory? It is Yahweh, strong and valiant, Yahweh valiant in battle.
⁹ Rialzate, o portali, i vostri frontoni; sollevatevi, porte eterne, perché deve entrare il re della gloria!	⁹ Gates, lift high your heads, raise high the ancient gateways, and the king of glory shal enter!
