2 Dan, Ioseph, Beniamin, Nephthali, Gad, Aser.	2 Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Nephtali, Gad, and Aser.
3 Filii Iudae: Her, Onan et Sela; hi tres nati sunt ei de filia Sue Chananitide. Fuit autem Her primogenitus Iudae malus coram Domino, et occidit eum.	3 The sons of Juda: Her, Onan and Sela. 15 sextum Asom, septimum David.	15 The sixth Asom, the seventh David.

20 Porro Hur genuit Uri, et Uri genuit Beseleel.	20 And Hur beget Uri: and Uri beget Bezeleel.
21 Post haec ingressus est Esrom ad filiam Machir patris Galaad et accepit eam, cum ipse esset annorum sexaginta; quae peperit ei Segub.	21 And afterwards Hesron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Galaad, and took her to wife when he was threescore years old: and she bore him Segub.
22 Sed et Segub genuit Iair, qui possedit viginti tres civitates in terra Galaad.	22 And Segub beget Jair, and he had three and twenty cities in the land of Galaad.
23 Cepitque Gesur et Aram oppida Iair ipsis et Canath et viculos eius sexaginta civitates. Omnes isti filii Machir patris Galaad.	23 And he took Gessur, and Aram the towns of Jair, and Canath, and the villages thereof, threescore cities. All these, the sons of Machir father of Galaad.
24 Cum autem mortuus esset Esrom, ingressus est Chaleb ad Ephratha uxorem Esrom patris sui. Habuit quoque Esrom uxorem Abia, quae peperit ei Ashur patrem Thecue.	24 And when Hesron was dead, Caleb went in to Ephrata. Hesron also had to wife Abia who bore him Ashur the father of Thecua.
25 Nati sunt autem filii Ierameel primogeniti Esrom: Ram primogenitus eius et Buna et Aran et Asom et Ahia.	25 And the sons of Jerameel the firstborn of Hesron, were Ram his firstborn, and Buna, and Aram, and Asom, and Achia.
26 Duxit quoque uxorem alteram Ierameel nomine Atara, quae fuit mater Onam.	26 And Jerameel married another wife, named Atara, who was the mother of Onam.
27 Sed et filii Ram primogeniti Ierameel fuerunt: Moos et Iamin et Acar.	27 And the sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerameel, were Moos, Jamin, and Achar.
28 Onam autem habuit filios: Sammai et Iada. Filii autem Sammai: Nadab et Abisur.	28 And Onam had sons Semei, and Jada. And the sons of Semei: Nadab, and Abisur.
29 Nomen vero uxoris Abisur Abiail, quae peperit ei Ahobban et Molid.	29 And the name of Abisur's wife was Abihail, who bore him Ahobban, and Molid.
30 Filii autem Nadab fuerunt Saled et Apphaim; mortuus est autem Saled absque liberis.	30 And the sons of Nadab were Saled, and Apphaim. And Saled died without children.
31 Filius vero Apphaim: Iesi, qui Iesi genuit Sesan; porro Sesan genuit Oholai.	31 But the son of Apphaim was Jesi: and Jesi beget Sesan. And Sesan beget Oholai.
32 Filii autem Iada fratris Semmei: Iether et Ionathan; sed et Iether mortuus est absque liberis.	32 And the sons of Jada the brother of Semei : Jether and Jonathan. And Jether also died without children.
33 Porro Ionathan genuit Phaleth et Ziza. Isti fuerunt filii Ierameel.	33 But Jonathan beget Phaleth, and Ziza, These were the sons of Jerameel.
34 Sesan autem non habuit filios sed filias et servum Aegyptium nomine Ieraa;	34 And Sesan had no sons, but daughters and a servant an Egyptian, named Jeraa.
35 deditque ei filiam suam uxorem, quae peperit ei Eththei.	35 And he gave him his daughter to wife: and she bore him Ethei.
36 Eththei autem genuit Nathan, et Nathan genuit Zabad;	36 And Ethei begot Nathan, and Nathan beget Zabad.
37 Zabad quoque genuit Ophlal, et Ophlal genuit Obed.	37 And Zabad beget Ophlal, and Ophlal beget Obed.
38 Obed genuit Iehu, Iehu genuit Azariam;	38 Obed beget Jehu, Jehu beget Azarias.
39 Azarias genuit Helles, Helles genuit Elasa.	39 Azarias beget Helles, and Helles begot Elasa.
40 Elasa genuit Sisamoi, Sisamoi genuit Sellum;	40 Elasa beget Sisamoi, Sisamoi beget Sellum,
41 Sellum genuit Iecemiam, Iecemias genuit Elisama.	41 Sellum beget Icamia, and Icamia begot Elisama.
42 Filii autem Chaleb fratris Ierameel: Mesa primogenitus eius, ipse est pater Ziph; et filius eius Maresa pater Hebron.	42 Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerameel were Mesa his firstborn, who was the father of Siph: and the sons of Maresa father of Hebron.
43 Porro filii Hebron: Core et Thapphua et Recem et Samma;	43 And the sons of Hebron, Core, and Thaphua, and Recem, and Samma.
44 Samma autem genuit Raham patrem Iercaam, et Recem genuit Sammai.	44 And Samma beget Raham, the father of Jercaam, and Recem beget Sammai.

46 Epha autem concubina Chaleb peperit Charran et Mosa et Gezez; porro Charran genuit Gezez.	46 And Epha the concubine of Caleb bore Haran, and Mesa, and Gezez. And Haran beget Gezez.

48 Concubina Chaleb Maacha peperit Saber et Tharana.	48 And Maacha the concubine of Caleb bore Saber, and Tharana.
49 Genuit autem Saaph pater Madmena Sue patrem Machbena et patrem Gabaa. Filia vero Chaleb fuit Achsa.	49 And Saaph the father of Madmena beget Sue the father of Machbena, and the father of Gabaa. And the daughter of Caleb was Achsa.
50 Hi erant filii Chaleb. Filii Hur primogeniti Ephratha: Sobal pater Cariathiarim,	50 These were the sons of Caleb, the son of Hur the firstborn of Ephrata, Sobal the father of Cariathiarim.

55 cognationes quoque de Cariathsepher habitantes in Iabes: Therathaei, Semathaei et Suchathaei. Hi sunt Cinaei, qui orti sunt de Ammath patre domus Rechab.	55 And the families of the scribes that dwell in Jabes, singing and making melody, and abiding in tents.
