1 (Per la fine. Salmo di David. Cantico di Geremia e d'Ezechiele per il popolo emigrante, quando cominciò a partire).	1 Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
2 A te si conviene l'inno, o Dio, in Sionne, a te sarà sciolto il voto in Gerusalemme.	2 Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
3 Esaudisci la mia preghiera: a te ricorre ogni persona.	3 Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:
4 Le parole degli iniqui han prevalso sopra di noi, ma tu sarai propizio alle nostre empietà.	4 That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.
5 Beato colui che tu hai scelto e preso teco! Abiterà nei tuoi cortili. Ci sazieremo dei beni della tua casa. Santo è il tuo tempio,	5 They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
6 Mirabile per l'equità. Ascolta le nostre preghiere, o Dio, nostro salvatore, speranza di tutte le parti della terra e delle isole più lontane.	6 They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
7 Tu, che disponi i monti colla tua forza, ti armi di potenza;	7 But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.
8 Tu che sconvolgi il profondo del mare e ne fai rumoreggiare i flutti. Sono in agitazione le genti,	8 So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.
9 E le più remote, alla vista dei tuoi prodigi. Tu inebrii di giubilo dall'oriente all'occidente.	9 And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.
10 Tu visiti la terra e la irrighi, moltiplichi le sue ricchezze, il fiume divino è colmo d'acque. Così prepari il cibo agli uomini, preparando in tal maniera la terra.	10 The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
11 Inebria i suoi ruscelli, moltiplica i suoi germogli: sotto le piogge si rallegrerà germogliando.
12 Benedici benignamente la corona dell'anno, e i tuoi campi saran pieni d'abbondanti raccolti.
13 Si faran pingui le parti più belle del deserto, e i colli si cingeranno di letizia.
14 Gli arieti del gregge si son rivestiti, le valli abbonderanno di frumento: alzeranno la voce e canteranno inni di lode.
