| 1 « Il Tabernacolo poi lo farai di dieci cortine di bisso ritorto, di filo violaceo, porporino, cocciniglia, e variamente ricamate. | 1 "Moreover you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twined linen and blue and purple and scarlet stuff; with cherubim skilfully worked shall you make them. |
| 2 La lunghezza d'ogni cortina sarà di ventetto cubiti, la larghezza di quattro; e tutte le cortine saranno della stessa misura. | 2 The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the breadth of each curtain four cubits; all the curtains shall have one measure. |
| 3 Cinque cortine saranno unite insieme, così pure le altre cinque. | 3 Five curtains shall be coupled to one another; and the other five curtains shall be coupled to one another. |
| 4 Farai dei nastri di giacinto ai lati e all'estremità delle cortine, affinchè possano unirsi insieme. | 4 And you shall make loops of blue on the edge of the outmost curtain in the first set; and likewise you shall make loops on the edge of the outmost curtain in the second set. |
| 5 Ogni cortina avrà cinquanta nastri da una parte e dall'altra, e attaccati in guisa che uno risponda all'altro e possano legarsi insieme. | 5 Fifty loops you shall make on the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make on the edge of the curtain that is in the second set; the loops shall be opposite one another. |
| 6 Farai pure cinquanta anelli d'oro per unire i veli delle cortine in modo da formare un solo Tabernacolo. | 6 And you shall make fifty clasps of gold, and couple the curtains one to the other with the clasps, that the tabernacle may be one whole. |
| 7 Farai anche undici teli di pelo di capra, per coprire la parte superiore del Tabernacolo. | 7 "You shall also make curtains of goats' hair for a tent over the tabernacle; eleven curtains shall you make. |
| 8 Ogni telo sia lungo trenta cubiti e largo quattro, e sian tutti della medesima misura. | 8 The length of each curtain shall be thirty cubits, and the breadth of each curtain four cubits; the eleven curtains shall have the same measure. |
| 9 Di questi teli ne congiungerai cinque da parte, e unirai gli altri sei da se in modo da raddoppiare il sesto telo sul davanti del tetto. | 9 And you shall couple five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves, and the sixth curtain you shall double over at the front of the tent. |
| 10 E metterai cinquanta nastri all'orlo di un telo, affinchè possa essere legato coll'altro, e cinquanta nastri all'orlo dell'altro, perchè possa essere legato col primo. | 10 And you shall make fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is outmost in one set, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain which is outmost in the second set. |
| 11 Farai ancora cinquanta fibbie di bronzo per unire i nastri, in modo da formare un'unica copertura. | 11 "And you shall make fifty clasps of bronze, and put the clasps into the loops, and couple the tent together that it may be one whole. |
| 12 E quel che avanzerà delle cortine fatte per coprire il Tabernacolo, cioè la cortina che è di più, metà servirà per coprire la parte posteriore del Tabernacolo; | 12 And the part that remains of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remains, shall hang over the back of the tabernacle. |
| 13 e ne penderà un cubito da una parte e un cubito dall'altra, e il di più della lunghezza delle coperte coprirà l'uno e l'altro lato del Tabernacolo. | 13 And the cubit on the one side, and the cubit on the other side, of what remains in the length of the curtains of the tent shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle, on this side and that side, to cover it. |
| 14 Farai inoltre al Tabernacolo un'altra copertura di pelli di montoni tinte in rosso, e sopra questa un'altra copertura di pelli violette. | 14 And you shall make for the tent a covering of tanned rams' skins and goatskins. |
| 15 Farai pure di legno di setim le assi del Tabernacolo, e dovranno essere messe per ritto. | 15 "And you shall make upright frames for the tabernacle of acacia wood. |
| 16 Queste avranno ciascuna dieci cubiti di lunghezza e un cubito e mezzo di larghezza. | 16 Ten cubits shall be the length of a frame, and a cubit and a half the breadth of each frame. |
| 17 Ai lati di ciascun'asse saran fatte due incastrature, mediante le quali un'asse si unisca all'altra; saran fatte così tutte le assi, | 17 There shall be two tenons in each frame, for fitting together; so shall you do for all the frames of the tabernacle. |
| 18 venti delle quali saranno dal lato meridionale che guarda il mezzogiorno. | 18 You shall make the frames for the tabernacle: twenty frames for the south side; |
| 19 Farai di getto quaranta basi d'argento, tali che due basi vengan messe sotto a ciascun'asse ai due angoli. | 19 and forty bases of silver you shall make under the twenty frames, two bases under one frame for its two tenons, and two bases under another frame for its two tenons; |
| 20 Anche al secondo lato del Tabernacolo che guarda al settentrione, vi saranno venti assi, | 20 and for the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side twenty frames, |
| 21 con quaranta basi d'argento, cioè due basi sotto eiascun'asse. | 21 and their forty bases of silver, two bases under one frame, and two bases under another frame; |
| 22 Per il lato occidentale del Tabernacolo farai sei assi, | 22 and for the rear of the tabernacle westward you shall make six frames. |
| 23 più due altre assi che saran poste agli angoli del fondo del Tabernacolo. | 23 And you shall make two frames for corners of the tabernacle in the rear; |
| 24 queste saranno unite insieme da cima a fondo, e tutte incastrate l'una nell'altra. E così pure saranno unite le due assi da porsi agli angoli. | 24 they shall be separate beneath, but joined at the top, at the first ring; thus shall it be with both of them; they shall form the two corners. |
| 25 Saranno in tutto otto assi con sedici basi d'argento, cioè due basi per ogni asse. | 25 And there shall be eight frames, with their bases of silver, sixteen bases; two bases under one frame, and two bases under another frame. |
| 26 Farai ancora delle traverse di legno di setim, cinque per fermare insieme le assi di un lato del Tabernacolo, | 26 "And you shall make bars of acacia wood, five for the frames of the one side of the tabernacle, |
| 27 altre cinque per l'altro lato, e altrettante pel lato occidentale; | 27 and five bars for the frames of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the frames of the side of the tabernacle at the rear westward. |
| 28 esse passeranno attraverso le assi da un'estremità all'altra. | 28 The middle bar, halfway up the frames, shall pass through from end to end. |
| 29 Rivestirai d'oro anche le assi e vi farai d'oro gli anelli dentro i quali devono passare le traverse per tener fermo il tavolato, e anche le traverse saran rivestite d'oro. | 29 You shall overlay the frames with gold, and shall make their rings of gold for holders for the bars; and you shall overlay the bars with gold. |
| 30 Il Tabernacolo lo erigerai secondo il modello che ti fu mostrato sul monte. | 30 And you shall erect the tabernacle according to the plan for it which has been shown you on the mountain. |
| 31 Farai pure un velo di giacinto, di porpora, di cocciniglia e di bisso ritorto con ricami e tessuto con bella varietà; | 31 "And you shall make a veil of blue and purple and scarlet stuff and fine twined linen; in skilled work shall it be made, with cherubim; |
| 32 e lo sospenderai a quattro colonne di setim, rivestite anch'esse d'oro, a capitelli d'oro e a basi d'argento. | 32 and you shall hang it upon four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold, with hooks of gold, upon four bases of silver. |
| 33 E il velo sarà sospeso per mezzo d'anelli, e dietro ad esso porrai l'arca del testimonio; per tal velo saran divisi il Santo e il Santo dei Santi. | 33 And you shall hang the veil from the clasps, and bring the ark of the testimony in thither within the veil; and the veil shall separate for you the holy place from the most holy. |
| 34 Metterai poi il propiziatorio sopra l'arca del testimonio nel Santo dei Santi; | 34 You shall put the mercy seat upon the ark of the testimony in the most holy place. |
| 35 metterai la tavola fuori del velo, e dirimpetto alla tavola, ma dal lato meridionale del Tabernacolo, perchè la mensa deve stare dalla parte di settentrione, metterai il candelabro. | 35 And you shall set the table outside the veil, and the lampstand on the south side of the tabernacle opposite the table; and you shall put the table on the north side. |
| 36 Farai un velo di giacinto e di porpora e di cocco tinto due volte e di bisso ritorto con lavori di ricamo anche all'ingresso del Tabernacolo. | 36 "And you shall make a screen for the door of the tent, of blue and purple and scarlet stuff and fine twined linen, embroidered with needlework. |
| 37 E le cinque colonne di legno di setim, alle quali sarà appeso il velo, le rivestirai d'oro; i loro capitelli saran d'oro e le basi di rame. | 37 And you shall make for the screen five pillars of acacia, and overlay them with gold; their hooks shall be of gold, and you shall cast five bases of bronze for them. |
