1 Queste sono le tappe degli Israeliti che uscirono dalla terra d'Egitto, ordinati secondo le loro schiere, sotto la guida di Mosè e di Aronne.	1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
2 Mosè scrisse i loro punti di partenza, tappa per tappa, per ordine del Signore; queste sono le loro tappe nell'ordine dei loro punti di partenza.	2 And Moses wrote their goings out according to their journeys by the commandment of the LORD: and these are their journeys according to their goings out.
3 Partirono da Ramses il primo mese, il quindicesimo giorno del primo mese. Il giorno dopo la Pasqua, gli Israeliti uscirono a mano alzata, sotto gli occhi di tutto l'Egitto,	3 And they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the morrow after the passover the children of Israel went out with an high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.
4 mentre gli Egiziani seppellivano quelli che il Signore aveva colpito fra loro, cioè tutti i primogeniti, quando il Signore aveva pronunciato il suo giudizio anche sui loro dèi.	4 For the Egyptians buried all their firstborn, which the LORD had smitten among them: upon their gods also the LORD executed judgments.
5 Gli Israeliti partirono dunque da Ramses e si accamparono a Succot.	5 And the children of Israel removed from Rameses, and pitched in Succoth.
6 Partirono da Succot e si accamparono a Etam, che è sull'estremità del deserto.	6 And they departed from Succoth, and pitched in Etham, which is in the edge of the wilderness.
7 Partirono da Etam e piegarono verso Pi-Achiròt, che è di fronte a Baal-Sefòn, e si accamparono davanti a Migdol.	7 And they removed from Etham, and turned again unto Pi-hahiroth, which is before Baal-zephon: and they pitched before Migdol.
8 Partirono da Pi-Achiròt, passarono in mezzo al mare in direzione del deserto, fecero tre giornate di marcia nel deserto di Etam e si accamparono a Mara.	8 And they departed from before Pi-hahiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days' journey in the wilderness of Etham, and pitched in Marah.
9 Partirono da Mara e giunsero a Elìm; a Elìm c'erano dodici sorgenti di acqua e settanta palme: qui si accamparono.	9 And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim: and in Elim were twelve fountains of water, and threescore and ten palm trees; and they pitched there.
10 Partirono da Elìm e si accamparono presso il Mar Rosso.	10 And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red sea.
11 Partirono dal Mar Rosso e si accamparono nel deserto di Sin.	11 And they removed from the Red sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.
12 Partirono dal deserto di Sin e si accamparono a Dofka.	12 And they took their journey out of the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.
13 Partirono da Dofka e si accamparono ad Alus.	13 And they departed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
14 Partirono da Alus e si accamparono a Refidìm, dove non c'era acqua da bere per il popolo.	14 And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, where was no water for the people to drink.
15 Partirono da Refidìm e si accamparono nel deserto del Sinai.	15 And they departed from Rephidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.
16 Partirono dal deserto del Sinai e si accamparono a Kibrot-Taavà.	16 And they removed from the desert of Sinai, and pitched at Kibroth-hattaavah.
17 Partirono da Kibrot-Taavà e si accamparono a Caseròt.	17 And they departed from Kibroth-hattaavah, and encamped at Hazeroth.
18 Partirono da Caseròt e si accamparono a Ritma.	18 And they departed from Hazeroth, and pitched in Rithmah.
19 Partirono da Ritma e si accamparono a Rimmòn-Peres.	19 And they departed from Rithmah, and pitched at Rimmon-parez.
20 Partirono da Rimmòn-Peres e si accamparono a Libna.	20 And they departed from Rimmon-parez, and pitched in Libnah.
21 Partirono da Libna e si accamparono a Rissa.	21 And they removed from Libnah, and pitched at Rissah.
22 Partirono da Rissa e si accamparono a Keelata.	22 And they journeyed from Rissah, and pitched in Kehelathah.
23 Partirono da Keelata e si accamparono al monte Sefer.	23 And they went from Kehelathah, and pitched in mount Shapher.
24 Partirono dal monte Sefer e si accamparono a Caradà.	24 And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Haradah.
25 Partirono da Caradà e si accamparono a Makelòt.	25 And they removed from Haradah, and pitched in Makheloth.
26 Partirono da Makelòt e si accamparono a Tacat.	26 And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped at Tahath.
27 Partirono da Tacat e si accamparono a Tarach.	27 And they departed from Tahath, and pitched at Tarah.
28 Partirono da Tarach e si accamparono a Mitka.	28 And they removed from Tarah, and pitched in Mithcah.
29 Partirono da Mitka e si accamparono a Casmonà.	29 And they went from Mithcah, and pitched in Hashmonah.
30 Partirono da Casmonà e si accamparono a Moseròt.	30 And they departed from Hashmonah, and encamped at Moseroth.
31 Partirono da Moseròt e si accamparono a Bene-Iaakàn.	31 And they departed from Moseroth, and pitched in Bene-jaakan.
32 Partirono da Bene-Iaakàn e si accamparono a Or-Ghidgad.	32 And they removed from Bene-jaakan, and encamped at Hor-hagidgad.
33 Partirono da Or-Ghidgad e si accamparono a Iotbata.	33 And they went from Hor-hagidgad, and pitched in Jotbathah.
34 Partirono da Iotbata e si accamparono ad Abronà.	34 And they removed from Jotbathah, and encamped at Ebronah.
35 Partirono da Abronà e si accamparono a Esion-Ghèber.	35 And they departed from Ebronah, and encamped at Ezion-gaber.
36 Partirono da Esion-Ghèber e si accamparono nel deserto di Sin, cioè a Kades.	36 And they removed from Ezion-gaber, and pitched in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
37 Poi partirono da Kades e si accamparono al monte Or, all'estremità della terra di Edom.	37 And they removed from Kadesh, and pitched in mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.
38 Il sacerdote Aronne salì sul monte Or per ordine del Signore e in quel luogo morì il quarantesimo anno dopo l’uscita degli Israeliti dalla terra d'Egitto, il quinto mese, il primo giorno del mese.	38 And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the LORD, and died there, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month.
39 Aronne era in età di centoventitré anni quando morì sul monte Or.	39 And Aaron was an hundred and twenty and three years old when he died in mount Hor.
40 Il cananeo re di Arad, che abitava nel Negheb, nella terra di Canaan, venne a sapere che gli Israeliti arrivavano.	40 And king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
41 Partirono dal monte Or e si accamparono a Salmonà.	41 And they departed from mount Hor, and pitched in Zalmonah.
42 Partirono da Salmonà e si accamparono a Punon.	42 And they departed from Zalmonah, and pitched in Punon.
43 Partirono da Punon e si accamparono a Obot.	43 And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth.
44 Partirono da Obot e si accamparono a Iie-Abarìm sui confini di Moab.	44 And they departed from Oboth, and pitched in Ije-abarim, in the border of Moab.
45 Partirono da Iie-Abarìm e si accamparono a Dibon-Gad.	45 And they departed from Iim, and pitched in Dibon-gad.
46 Partirono da Dibon-Gad e si accamparono ad Almon-Diblatàim.	46 And they removed from Dibon-gad, and encamped in Almon-diblathaim.
47 Partirono da Almon-Diblatàim e si accamparono ai monti Abarìm, di fronte al Nebo.	47 And they removed from Almon-diblathaim, and pitched in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.
48 Partirono dai monti Abarìm e si accamparono nelle steppe di Moab, presso il Giordano di Gerico.	48 And they departed from the mountains of Abarim, and pitched in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho.
49 Si accamparono presso il Giordano, da Bet-Iesimòt fino ad Abel-Sittìm, nelle steppe di Moab.	49 And they pitched by Jordan, from Beth-jesimoth even unto Abel-shittim in the plains of Moab.
50 Il Signore parlò a Mosè nelle steppe di Moab, presso il Giordano di Gerico, e disse:	50 And the LORD spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
51 «Parla agli Israeliti dicendo loro: “Quando avrete attraversato il Giordano verso la terra di Canaan	51 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed over Jordan into the land of Canaan;
52 e avrete cacciato dinanzi a voi tutti gli abitanti della terra, distruggerete tutte le loro immagini, distruggerete tutte le loro statue di metallo fuso e devasterete tutte le loro alture.	52 Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:
53 Prenderete possesso della terra e in essa vi stabilirete, poiché io vi ho dato la terra perché la possediate.	53 And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.
54 Dividerete la terra a sorte secondo le vostre famiglie. A chi è numeroso darai numerosa eredità e a chi è piccolo darai piccola eredità. Ognuno avrà quello che gli sarà toccato in sorte; farete la divisione secondo le tribù dei vostri padri.	54 And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man's inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.
55 Ma se non caccerete dinanzi a voi gli abitanti della terra, quelli di loro che vi avrete lasciati saranno per voi come spine negli occhi e pungoli nei fianchi e vi tratteranno da nemici nella terra in cui abiterete.	55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.
56 Allora io tratterò voi come mi ero proposto di trattare loro”».	56 Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.
