1 'Canto delle ascensioni.'

Ecco, benedite il Signore,
voi tutti, servi del Signore;
voi che state nella casa del Signore
durante le notti.
1 שִׁיר הַמַּעֲלֹות הִנֵּה ׀ בָּרֲכוּ אֶת־יְהוָה כָּל־עַבְדֵי יְהוָה הָעֹמְדִים בְּבֵית־יְהוָה בַּלֵּילֹות
2 Alzate le mani verso il tempio
e benedite il Signore.

2 שְׂאוּ־יְדֵכֶם קֹדֶשׁ וּבָרֲכוּ אֶת־יְהוָה
3 Da Sion ti benedica il Signore,
che ha fatto cielo e terra.		3 יְבָרֶכְךָ יְהוָה מִצִּיֹּון עֹשֵׂה שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ
