2 Jahvè, scampa la mia anima da labbra mendaci, da lingua che inganna.	2 Yahweh, save me from lying lips and a treacherous tongue!
3 Che si darà a te e che si aggiungerà a te, o lingua che inganni?	3 What will he repay you, what more, treacherous tongue?
4 Dardi aguzzi di un prode, con tizzoni di ginestra.	4 War-arrows made sharp over red-hot charcoal.
5 Ahimè, abito Meshech e dimoro con le tende di Kedar!	5 How wretched I am, living in Meshech, dwel ing in the tents of Kedar!
6 Da lungo tempo ha dimorato la mia anima con i nemici della pace.	6 Too long have I lived among people who hate peace.
