1 Questi sono i re che furono sconfitti da’ figliuoli d'Israele i quali preser possesso del loro paese di là dal Giordano a levante, dal torrente di Arnon fino al monte Hermon, e a tutta la parte orientale, che guarda verso il deserto.	1 The kings of the country, whom the Israelites conquered and whose territory they took, on the further, eastern side of the Jordan, from the Wadi Arnon to Mount Hermon, with the entire Arabah to the east, were asfol ows:
