| 1 Or Beseleel, Ooliab e tutti gli uomini capaci, ai quali il Signore aveva data abilità e intelligenza per eseguire artisticamente ciò che era necessario pel santuario, fecero le cose ordinate dal Signore. | 1 Bezalel and Oholiab and every able man in whom the LORD has put ability and intelligence to know how to do any work in the construction of the sanctuary shall work in accordance with all that the LORD has commanded." |
| 2 E Mosè, chiamatili con tutti gli uomini capaci ai quali il Signore aveva dato abilità e si erano offerti spontaneamente per lavorare, | 2 And Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and every able man in whose mind the LORD had put ability, every one whose heart stirred him up to come to do the work; |
| 3 consegnò loro tutti i doni dei figli d'Israele. Ma siccome, mentre essi attendevano al lavoro, ogni mattina il popolo offriva i suoi doni, | 3 and they received from Moses all the freewill offering which the people of Israel had brought for doing the work on the sanctuary. They still kept bringing him freewill offerings every morning, |

| 6 Allora Mosè ordinò che un banditore gridasse: « Nè uomo, nè donna offra altro per fare il santuario ». Così cessarono d'offrir doni, | 6 So Moses gave command, and word was proclaimed throughout the camp, "Let neither man nor woman do anything more for the offering for the sanctuary." So the people were restrained from bringing; |
| 7 perchè quelli portati bastavano e ne avanzava. | 7 for the stuff they had was sufficient to do all the work, and more. |
| 8 Così tutti gli uomini capaci si diedero al lavoro per compiere l'opera del Tabernacolo con le dieci cortine di bisso ritorto, di giacinto, di porpora, di scarlatto tinto due volte, con ricami e tessuto a vari colori. | 8 And all the able men among the workmen made the tabernacle with ten curtains; they were made of fine twined linen and blue and purple and scarlet stuff, with cherubim skillfully worked. |
| 9 Ogni cortina era lunga ventotto cubiti e larga quattro, e tutte le cortine eran della stessa misura. | 9 The length of each curtain was twenty-eight cubits, and the breadth of each curtain four cubits; all the curtains had the same measure. |
| 10 Cinque cortine furono unite assieme, cosi pure le altre cinque. | 10 And he coupled five curtains to one another, and the other five curtains he coupled to one another. |
| 11 Furon fatti dei nastri di giacinto all'orlo d'una cortina ai due lati, e così pure all'orlo dell'altra cortina, | 11 And he made loops of blue on the edge of the outmost curtain of the first set; likewise he made them on the edge of the outmost curtain of the second set; |
| 12 in modo che i nastri si rispondessero da potersi legare insieme; | 12 he made fifty loops on the one curtain, and he made fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that was in the second set; the loops were opposite one another. |
| 13 Furono fatti cinquanta anelli d'oro per stringer i nastri delle cortine, onde formare un sol Tabernacolo. | 13 And he made fifty clasps of gold, and coupled the curtains one to the other with clasps; so the tabernacle was one whole. |
| 14 Furon fatte inoltre undici coperte di peli di capra, per coprire la parte superiore del Tabernacolo. | 14 He also made curtains of goats' hair for a tent over the tabernacle; he made eleven curtains. |
| 15 Ogni coperta aveva trenta cubiti di lunghezza e quattro di larghezza. | 15 The length of each curtain was thirty cubits, and the breadth of each curtain four cubits; the eleven curtains had the same measure. |
| 16 Delle coperte, che avevan tutte la stessa misura ne furono unite cinque in un pezzo e le altre sei in un altro pezzo. | 16 He coupled five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves. |
| 17 E furono pure fatti cinquanta nastri all'orlo d'una coperta, e cinquanta all'orlo dell'altra, per poterle unire insieme; | 17 And he made fifty loops on the edge of the outmost curtain of the one set, and fifty loops on the edge of the other connecting curtain. |
| 18 poi cinquanta fibbie di rame per congiungere le coperte del tetto in modo da formarne una sola coperta. | 18 And he made fifty clasps of bronze to couple the tent together that it might be one whole. |
| 19 Pel Tabernacolo fu fatta anche una coperta di pelli di montoni tinte in rosso, sopra la quale ne fu messa un'altra di pelli di colore violetto. | 19 And he made for the tent a covering of tanned rams' skins and goatskins. |
| 20 Di legno di setim furono fatte le assi del Tabernacolo da esser messe pe ritto, | 20 Then he made the upright frames for the tabernacle of acacia wood. |
| 21 ogni asse aveva dieci cubiti di lunghezza e un cubito e mezzo di larghezza, | 21 Ten cubits was the length of a frame, and a cubit and a half the breadth of each frame. |
| 22 e aveva due incastrature per unirsi l'una all'altra. Così furon fatte tutte le assi del Tabernacolo, | 22 Each frame had two tenons, for fitting together; he did this for all the frames of the tabernacle. |
| 23 delle quali venti erano dalla parte del mezzogiorno, verso l'austro, | 23 The frames for the tabernacle he made thus: twenty frames for the south side; |
| 24 e avevan quaranta basi d'argento, due basi sotto ogni asse, agli angoli, dove terminavano le incastrature dei lati. | 24 and he made forty bases of silver under the twenty frames, two bases under one frame for its two tenons, and two bases under another frame for its two tenons. |
| 25 E per la parte del Tabernacolo che guarda a settentrione altre venti assi | 25 And for the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side, he made twenty frames |
| 26 con quaranta basi d'argento, due per ogni asse. | 26 and their forty bases of silver, two bases under one frame and two bases under another frame. |
| 27 E verso occidente, dalla parte del Tabernacolo volta al mare, sei assi, | 27 And for the rear of the tabernacle westward he made six frames. |
| 28 più, a ciascun angolo della parte posteriore del Tabernacolo, due assi, | 28 And he made two frames for corners of the tabernacle in the rear. |
| 29 congiunte insieme da cima a fondo in modo da formare un socorpo. Così per ciascun angolo, dall'una e dall'altra parte, | 29 And they were separate beneath, but joined at the top, at the first ring; he made two of them thus, for the two corners. |

| 32 e cinque altre per fermare l'altro lato, così pure altre cinque traverse per il lato occidentale del Tabernacolo, verso il mare. | 32 and five bars for the frames of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the frames of the tabernacle at the rear westward. |
| 33 Poi un'altra traversa che passasse per la metà delle assi da un angolo all'altro. | 33 And he made the middle bar to pass through from end to end halfway up the frames. |
| 34 Queste assi furon coperte di oro, e le basi di argento furon fatte di getto; gli anelli per cui dovevan passare le traverse furon fatti d'oro, mentre le traverse furon coperte di lamine d'argento. | 34 And he overlaid the frames with gold, and made their rings of gold for holders for the bars, and overlaid the bars with gold. |
| 35 Fu fatto pure un velo di giacinto, di porpora, di scarlatto, di bisso ritorto, con tessiture di vari colori e varietà di ricami; | 35 And he made the veil of blue and purple and scarlet stuff and fine twined linen; with cherubim skillfully worked he made it. |
| 36 poi quattro colonne di legno di setim, coperte di oro come i loro capitelli e con le basi d'argento. | 36 And for it he made four pillars of acacia, and overlaid them with gold; their hooks were of gold, and he cast for them four bases of silver. |
| 37 Fu inoltre fatto, all'ingresso del Tabernacolo, un velo di giacinto, di porpora, di scarlatto e di bisso ritorto con lavori di ricamo; | 37 He also made a screen for the door of the tent, of blue and purple and scarlet stuff and fine twined linen, embroidered with needlework; |
| 38 se cinque colonne coi loro capitelli, ricoperte di oro e colle basi di rame. | 38 and its five pillars with their hooks. He overlaid their capitals, and their fillets were of gold, but their five bases were of bronze. |
