1 - Questi sono i re che furono battuti dai figli d'Israele e dei quali essi possedettero il territorio al di là del Giordano, verso oriente, dal torrente Arnon fino al monte Ermon e a tutta la regione orientale che guarda il deserto:	1 These are the kings whom the sons of Israel struck down, and whose land they possessed beyond the Jordan, toward the rising of the sun, from the torrent Arnon as far as mount Hermon, with the entire eastern region that looks out toward the wilderness:
