1 Jahvè regna, si turbano i popoli; siede sui Cherubini e si scuote la terra,	1 The LORD reigns; let the peoples tremble! He sits enthroned upon the cherubim; let the earth quake!
2 Jahvè in Sion è grande, egli è eccelso su tutti i popoli!	2 The LORD is great in Zion; he is exalted over all the peoples.
3 Lodino il tuo nome grande e tremendo, esso è santo.	3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name! Holy is he!
4 E forte è il re che ama il diritto; tu hai fondato la giustizia. Giudizio e giustizia in Giacobbe tu hai eseguito.	4 Mighty King, lover of justice, thou hast established equity; thou hast executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.
5 Esaltate Jahvè nostro Dio, prostratevi allo sgabello dei suoi piedi; egli è santo!	5 Extol the LORD our God; worship at his footstool! Holy is he!
6 Mosè e Aronne sono tra i suoi sacerdoti e Samuele tra coloro che invocano il suo nome; invocano Jahvè ed egli risponde loro.	6 Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel also was among those who called on his name. They cried to the LORD, and he answered them.
7 In colonna di nube parla a loro quando osservano i suoi precetti e i comandi che loro diede.	7 He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud; they kept his testimonies, and the statutes that he gave them.
8 Jahvè nostro Dio tu hai risposto loro, tu fosti per loro un Dio che porta; ma vendicatore contro i loro misfatti.	8 O LORD our God, thou didst answer them; thou wast a forgiving God to them, but an avenger of their wrongdoings.
9 Esaltate Jahvè nostro Dio e prostratevi al suo santo monte. Santo è Jahvè nostro Dio.	9 Extol the LORD our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for the LORD our God is holy!
