1 Per il capocoro. Salmo. Di David.	1 The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;
2 Ti esaudisca Jahvè nel giorno dell’angustia; ti esalti il nome del Dio di Giacobbe.	2 Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
3 Mandi il tuo aiuto dal santuario e da Sion ti sostenga.	3 Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.
4 Ricordi tutte le tue offerte e il tuo olocausto accolga.	4 Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.
5 Ti conceda secondo il tuo cuore e tutti i tuoi piani egli compia.	5 We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.
6 Tripudieremo alla tua vittoria, nel nome del nostro Dio leveremo gli stendardi. Compia Jahvè tutte le tue richieste.	6 Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.
7 Ora io so che salva Jahvè il suo unto; l’esaudisce dai suoi santi cieli con gesta salvifiche della sua destra.	7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
8 Chi fida nei carri e chi nei cavalli ma noi il nome di Jahvè nostro Dio invochiamo.	8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.
9 Loro si piegano e cadono ma noi ci leviamo e stiamo saldi.	9 Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.
10 Jahvè, salva il re; rispondi a noi quando ti invochiamo!
