Isaia 12

1 Tu dirai in quel giorno: « A te canterò lodi, o Signore, perchè tu, che eri irritato, hai cacciato lo sdegno e mi hai consolato.	1 On that day, you will say: I give you thanks, O LORD; though you have been angry with me, your anger has abated, and you have consoled me.
2 Ecco, Dio è mio Salvatore, posso aver confidenza e non temere; perchè il Signore è la mia forza, il mio canto, Egli è la mia salvezza.	2 God indeed is my savior; I am confident and unafraid. My strength and my courage is the LORD, and he has been my savior.
3 Attingerete con gioia le acque dalle fonti del Salvatore;	3 With joy you will draw water at the fountain of salvation,
4 e direte in quel giorno: « Lodate il Signore, invocate il suo nome, proclamate ai popoli i suoi disegni, ricordando che sublime è il nome di lui.	4 and say on that day: Give thanks to the LORD, acclaim his name; among the nations make known his deeds, proclaim how exalted is his name.
5 Cantate al Signore, perchè ha fatto grandi cose: divulgatele per tutta la terra.	5 Sing praise to the LORD for his glorious achievement; let this be known throughout all the earth.
6 Esulta e canta inni di lode, o Casa di Sion, perchè grande è in mezzo a te il Santo d'Israele ».	6 Shout with exultation, O city of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel!
