1 Alleluia. Lodate il nome del Signore, lodate il Signore, o servi suoi,	1 Alleluia. Praise the name of the Lord. You servants, praise the Lord.
2 Che state nella casa del Signore, nei cortili della casa del nostro Dio.	2 You who stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God:
3 Lodate il Signore, perchè il Signore è buono, cantate inni al suo nome, perchè è soave.	3 praise the Lord, for the Lord is good. Sing psalms to his name, for it is sweet.
4 Il Signore si elesse Giacobbe e Israele come suo possesso.	4 For the Lord has chosen Jacob for himself, Israel for his own possession.
5 Io so ben che il Signore è grande, che il nostro Dio è sopra tutti gli dèi.	5 For I have known that the Lord is great, and our God is before all gods.
6 Tutto quello che ha voluto il Signore lo ha fatto, in cielo, in terra, in mare e in tutti gli abissi.	6 All things whatsoever that he willed, the Lord did: in heaven, on earth, in the sea, and in all the deep places.
7 Egli fa salire le nubi dall'estremità della terra, fece i lampi, fo­rieri della pioggia. Egli fa uscire i venti dai suoi ripostigli.	7 He leads clouds from the ends of the earth. He has created lightnings in the rain. He has produced winds from his storehouses.
8 E' lui che colpì i primogeniti d'Egitto, dagli uomini alle bestie	8 He struck the first-born of Egypt, from man even to cattle.
9 E mandò segni e prodigi in mezzo a te, o Egitto, contro Faraone e contro tutti i suoi servi.	9 He sent signs and wonders into your midst, O Egypt: upon Pharaoh and upon all his servants.
10 Percosse molte nazioni e uccise re potenti:	10 He has struck many nations, and he has slaughtered strong kings:
11 Seon re degli Amorrei e Og re di Basan, e tutti i regni di Canaan.	11 Sihon, king of the Amorites, and Og, king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan.
12 E la loro terra la diede in eredità, in eredità a Israele suo popolo.	12 And he gave their land as an inheritance, as an inheritance for his people Israel.

18 Diventino simili a loro quelli che li fanno e tutti quelli che in essi confidano.	18 Let those who make them become like them, along with all who trust in them.
19 O casa d'Israele, benedici il Signore, casa d'Aronne, benedici il Signore.	19 Bless the Lord, O house of Israel. Bless the Lord, O house of Aaron.
20 Casa di Levi, benedici il Signore, voi che temete il Signore, benedite il Signore.	20 Bless the Lord, O house of Levi. You who fear the Lord, bless the Lord.
21 Da Sion sia benedetto il Signore che dimora in Gerusalemme.	21 The Lord is blessed from Zion, by those who dwell in Jerusalem.
