Isaia 62

BIBBIA TINTORI	NEW JERUSALEM
1 Per amore di Sion io non tacerò, per amor di Gerusalemme non mi darò posa, finché non venga fuori come la luce il suo Giusto, e non risplenda come ardente fiaccola il suo Salvatore.	1 About Zion I wil not be silent, about Jerusalem I shal not rest until saving justice dawns for her like abright light and her salvation like a blazing torch.
2 E le nazioni vedranno il tuo Giusto, tutti i re la tua gloria. E tu sarai chiamata con nuovo nome scelto dalla bocca del Signore.	2 The nations wil then see your saving justice, and all kings your glory, and you wil be cal ed a newname which Yahweh's mouth wil reveal.
3 E sarai una corona di gloria nella mano del Signore, un diadema reale nella mano del tuo Dio.	3 You will be a crown of splendour in Yahweh's hand, a princely diadem in the hand of your God.
4 Non sarai più detta l'Abbandonata, la tua terra non si chiamerà più desolata; ma sarai detta oggetto delle mie compiacenze, e la tua terra (sarà detta) l'abitata, perchè il Signore in te si è compiaciuto, e la tua terra sarà abitata.	4 No more wil you be known as 'Forsaken' or your country be known as 'Desolation'; instead, you wil becal ed 'My Delight is in her' and your country 'The Wedded'; for Yahweh wil take delight in you and your countrywil have its wedding.
5 Come il giovane starà colla vergine, così staranno in te i tuoi figlioli; come gode lo sposo colla sposa, così godrà con te il tuo Dio.	5 Like a young man marrying a virgin, your rebuilder will wed you, and as the bridegroom rejoices in his bride, so wil your God rejoice in you.
6 Sulle tue mura, o Gerusalemme, ho disposte le sentinelle, giammai, nè di giorno nè di notte, taceranno. O voi che ricordate il Signore, non tacete,	6 On your wal s, Jerusalem, I have posted watchmen; they will never fal silent, day or night. No peace foryou, as you keep Yahweh's attention!
7 non gli date riposo, finché Egli non ha resa Gerusalemme gloria della terra.	7 And give him no peace either until he restores Jerusalem and makes her the pride of the world!
8 Il Signore l'ha giurato per la sua destra, pel suo braccio potente: « Non darò più il tuo grano in cibo ai tuoi nemici; i figli dello straniero non berranno più il tuo vino per cui faticasti;	8 Yahweh has sworn by his right hand and by his mighty arm: Never again shall I give your grain to feedyour enemies. Never again will foreigners drink the wine for which you have toiled.
9 perchè coloro che han raccolto il grano lo piangeranno e benediranno il Signore, e quelli che vendemmiano beveranno nell'atrio mio santo.	9 No, the reapers wil eat it and praise Yahweh, the harvesters will drink it in my sacred courts!
10 Passate, passate per le porte, preparate la via al popolo, spianate la strada, toglietene i sassi, alzate lo stendardo ai popoli.	10 Pass through, pass through the gates. Clear a way for my people! Level up, level up the highway,remove the stones! Hoist a signal to the peoples!
11 Ecco il Signore ha pubblicato fino all'estremità della terra: « Dite alla figlia di Sion: — Ecco viene il tuo Salvatore, porta con sè la sua ricompensa e la sua opera gli sta dinanzi ».	11 This is what Yahweh has proclaimed to the remotest part of earth: Say to the daughter of Zion, 'Look,your salvation is coming; with him comes his reward, his achievement precedes him!'
12 Essi saran chiamati il popolo santo, i redenti del Signore. E tu sarai detta la città ricercata e non abbandonata.	12 They will be cal ed 'The Holy People', 'Yahweh's Redeemed', while you will be cal ed 'Sought-after','City-not-forsaken'.
