1 - Fece altresì un altare di rame lungo e largo venti cubiti e alto dieci.	1 Moreover he made an altar of brass, twenty cubits the length thereof, and twenty cubits the breadth thereof, and ten cubits the height thereof.
2 Parimenti il mare di getto, di dieci cubiti da un orlo all'altro; esso era rotondo tutt'intorno; aveva cinque cubiti di altezza e misurava una circonferenza di trenta cubiti.	2 Also he made a molten sea of ten cubits from brim to brim, round in compass, and five cubits the height thereof; and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about.
3 Sotto stavano delle figure di buoi e per dieci cubiti vi erano al di fuori tutto in giro all'alveo del mare delle sculture disposte in due ordini. I buoi erano di getto,	3 And under it was the similitude of oxen, which did compass it round about: ten in a cubit, compassing the sea round about. Two rows of oxen were cast, when it was cast.
4 e il mare stesso poggiava sopra dodici buoi, dei quali tre erano a settentrione, tre a occidente, tre a mezzogiorno e gli altri tre ad oriente; essi sostenevano il mare ad essi sovrapposto ed eran disposti in modo che le loro parti posteriori eran di dentro sotto il mare.	4 It stood upon twelve oxen, three looking toward the north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south, and three looking toward the east: and the sea was set above upon them, and all their hinder parts were inward.
5 Il suo spessore era di un palmo; il suo orlo simile all'orlo di un calice o di un giglio sbocciato e conteneva tremila metrete.	5 And the thickness of it was an handbreadth, and the brim of it like the work of the brim of a cup, with flowers of lilies; and it received and held three thousand baths.
6 Fece ancora dieci conche e le collocò cinque a destra e cinque a sinistra, per lavarvi tutto ciò che doveva essere offerto in olocausto, mentre i sacerdoti facevano le loro abluzioni nel mare.	6 He made also ten lavers, and put five on the right hand,and five on the left, to wash in them: such things as they offered for the burnt offering they washed in them; but the sea was for the priests to wash in.
7 Fece pure dieci candelabri d'oro secondo la forma, che era stata prescritta; e li pose nel tempio, cinque a destra e cinque a sinistra.	7 And he made ten candlesticks of gold according to their form, and set them in the temple, five on the right hand, and five on the left.
8 Così pure dieci mense; e le collocò nel tempio, cinque a destra e cinque a sinistra; e parimenti cento fiale d'oro.	8 He made also ten tables, and placed them in the temple, five on the right side, and five on the left. And he made an hundred basons of gold.
9 Fece altresì l'atrio dei sacerdoti e il grande portico, e le porte del portico che coprì di rame.	9 Furthermore he made the court of the priests, and the great court, and doors for the court, and overlaid the doors of them with brass.
10 Collocò poi il mare dal lato destro verso oriente e mezzogiorno.	10 And he set the sea on the right side of the east end, over against the south.
11 Iram fabbricò altresì caldaie, padelle e coppe, e compì tutta l'opera del re nella casa del Signore,	11 And Huram made the pots, and the shovels, and the basons. And Huram finished the work that he was to make for king Solomon for the house of God;
12 vale a dire due colonne coi loro architravi e capitelli, e una specie di reticelle per coprire i capitelli sopra gli architravi;	12 To wit, the two pillars, and the pommels, and the chapiters which were on the top of the two pillars, and the two wreaths to cover the two pommels of the chapiters which were on the top of the pillars;
13 le loro melagrane in numero di quattrocento e le due reticelle in modo che due ordini di melagrane si aggiungevano a ciascuna delle reticelle che coprivano i capitelli e gli architravi delle colonne.	13 And four hundred pomegranates on the two wreaths; two rows of pomegranates on each wreath, to cover the two pommels of the chapiters which were upon the pillars.
14 Fece anche le basi e le conche sovrapposte alle basi,	14 He made also bases, and lavers made he upon the bases;
15 il mare e i dodici buoi sotto il mare,	15 One sea, and twelve oxen under it.
16 e le caldaie, le padelle e le coppe. Tutti questi oggetti li fece per Salomone Iram, suo padre, nella casa del Signore con rame sceltissimo.	16 The pots also, and the shovels, and the fleshhooks, and all their instruments, did Huram his father make to king Solomon for the house of the LORD of bright brass.
17 Il re li fece fondere nella regione del Giordano, nella terra argillosa tra Socot e Saredata.	17 In the plain of Jordan did the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zeredathah.
18 La quantità poi dei vasi era innumerevole, talmente che non si sapeva quale ne fosse il peso in rame.	18 Thus Solomon made all these vessels in great abundance: for the weight of the brass could not be found out.
19 Salomone fece fare tutti i vasi della casa di Dio e l'altare d'oro e le tavole e sovr'esse i pani della proposizione;	19 And Solomon made all the vessels that were for the house of God, the golden altar also, and the tables whereon the shewbread was set;
20 come pure i candelabri d'oro purissimo colle loro lucerne per splendere dinanzi al Santo dei Santi, secondo il rito.	20 Moreover the candlesticks with their lamps, that they should burn after the manner before the oracle, of pure gold;
21 Pure d'oro purissimo furono certi fiorami, le lucerne e le mollette,	21 And the flowers, and the lamps, and the tongs, made he of gold, and that perfect gold;
22 i turiboli, i bracieri, le coppe e i mortai; tutto fu fatto di oro purissimo. Anche le porte del tempio interiore, cioè del Santo dei Santi, e le porte del tempio esteriore erano d'oro, e così fu compiuto tutto il lavoro, che Salomone fece eseguire nella casa del Signore.	22 And the snuffers, and the basons, and the spoons, and the censers, of pure gold: and the entry of the house, the inner doors thereof for the most holy place, and the doors of the house of the temple, were of gold.
