| 33 Quando sbarcavi dal mare le tue merci, ricolmavi numerose genti con l’abbondanza dei tuoi beni, con le tue merci arricchivi i re della terra; | 33 With your goods which you drew from the seas you filled many peoples; With your great wealth and merchandise you enriched the kings of the earth. |
| 34 ora giaci travolta dalle acque, nelle profondità del mare; la merce e la tua gente si inabissarono con te. | 34 Now you are wrecked in the sea, in the watery depths; Your wares and all your crew have gone down with you. |
