1 Guai a voi, o figli disertori, — dice il Signore — che formate dei disegni, ma senza di me, e ordite una tela che non è secondo il mio spirito, e accumulate peccato a peccato;	1 Woe to the rebellious children, says the LORD, Who carry out plans that are not mine, who weave webs that are not inspired by me, adding sin upon sin.
2 che v'incamminate per discendere in Egitto, senza aver interrogata la mia bocca, sperando aiuto nella potenza di Faraone, confidando nell'ombra dell'Egitto.	2 They go down to Egypt, but my counsel they do not seek. 12 Per questo ecco quanto dice il Santo d'Israele: « Siccome voi avete disprezzata questa parola, avete sperato nella calunnia e nel tumulto, e vi fondaste su queste cose,	12 Therefore, thus says the Holy One of Israel: Because you reject this word, And put your trust in what is crooked and devious, and depend on it,
