| 1 - Così dice il Signore Dio: «La porta del cortile interiore che prospetta l'oriente resterà chiusa i sei giorni feriali e nel giorno di sabato sarà aperta, e si aprirà anche il giorno del novilunio. | 1 "Thus says the Lord GOD: The gate of the inner court that faces east shall be shut on the six working days; but on the sabbath day it shall be opened and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened. |
| 2 E il principe si avanzerà per la via del vestibolo della porta dal di fuori, e si arresterà nel limitare della porta, e i sacerdoti offriranno il suo olocausto e il suo sacrificio pacifico. E farà adorazione sopra il limitare della porta e poi uscirà, ma la porta non si chiuderà fino a sera. | 2 The prince shall enter by the vestibule of the gate from without, and shall take his stand by the post of the gate. The priests shall offer his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate. Then he shall go out, but the gate shall not be shut until evening. |
| 3 E la popolazione del paese farà adorazione all'ingresso di quella porta, davanti al Signore, nei sabati e nei novilunii. | 3 The people of the land shall worship at the entrance of that gate before the LORD on the sabbaths and on the new moons. |
| 4 Il principe poi offrirà al Signore questo olocausto: nel giorno di sabato, sei agnelli senza difetto e un montone immacolato. | 4 The burnt offering that the prince offers to the LORD on the sabbath day shall be six lambs without blemish and a ram without blemish; |
| 5 E l'offerta di un'efa di farina per il montone e per gli agnelli, l'offerta sarà di quanto disporrà la sua mano e di olio un hin per ogni efa. | 5 and the cereal offering with the ram shall be an ephah, and the cereal offering with the lambs shall be as much as he is able, together with a hin of oil to each ephah. |
| 6 Nel giorno del novilunio un vitello della mandra senza difetti e i sei agnelli e i montoni siano senza difetti. | 6 On the day of the new moon he shall offer a young bull without blemish, and six lambs and a ram, which shall be without blemish; |
| 7 E un'efa pel vitello e un'efa pel montone offrirà in oblazione; e per gli agnelli, come si troverà di potere; e di olio, un hin per ogni efa. | 7 as a cereal offering he shall provide an ephah with the bull and an ephah with the ram, and with the lambs as much as he is able, together with a hin of oil to each ephah. |
| 8 Quando il principe vuole entrare, entrerà per la via del vestibolo di una porta e per la stessa via uscirà. | 8 When the prince enters, he shall go in by the vestibule of the gate, and he shall go out by the same way. |
| 9 E quando la popolazione del paese entrerà nel cospetto del Signore, in occasione delle solennità, chi entra per la porta settentrionale per far adorazione, esca per la porta meridionale, e chi entra per la via della porta meridionale esca per la via della porta settentrionale, non rifaccia la via della porta da cui è entrato, ma esca da quella che le è di rimpetto. | 9 "When the people of the land come before the LORD at the appointed feasts, he who enters by the north gate to worship shall go out by the south gate; and he who enters by the south gate shall go out by the north gate: no one shall return by way of the gate by which he entered, but each shall go out straight ahead. |
| 10 Il principe in mezzo di essi entrerà con quei che entrano e uscirà con quei che escono. | 10 When they go in, the prince shall go in with them; and when they go out, he shall go out. |
| 11 Nei giorni di concorso e nelle solennità vi sarà l'oblazione di un'efa col rispettivo vitello e un'efa col rispettivo montone, e di agnelli quel che troverà di poter disporre, e di olio, un hin per ogni efa. | 11 "At the feasts and the appointed seasons the cereal offering with a young bull shall be an ephah, and with a ram an ephah, and with the lambs as much as one is able to give, together with a hin of oil to an ephah. |
| 12 Quando il principe farà qualche olocausto di supererogazione o sacrifici pacifici supererogatori al Signore, egli si aprirà la porta che prospetta a oriente e offrirà il suo olocausto e le sue ostie pacifiche come si suol fare nel giorno di sabato, poi se ne andrà e dopo che sarà uscito si richiuderà la porta. | 12 When the prince provides a freewill offering, either a burnt offering or peace offerings as a freewill offering to the LORD, the gate facing east shall be opened for him; and he shall offer his burnt offering or his peace offerings as he does on the sabbath day. Then he shall go out, and after he has gone out the gate shall be shut. |
| 13 E un agnello dell'anno senza difetti offrirà in olocausto ogni giorno al Signore, l'offrirà sempre la mattina. | 13 "He shall provide a lamb a year old without blemish for a burnt offering to the LORD daily; morning by morning he shall provide it. |
| 14 E offrirà in oblazione oltre di questo, mattina per mattina, la sesta parte di un'efa, e d'olio, un terzo di hin per mescerlo col fior di farina, sarà un sacrificio al Signore obbligatorio perenne e perpetuo. | 14 And he shall provide a cereal offering with it morning by morning, one sixth of an ephah, and one third of a hin of oil to moisten the flour, as a cereal offering to the LORD; this is the ordinance for the continual burnt offering. |
| 15 Offrirà l'agnello, l'oblazione e l'olio ogni mattina e sarà il sacrificio perpetuo». | 15 Thus the lamb and the meal offering and the oil shall be provided, morning by morning, for a continual burnt offering. |
| 16 Così dice il Signore Dio: «Se il principe farà qualche donativo a uno dei suoi figli, l'eredità di questo passerà ai suoi figli che diventeranno possessori per diritto di eredità. | 16 "Thus says the Lord GOD: If the prince makes a gift to any of his sons out of his inheritance, it shall belong to his sons, it is their property by inheritance. |
| 17 E se sulla propria eredità avrà fatto un legato a pro di uno dei suoi servi sarà di costui, lo possederà fino all'anno del riscatto e poi ritornerà al principe e l'eredità sarà devoluta ai suoi figliuoli. | 17 But if he makes a gift out of his inheritance to one of his servants, it shall be his to the year of liberty; then it shall revert to the prince; only his sons may keep a gift from his inheritance. |
| 18 Il principe non prenderà i beni di famiglia ad alcuno del popolo colla violenza, spossessandolo del suo; ma dei propri beni assegnerà un'eredità ai suoi figli: questo affinchè nessuno del mio popolo resti spossessato del suo avere». | 18 The prince shall not take any of the inheritance of the people, thrusting them out of their property; he shall give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that none of my people shall be dispossessed of his property." |
| 19 Allora l'angelo, per un ingresso laterale alla porta m'introdusse nelle sale del santuario destinate ai sacerdoti che prospettavano il settentrione e ivi era un luogo collocato ad occidente. | 19 Then he brought me through the entrance, which was at the side of the gate, to the north row of the holy chambers for the priests; and there I saw a place at the extreme western end of them. |
| 20 E mi disse: «Questo è il luogo dove i sacerdoti faranno cuocere le vittime per il peccato e pel delitto, ove cuoceranno ciò ch'è stato sacrificato, per non farlo uscire nel cortile esteriore e il popolo non si trovi a contatto colle cose sante». | 20 And he said to me, "This is the place where the priests shall boil the guilt offering and the sin offering, and where they shall bake the cereal offering, in order not to bring them out into the outer court and so communicate holiness to the people." |
| 21 Indi mi fece uscire nel cortile esteriore e girare pei quattro angoli del cortile ed ecco vi era in un angolo un cortiletto e ogni angolo del cortile aveva il suo. | 21 Then he brought me forth to the outer court, and led me to the four corners of the court; and in each corner of the court there was a court-- |
| 22 I cortiletti così disposti ai quattro angoli del cortile principale avevano quaranta cubiti pel lungo e trenta pel largo, erano della stessa dimensione tutti e quattro. | 22 in the four corners of the court were small courts, forty cubits long and thirty broad; the four were of the same size. |
| 23 E vi era una parete a portico che cingeva ciascuno dei quattro cortiletti e sotto al portico delle cucine intorno. | 23 On the inside, around each of the four courts was a row of masonry, with hearths made at the bottom of the rows round about. |
| 24 E mi disse: «Questo è il luogo delle cucine, dove i ministri della casa del Signore cuoceranno le vittime del popolo». | 24 Then he said to me, "These are the kitchens where those who minister at the temple shall boil the sacrifices of the people." |
