1 Del maestro de coro... Yedutún. Salmo. De David.	1 For the leader; al Jeduthun. A psalm of David.
2 En Dios sólo el descanso de mi alma, de él viene mi salvación;	2 My soul rests in God alone, from whom comes my salvation.
3 sólo él mi roca, mi salvación, mi ciudadela, no he de vacilar.	3 God alone is my rock and salvation, my secure height; I shall never fall.
4 ¿Hasta cuándo atacaréis a un solo hombre, le abatiréis, vosotros todos, como a una muralla que se vence, como a pared que se desploma?	4 How long will you set upon people, all of you beating them down, As though they were a sagging fence or a battered wall?
5 Doblez sólo proyectan, su placer es seducir; con mentira en la boca, bendicen, y por dentro maldicen. Pausa.	5 Even from my place on high they plot to dislodge me. They delight in lies; they bless with their mouths, but inwardly they curse. Selah
6 En Dios sólo descansa, oh alma mía, de él viene mi esperanza;	6 My soul, be at rest in God alone, from whom comes my hope.
7 sólo él mi roca, mi salvación, mi ciudadela, no he de vacilar;	7 God alone is my rock and my salvation, my secure height; I shall not fall.
8 en Dios mi salvación y mi gloria, la roca de mi fuerza. En Dios mi refugio;	8 My safety and glory are with God, my strong rock and refuge.
9 confiad en él, oh pueblo, en todo tiempo; derramad ante él vuestro corazón, ¡Dios es nuestro refugio! Pausa.	9 Trust God at all times, my people! Pour out your hearts to God our refuge! Selah
10 Un soplo solamente los hijos de Adán, los hijos de hombre, una mentira; si subieran a la balanza serían menos que un soplo todos juntos.	10 Mortals are a mere breath, the powerful but an illusion; On a balance they rise; together they are lighter than air.
11 No os fiéis de la opresión, no os ilusionéis con la rapiña; a las riquezas, cuando aumenten, no apeguéis el corazón.	11 Do not trust in extortion; in plunder put no empty hope. Though wealth increase, do not set your heart upon it.
12 Dios ha hablado una vez, dos veces, lo he oído: Que de Dios es la fuerza,	12 One thing God has said; two things I have heard: Power belongs to God;
13 tuyo, Señor, el amor; y: Que tú al hombre pagas con arreglo a sus obras.	13 3) so too, Lord, does kindness, And you render to each of us according to our deeds.
