1 - Cantico de' gradini. Dal profondo io grido a te, o Signore,	1 Blessed are all they that fear the Lord: that walk in his ways.
2 Signore, ascolta la mia voce. Siano attenti i tuoi orecchi alla voce della mia supplica.	2 For thou shalt eat the labours of thy hands: blessed art thou, and it shall be well with thee.
3 Se badi alle iniquità, o Signore, Signore, chi mai potrà reggere?	3 Thy wife as a fruitful vine, on the sides of thy house.
4 Ma presso di te è misericordia e per via della tua legge io confido in te, o Signore. Confida l'anima mia nella tua parola,	4 Behold, thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord.
5 spera l'anima mia nel Signore.	5 May the Lord bless thee out of Sion: and mayest thou see the good things of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
6 Dalla vigilia del mattino sino a nottesperi Israele nel Signore.	6 And mayest thou see thy children's children, peace upon Israel.
7 Perchè presso il Signore è la misericordia, e copioso riscatto è presso di lui.
8 Ed egli riscatterà Israeleda tutte le sue iniquità.
