| 7 pietre d’onice e pietre da incastonare nell’efod e nel pettorale. | 7 cornelian and other stones to be set in the ephod and breastplate. |
| 8 Fammi un santuario affinchè io possa dimorare in mezzo a loro. | 8 Make me a sanctuary so that I can reside among them. |
| 9 Farete esattamente secondo il modello della Dimora e il modello delle sue suppellettili che io sto per mostrarti. | 9 You will make it al according to the design for the Dwel ing and the design for its furnishings which Ishall now show you. |

| 12 Per essa fonderai quattro anelli d’oro e li metterai ai quattro piedi: due anelli da un lato e due anelli dall’altro. | 12 You wil cast four gold rings for it and fix them to its four supports: two rings on one side and tworings on the other. |
| 13 Farai pure stanghe di legno di acacia e le rivestirai d’oro. | 13 You wil also make shafts of acacia wood and overlay them with gold |
| 14 Introdurrai le stanghe negli anelli ai lati dell’arca affinchè con essa si possa portare l’arca. | 14 and pass the shafts through the rings on the sides of the ark, by which to carry it. |
| 15 Le stanghe rimarranno negli anelli dell’arca e non saranno levate. | 15 The shafts wil stay in the rings of the ark and not be withdrawn. |
| 16 Porrai nell’arca la Testimonianza che io ti darò. | 16 Inside the ark you wil put the Testimony which I am about to give you. |
| 17 Farai un Espiatorio d’oro puro: due cubiti e mezzo di lunghezza e un cubito e mezzo di larghezza. | 17 'You wil also make a mercy-seat of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and one and a half cubitswide, |
| 18 Farai due Cherubini d’oro in lavoro battuto. alle due estremità dell’Espiatorio. | 18 and you wil model two great winged creatures of beaten gold, you wil make them at the two ends ofthe mercy-seat. |
| 19 Fa’ il primo Cherubino a un’estremità e il secondo Cherubino all’altra estremità. Farai i Cherubini in modo che costituiscano un sol corpo con l’Espiatorio alle sue due estremità. | 19 Model one of the winged creatures at one end and the other winged creature at the other end; youwil model the winged creatures of a piece with the mercy-seat at either end. |

| 22 Qui io mi manifesterò a te: dall’alto dell’Espiatorio. Dallo spazio tra due Cherubini posti sull’arca della Testimonianza io parlerò con re di tutte le cose che devo ordinarti per i figli di Israele. | 22 There I shall come to meet you; from above the mercy-seat, from between the two winged creatureswhich are on the ark of the Testimony, I shall give you al my orders for the Israelites. |
| 23 Farai una tavola di legno di acacia: due cubiti di lunghezza, un cubito di larghezza e un cubito e mezzo di altezza. | 23 'You must also make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long, one cubit wide and one and a halfcubits high. |

| 25 Le farai, tutto intorno, una cornice larga un palmo e intorno le farai un bordo in oro come cornice | 25 You wil fit it with struts of a hand's breadth and make a gold moulding round the struts. |
| 26 Le farai quattro anelli d’oro e li metterai ai quattro angoli dei suoi quattro piedi. | 26 You wil make four gold rings for it and fix the four rings at the four corners where the four legs are. |

| 30 Sulla tavola metterai il pane della presenza che sarà di continuo innanzi a me. | 30 and on the table, in my presence, you wil always put the loaves of permanent offering. |
| 31 Farai un candelabro di oro puro. Il candelabro sarà un lavoro battuto; costituirà un sol corpo con la base, il fusto, i calici, i boccioli e i fiori. | 31 'You wil also make a lamp-stand of pure gold; the lamp-stand must be of beaten gold, base andstem. Its cups, calyxes and petals, must be of a piece with it. |
| 32 Ai suoi lati usciranno sei bracci: tre bracci da un lato del candelabro e tre bracci dall’altro. | 32 Six branches must spring from its sides: three of the lamp-stand's branches from one side, three ofthe lamp-stand's branches from the other. |
| 33 Tre calici a fior di mandorlo con un bocciolo e un fiore a un braccio, tre calici a fior di mandorlo con un bocciolo e un fiore all’altro braccio. Così sarà per i sei bracci che si diramano dal candelabro. | 33 The first branch must carry three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and petals;the second branch, too, must carry three cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud, andsimilarly for all six branches springing from the lamp-stand. |
| 34 Lo stesso candelabro avrà quattro calici a fiore di mandorlo, con bocciolo e fiore: | 34 The lamp-stand itself must carry four cups shaped like almond blossoms, each with its calyx and bud: |
| 35 un bocciolo sotto i primi due bracci che si diramano dal candelabro, un bocciolo sotto i due seguenti bracci che si diramano dal candelabro e un bocciolo sotto gli altri due bracci che si diramano dal candelabro. Così sarà per tutti e sei i bracci che si diramano dal candelabro. | 35 one calyx under the first two branches springing from the lamp-stand, one calyx under the next pairof branches and one calyx under the last pair of branches -- thus for al six branches springing from the lamp-stand. |
| 36 I boccioli e i bracci costituiranno un solo corpo con il candelabro: il tutto formerà un unico lavoro in puro oro battuto. | 36 The calyxes and the branches wil be of a piece with the lamp-stand, and the whole made from asingle piece of pure gold, beaten out. |
| 37 Farai le sue lampade in numero di sette e le disporrai sul candelabro in modo che illuminino lo spazio innanzi a esso. | 37 You wil also make seven lamps for it and mount the lamps in such a way that they light up the spacein front of it. |
| 38 Smoccolatoi e portaceneri saranno in oro puro. | 38 The snuffers and trays must be of pure gold. |
| 39 Per il candelabro e per tutti i suoi accessori impiegherai un talento di oro puro. | 39 You wil use a talent of pure gold for the lamp-stand and al its accessories; |
| 40 Guarda ed eseguisci secondo il modello che ti è stato mostrato sul monte ». | 40 and see that you work to the design which was shown you on the mountain.' |
