ΙΗΣΟΥΣ ΝΑΥΗ - Giosuè - Joshua 12

LXX	NEW JERUSALEM
1 και ουτοι οι βασιλεις της γης ους ανειλον οι υιοι ισραηλ και κατεκληρονομησαν την γην αυτων περαν του ιορδανου αφ' ηλιου ανατολων απο φαραγγος αρνων εως του ορους αερμων και πασαν την γην αραβα απ' ανατολων	1 The kings of the country, whom the Israelites conquered and whose territory they took, on the further, eastern side of the Jordan, from the Wadi Arnon to Mount Hermon, with the entire Arabah to the east, were asfol ows:
2 σηων τον βασιλεα των αμορραιων ος κατωκει εν εσεβων κυριευων απο αροηρ η εστιν εν τη φαραγγι κατα μερος της φαραγγος και το ημισυ της γαλααδ εως ιαβοκ ορια υιων αμμων	2 Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived at Heshbon, ruled from Aroer which is on the edge of the ArnonVal ey, including the bottom of the val ey, half Gilead and as far as the Jabbok, the river forming the frontier withthe Ammonites;
3 και αραβα εως της θαλασσης χενερεθ κατ' ανατολας και εως της θαλασσης αραβα θαλασσαν των αλων απο ανατολων οδον την κατα ασιμωθ απο θαιμαν την υπο ασηδωθ φασγα	3 the eastern Arabah up to the Sea of Chinneroth, and as far as the Sea of the Arabah, or Salt Sea, onthe eastern side, in the direction of Beth-Jeshimoth, and, in the south, the watered foothil s of Mount Pisgah.
4 και ωγ βασιλευς βασαν υπελειφθη εκ των γιγαντων ο κατοικων εν ασταρωθ και εν εδραιν	4 Og king of Bashan, one of the last of the Rephaim, who lived at Ashtaroth and Edrei,
5 αρχων απο ορους αερμων και απο σελχα και πασαν την βασαν εως οριων γεσουρι και την μαχατι και το ημισυ γαλααδ οριων σηων βασιλεως εσεβων	5 ruled over Mount Hermon and Salecah, the whole of Bashan to the frontier of the Geshurites andMaacathites, and half Gilead to the frontier of Sihon king of Heshbon.
6 μωυσης ο παις κυριου και οι υιοι ισραηλ επαταξαν αυτους και εδωκεν αυτην μωυσης εν κληρονομια ρουβην και γαδ και τω ημισει φυλης μανασση	6 Moses, servant of Yahweh, and the Israelites conquered these, and Moses, servant of Yahweh,conferred their territory on the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh.
7 και ουτοι οι βασιλεις των αμορραιων ους ανειλεν ιησους και οι υιοι ισραηλ εν τω περαν του ιορδανου παρα θαλασσαν βααλγαδ εν τω πεδιω του λιβανου και εως του ορους χελχα αναβαινοντων εις σηιρ και εδωκεν αυτην ιησους ταις φυλαις ισραηλ κληρονομειν κατα κληρον αυτων	7 The kings of the country whom Joshua and the Israelites conquered on the nearer, western side of theJordan, from Baal-Gad in the Vale of Lebanon to Mount Halak rising towards Seir, and whose heritage Joshuadistributed to the tribes of Israel, dividing it up between them, were as follows:
8 εν τω ορει και εν τω πεδιω και εν αραβα και εν ασηδωθ και εν τη ερημω και εν ναγεβ τον χετταιον και τον αμορραιον και τον χαναναιον και τον φερεζαιον και τον ευαιον και τον ιεβουσαιον	8 In the highlands and the lowlands, in the Arabah and in the watered foothil s, in the desert and in theNegeb, belonging to the Hittites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites:
9 τον βασιλεα ιεριχω και τον βασιλεα της γαι η εστιν πλησιον βαιθηλ	9 the king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai near Bethel, one;
10 βασιλεα ιερουσαλημ βασιλεα χεβρων	10 the king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;
11 βασιλεα ιεριμουθ βασιλεα λαχις	11 the king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;
12 βασιλεα αιλαμ βασιλεα γαζερ	12 the king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;
13 βασιλεα δαβιρ βασιλεα γαδερ	13 the king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;
14 βασιλεα ερμαθ βασιλεα αραθ	14 the king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;
15 βασιλεα λεβνα βασιλεα οδολλαμ	15 the king of Libnah, one; the king of Adul am, one;
16 βασιλεα μακηδα	16 the king of Makkedah, one; the king of Bethel, one;
17 βασιλεα ταφουγ βασιλεα οφερ	17 the king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;
18 βασιλεα αφεκ της σαρων	18 the king of Aphek, one; the king of Sharon, one;
19 βασιλεα ασωρ	19 the king of Merom, one; the king of Hazor, one;
20 βασιλεα συμοων βασιλεα μαρρων βασιλεα αζιφ	20 the king of Shimron Meron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;
21 βασιλεα καδης βασιλεα ταναχ	21 the king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;
22 βασιλεα μαγεδων βασιλεα ιεκοναμ του χερμελ	22 the king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam in Carmel, one;
23 βασιλεα δωρ του ναφεδδωρ βασιλεα γωιμ της γαλιλαιας	23 the king of Dor, on the Slopes of Dor, one; the king of the nations in Galilee, one;
24 βασιλεα θαρσα παντες ουτοι βασιλεις εικοσι εννεα	24 the king of Tirzah, one; Total number of al these kings: thirty-one.
